Parking is right around the corner, just a short walk from the shop. Unfortunately, she is directly across the street from the building that exploded, and construction has been going on ever since she moved in. Let's flood her with business. She currently has a $5 construction special: a waffle cone or cup filled with delicious ice cream and topped with a waffle cookie. Be sure to grab a pint from the freezer, too. It costs only a little more than Blue Bell--and I love Blue Bell, but this is so much better! I verified her hours both in the store and online: Sunday-Monday: Closed Tuesday-Friday: 7:45 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday: 10:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Her smile lights up her cozy little shop. She's the sweetest person I've met wearing all the hats she wears. I've been there three times. Twice for the homemade ice cream and once for the coffee. I didn't get a picture of the items. They were in my belly before I remembered. She is across the street from the Sandman Hotel. Business has been slow since the hotel is being renovated. Renovations have been going on since the basement blew up. But right now, she is up and running due to the city clearing the street for FIFA. One downside: there's no seating, so it's very much an in-and-out kind of place. A little annoying if you wanted to sit and enjoy your treat, but not a dealbreaker. The ladies who helped me were kind, and overall it's a cute spot worth checking out if you're in the area.

My sister and I decided to come here for a weekend sweet treat, and we're so glad we did! The owner was behind the counter, and informed us that they had just reopened after spending a few days working out of their food truck. We got to meet Kinsley, the owner's daughter and who the restaurant is named after. Their mission is to support people who have Down syndrome and they hire them to work at the restaurant. The location is small, but they do have a couple of tables to sit and eat your food. After looking at the extensive menu, we decided to share the peach cobbler funnel cake, a popular item there. The funnel cake is large, and the ice cream scoop was a generous portion as well. In short, it was so good. We wanted to immediately go back the next day for another funnel cake, but we have some self control. I can't wait to go back and support this local business and try another fun flavor! Supporting their mission is the icing on the cake.

She was so friendly and provided great customer service. The interior isn't too spacious but enough for 6-8 people to sit and maybe about 12 or so to stand around. I ordered a large piña colada, and it was so delicious and refreshing. It was not too sweet, it had the perfect amount of sweetness. 5/5 My husband also really enjoyed it since I gave him some to try. He said it was surprisingly pretty good. I'm craving it while working on the review. I also ordered a small horchata for my boy and he loved it. He nodded yes, which shows his approval for the drink and had a smile on his face after he took the first sip of horchata. I thought it was decent, but my little one really liked it. 5/5 The drinks were paired well on a warm day. My little one was running around, so I appreciate the kindness and understanding the young girl who helped us provided. Thank you for a positive experience and for your patience. I'm definitely going back for more of their piña colada and to try other food items. You should definitely stop by.
