After a few minutes, Valerie walked to the front to ask them to send the order total. She quickly took my payment and sincerely apologized for the delay. When I reached the second window, I was simply handed my food without any acknowledgment, but Valerie stood out because of how helpful, professional, and considerate she was throughout the situation. She clearly cared that I had been kept waiting and treated me with kindness and respect. I wanted to recognize Valerie for her excellent customer service. Employees like her are a big part of what keeps customers coming back, and Braum's in Lake Worth should appreciate having someone with her attitude and work ethic on their team.

Just a lot to like. Staff is fast, attentive, and kind. Seem happy to be there and they are crazy busy. The store just having opened, they are the new hotness right now. After our meal, we wandered over to the grocery store area and picked up a few favorites. Some Mint Choc ice cream, a loaf of buttermilk bread, and some smoked gouda cheese.
