I went to the Dairy Queen in Princeton on Wednesday and it was a complete waste of $21. I ordered two tacos and a steak strip basket. The tacos looked like they were thrown together with barely any meat, cheese, or lettuce. They were sloppy and honestly just trash. The steak strips were hot but extremely dark like they were burnt, and the taste wasn't good either. To make it worse, the drive-thru was slow. I ordered a cake from this location for my sons 16th birthday. When I placed the order I told them that I would pick up between 3 and 4pm. Arrived at about 5 PM to pick up the cake because traffic was horrible to my surprise the cake was not ready. I was told by the cake decorator she just needed to write on it and let it set up some more about 10 minutes it should be ready to go. At 5:21pm finally left with the cake. Due to the delay in the cake being ready in traffic, we weren't able to have the cake until we got home. Needless to say, I was greatly disappointed when I opened up the cake and this is what it look like. Very sloppy not level poor hand spending $40 on a cake. I expect a little more quality. Management really needs to go over their expectations and customer service with their staff. I don't know why she was rushing because she forgot my order of chicken tenders. I ordered it at the speaker and SHE proceeded to get upset when I said she forgot to charge me for the food and slammed the window in my face. I can't tell you how many times I've been to this restaurant well it's fast food so I don't consider a restaurant but the damn things are on a couple of times but they always make it right I really enjoy doing that and I'm glad that Lake Worth has one if you're happy with what you've got from them all you have to do is ask and I'll fix it my favorite is a large blizzard chocolate covered strawberries, with an add on of peanuts. This is a special order and for the most part they've gotten it right they are human. They do make mistakes, but they do make them right I would suggest staying away during peak hours because the lines can be long and I do mean lawn, which is a great sign saying that they're a good place to go. It is definitely not a romantic place to go, but it could be in it if you thought outside the box, it's more of a laid-back fast food, kind of place and most of the time I go through the drive-through but the time that I didn't go inside it was cleaning up. I've been to this location on 3 different times, they were out of milk at lunchtime to make milkshakes. They were your of cookies in the evening to make a milkshake. They're always out of long spoons for blizzards. The icing on the cake, I ordered a custom ice cream cake a week and a half prior to needing it. At 6pm the night before they called and said the cake decorator was out of town. You cannot tell me they didn't know this before 6pm the night before I was to pick up at 11am the next day. The small cup they called a medium size contained 8 ounces of Dr Pepper, for which they charged me $3.21.We talked to a lady at Home Depot who said she paid $7.80 for a milk shake.
