I've eaten here only a handful of times, but I always have a very pleasant experience when I do. I ordered through the CFA app, which is what I usually do. The food came out fairly quickly, but without the drink. (This happens at most locations and was not exclusive to this one in particular. Not sure where the disconnect is.) Went to drive thru. The girl outside in our lane left to talk to someone driving thru (not in a lane) then went inside. We were moving up and i hadn't ordered. The girl in the other lane didn't know where first girl had gone. She finally came back out and went back to the same car again, parked this time. Finally got to order. This Chick fil A location went through a complete remodel recently and WOW. It looks superb. I normally hit up the drive through which has new, bright lights, two large covered drive thru areas, and bright menu boards. Today I headed inside with my family. It was exceptionally clean - even the women's bathroom. We ordered quickly and our food was brought to us within minutes. They have the service we've come to expect along with uplifting music. Worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. Poor customer service. Rude morning employees! I will drive to the Saginaw location before going here again. Instead of ordering chicken minis I just wanted the chicken nuggets it comes with, because I have been sick, and didn't want the bread. She told me since I was ordering a "lunch item" that I would have to sit and wait for 15 minutes. (How was this a lunch item when all I'm asking is for the nuggets with no bread) Well, heading to work I didn't have the time to sit, not to mention I was the only person in the drive-thru, and never had to wait at any chick-fil-A location for 15 minutes! Pretty frustrated when you arrive in time for breakfast and they cut off breakfast before 10:30am.

Ordered the grilled wrap with a side of the avocado lime ranch with the waffle fries and a drink. The wrap was one of the smallest grilled wraps I have ever recieved. Did not have very much chicken and for the price you pay, there should have been more chicken. The avocado lime ranch was really good. Ate that on every piece of the wrap. The waffle fries were not fried properly. Still really soft and griddy. Also ordered the new mac and cheese. Was the only thing I ordered that tasted the best. Liked the crust on the top. Well more like on the side of the cup like it was out in sideways but I'm not complaining about that. Would recommend the new mac and cheese. Pretty standard chick fil a. My two biggest pet peeves are the long wait times at the drive thru. If you are in a time crunch you are better off just getting off your car and going inside. Also there is not a baby changing station in the women's restroom but there is one in the men's restroom. The logic behind that I don't understand. They are consistent at getting my order in right. I've seen the people working there clean the baby high chair which is awesome. I think once they get a baby changing station in the women's restroom and get better at handling the drive thru lines I will like this Chick Fil A a whole lot better. read more

Will definitely not come back to this restaurant. We just went through the drive thru and, of the 3 employees handing out food at the drive thru, they were going to send us on our way without a kids meal. Then we had to ask for the ice creams we ordered. After we left and went to the park to eat, we opened the bag and our 8ct nuggets were missing. So, I had to drive back to the restaurant and get the missing 8 ct nuggets only to get greeted by an attitude from the manager who said he personally put them in the bag. Well, they weren't in the bag, so I guess he's a liar. I even rechecked. I think he needs more training of how to talk to customers. Why would I drive all the way back if they were in the bag. I stop by here to get my usual breakfast of chicken biscuit and a large vanilla ice coffee. What's great about this location is they called me by name (which threw me off because I don't go to this location often) because they saw my work name tag. That little effort of personalization really made a huge positive impact on my day because it catch me by surprised and after she told me how she knew my name, we got a good laugh from it. But honestly, Chick-fil-A has never disappointed me. The biscuit was nice, fresh and buttery and the chicken is moist. Out of all the Chick-fil-A locations near me, I will go out of my way to come to Lake Worth to eat at this one. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling & I love that 9 times out of 10 you will see the owner/operator behind the counter alongside his employees. The food is always hot and fresh & if there's ever any problems they are quick to resolve them. You can have complicated orders (personal examples being: a fruit cup with no apples, medium drink instead of a toy w/ your kids meal, extra crispy fries..) and they never bat an eye. read more

Good food, but last time I went through the drive thru I saw a girl tip over the thing they use to sweep up trash with her BAREHANDS, and then immediately started grabbing cups to start putting in drinks for people in the drive thru. Chick-fil-A is obviously one of the busiest fast food restaurants, especially during lunchtime, so tell me how it makes sense that I want to order ahead on the app for pick up but have to get in the long line and sit in it just like everybody else who didn't order ahead just to receive my food. Also being someone who is only allowed a 30 minute lunch break most of which is consumed by waiting in line. What happened to the drive up spots? Why do we continue to let the parking lots be congested with people who are fighting to get in line first for chicken nuggets? I am not a meat eater but my family is, and they love themselves some chick-fil-a. I brought my daughter here the other morning to have breakfast with her before school. The ladies at the counter were very friendly, as well as patient, as they waited on my 5 year old to decide what she wanted to drink. The booths and table were clean. When our order was ready they brought it out to us, which is really nice for a fast food restaurant to do. My daughter played in the play area after we finished eating. So, I took a bite out of my sandwich and got a very tough texture and had to spit it out due to me not understanding what it was that I was eating. I thought it was bone or some kind of cartilage from the sandwich, but to my surprise it was a piece of paper that was fried with the chicken filet. I didn't throw a fit though because this clearly wasn't the locations fault, but it definitely caught me off guard. Also, the tea was very bitter and the fries were a little on the salty side. I'm assuming I just got the top of the fresh batch of fries that came out of the fryer because they were very fresh. All in all today just wasn't my day at Chick-fil-A, but I can't complain too much. They do not offer a military discount. I would suggest to make the drive to the hawks creek/ nas jrb location instead. This location is ran by young teenagers and is much louder and not as clean or friendly as the other location that is literally 10 minutes away. It's worth the 10 minute drive. I come to Chick-fil-A all the time and one thing that separates them from the rest of the fast food establishments is EXCELLENT customer service. This location lacks that among certain employees. I had a Togo order and was ignored for over 30 min. They even put a Togo order out right in front of me and had to say "excuse me" to set it down on the to go table. the lady not only didn't greet me, or ask if I'm been helped, but she actually ignored me when I asked her if she could help me. There were 10 people behind the counter and 2 blue shirt employees, yet nobody could greet me until multiple attempts to grab someone's attention. What's the point of Togo? I could have just waited in line or went through the drive thru and received my food faster. RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE. read more

Can you ever go wrong with Chick-fil-a? Not really -- and this location is no different. They truly are super nice here and they move their drive-thru line very quickly as they have staff members standing outside taking orders so the kitchen doesn't get backed up and the window flows more efficiently. They have an indoor play area for the kids. They have staff members walking around to get you anything you need like refills, extra napkins, etc. They are always friendly and helpful.
