I was standing in line to order and there were a couple of people in front of me, so I thought I would just order with the app instead. I ordered a large blizzard and it took 25 minutes for me to get the blizzard . Normally, they turn the blizzard upside down when they hand it to you to show that it's thick, but they just put a lid on it and gave it to me. I realized when I got to my car why they did that, because the blizzard was completely melted and all the chocolate ingredients were at the bottom 2 inches of the cup. read more

Idc what anyone says, this place has great ice cream. Dairy Queen has always been my go-to for specialty ice creams. They fill the blizzards to the brim! They give plenty of napkins too. Their seasonal ice creams are so good, especially the summer flavors. The Royal blizzards are also so good with the middle fillings. They're usually very quick and give good customer service! read more

I haven't eaten at a DQ in forever. I really only like when I find the old original ones instead of the new DQ and Chill. But I tried this one today and it wasn't bad and the lady at the counter was very nice. They don't feel like DQ anymore though very bland interior read more

I went to the Dairy Queen in Princeton on Wednesday and it was a complete waste of $21. I ordered two tacos and a steak strip basket. The tacos looked like they were thrown together with barely any meat, cheese, or lettuce. They were sloppy and honestly just trash. The steak strips were hot but extremely dark like they were burnt, and the taste wasn't good either. To make it worse, the drive-thru was slow. I waited around 10 minutes and there was only one truck in front of me. Restaurants keep raising prices but the quality and service are getting worse. Very disappointing experience. read more

The girl at the drive- thru was rude and literally snatched the ice cream back out of my hand while I was grabbing it and closed the window because she was talking and giggling with all her co-workers. I had to wait till she was done talking to give me the ice cream that she was already handing me before she snatched it back. Then waited some more for the rest of my Ice creams and debit card cuz she was talking and giggling again ... read more

I have to say I was highly impressed with the service today. It was like night and day compared to my first and only visit here. The first visit didn't go so well and looking back now I understand because it was so new and everyone was getting adjusted to it. The young people working have improved significantly. read more

Stoped here for a dipped cone and a blizzard. Well first of all drive thru was horrible, so went inside. Place was filthy. Way beyond just being busy. I looked it be back and said not no but hell no!!! Another customer walked in and turned around. Nothing but younger kids, just goofing off while they are working. More talking than working and for sure no cleaning. I watched them make multiple blizzards and never cleaned the machine between each one or even at all. Shit flying everywhere but F IT, Send It !!!!! read more

Dairy Queen - Anyone want a Blizzard?!?!?!? - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Lake Worth, Texas

Is at first you don't succeed try and try again. Heading home and decided to give this Queen a chance. It's brand new, nicely located. Super clean, greeted warmly and the drive thru, while busy was fast. I'm not even going to say I was still worried about the ice cream but all is good.. thoroughly enjoyed it. read more

Service is bad. Ordered 3 blizzards took over 30 minutes. Store was hot. Other customers that came in after us that ordered from the counter received theirs before us. We had to go up and remind them twice that we were waiting. read more

Deserves no stars. Rudest girl working the counter this evening. She definitely shouldn't be working in service to others. So dirty, all over the entire place not one table was clean. for the 20 minute wait for an ice cream cone. Very sad this place carries the Dairy Queen brand. read more

Dairy Queen - Dirty mess...girl working the counter, slapped a dirty tray up there and filled it full of peoples food to go slap it down on a dirty table. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Lake Worth, Texas

Absolutely vile and disgusting place. The management, staff and owners are ghetto garbage. They lack self awareness and respect for anybody or anything. Food was extremely late. The ice cream just stayed on the window for 15 minutes until someone finally saw it and brought it to me ... MELTED. Trashy and gross do not come here!!!!! read more

I ordered a cake from this location for my sons 16th birthday. When I placed the order I told them that I would pick up between 3 and 4pm. Arrived at about 5 PM to pick up the cake because traffic was horrible to my surprise the cake was not ready. I was told by the cake decorator she just needed to write on it and let it set up some more about 10 minutes it should be ready to go. At 5:21pm finally left with the cake. Due to the delay in the cake being ready in traffic, we weren't able to have the cake until we got home. Needless to say, I was greatly disappointed when I opened up the cake and this is what it look like. Very sloppy not level poor hand spending $40 on a cake. I expect a little more quality. To top it off they didn't even get the mix ins correct. read more

We were excited to visit the new Dairy Queen in Lake Worth! However, we were disappointed as the entire front of house staff were serving us second to being on their phones. Management really needs to go over their expectations and customer service with their staff. I was blown away at how the two young women were occupied by their phones as my mom and I were trying to order. The food was great and the ice cream was great. But it was evident that their phones were the main priority. read more

I went in there a few weeks ago and ordered a blizzard. When it was ready, and employee called out my number and I held up my little sign. The employee didn't even bother to turn the blizzard upside down and handed it to me without saying anything else. No smile. Nothing. Whoever is in charge may want to reconsider the personnel that he or she has working there. read more

This place is brand new but such a huge fail nothing but kids working that spend all the time they have on cells and talking not waitng on costumers food takes so long such a shame I guess the owner of this establishment to hire a babysitter for all these children they hired read more

I can't tell you how many times I've been to this restaurant well it's fast food so I don't consider a restaurant but the damn things are on a couple of times but they always make it right I really enjoy doing that and I'm glad that Lake Worth has one if you're happy with what you've got from them all you have to do is ask and I'll fix it my favorite is a large blizzard chocolate covered strawberries, with an add on of peanuts. This is a special order and for the most part they've gotten it right they are human. They do make mistakes, but they do make them right I would suggest staying away during peak hours because the lines can be long and I do mean lawn, which is a great sign saying that they're a good place to go. It is definitely not a romantic place to go, but it could be in it if you thought outside the box, it's more of a laid-back fast food, kind of place and most of the time I go through the drive-through but the time that I didn't go inside it was cleaning up. I didn't see any trash laying around or dirty tables. read more

Came around 10pm drive-thru. The lady that took my order on speaker was distracted talking trying to cash people out again the same time. I ordered a sundae, blizzard, and chicken tenders. I don't know why she was rushing because she forgot my order of chicken tenders. I ordered it at the speaker and SHE proceeded to get upset when I said she forgot to charge me for the food and slammed the window in my face. She pulled me forward waited almost 15 minutes for the food, when I got it, the tenders looked old and dark , the bread was literally soaked in butter and the fry's were salty asf. Gross and bad service . read more

I've been to this location on 3 different times, they were out of milk at lunchtime to make milkshakes. They were your of cookies in the evening to make a milkshake. They're always out of long spoons for blizzards. The icing on the cake, I ordered a custom ice cream cake a week and a half prior to needing it. At 6pm the night before they called and said the cake decorator was out of town. You cannot tell me they didn't know this before 6pm the night before I was to pick up at 11am the next day. The girl who called said she was told to call me and when I asked by whom, she said the General Manager who conveniently was not there and she didn't know when he would be back in. This was for my grandsons birthday and was the only thing he wanted was an ice cream cake. They offered no other options, no apologies, nothing! read more

Horrible!!! Just went up there to get blizzards. Drive all the way just to be told they are out of ice cream?!? WHAT that's the whole essence of DQ! So we order 3 tacos and steak fingers wait forever in the line to get to the window they take my card and shut the window and proceed to chit chat for about 4 minutes all while having my card. Then she says we are out of taco meat.... Would you like something else... no refund please. Closes the window (still has my card) continues to talk and rough house with the other employees about 5 minutes later an older lady comes to the window with some cash. I asked for my card please. It was awful!! Not the first time it's been bad service won't be back read more

Staff were incompetent, rude, showed zero class. They have messed my order up the table next to us and the lady that ordered behind us. Manager was too interested in loudly calling out her employees for not clocking out. She told the guy at the register to not sell any more tacos. Every single table had crumbs on it and food underneath it. read more

Ordered a hungerbuster NO PICKLES, got a hungerbuster with pickles. Ordered medium cherry coke, had almost no ice. Will not go back.

We were excited to have a DQ in Lake Worth but were quickly disappointed. When we walked in there were only two other customers in the lobby . The cashier behind the counter was busy on her phone and couldn't be bothered to look up and greet us in, the lobby was messy and there people in the back just standing around talking. After about 4 minutes she took our order for a banana split and small blizzard after waiting for 15 minutes I had to go to the counter and find out why are small order wasn't ready. I don't know the reason but I do know there were many staff members and manager just milling around and chit chatting. The portion sizes, prices and service have certainly changed over the years. Unless I have a huge craving for a banana split I likely will not return. Very disappointing for a store that's only been opened for such a short time. read more

Over priced. Small quantities on items ordered. Staff not friendly. It was a very big disappointment to my wife who really missed DQ when they closed the Lake Worth DQ some years back. Better food at Mac Donald's and the prices are better too. read more

My wife wanted a banana split and my oldest wanted a hot fudge sunday and the twins wanted shakes so we decided to go to the new Dairy Queen in lake worth, Texas. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! first off as soon as it got a huge line inside half the staff took a break. we got it to go and they had no lids for the hot fudge Sunday. the way they put the banana splits in the bag were not side by side so when I picked up the bag one fell out onto the counter I asked why would you put these in here like this and not side by side or in a plastic bag???? the kid behind the counter just stood there with a dumbfounded look on his face and did not know what to say. I said this is to go where is the lid for the Sunday and they said we don't have any. neverthelse's I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! stay away and get y'all's desserts some where else please. have a great rest of the weekend. read more

I took my wife to the newly opened Dairy Queen here in Lake Worth, Texas. I ordered a medium Dr Pepper. They no longer used crushed ice, rather they used bigger pieces of ice. The small cup they called a medium size contained 8 ounces of Dr Pepper, for which they charged me $3.21.We talked to a lady at Home Depot who said she paid $7.80 for a milk shake. This place is a rip off. I hope the business doesn't last long. Jerry Frost, Lake Worth, Texas read more
