Love Whataburger but this location takes FOREVER!!! Be prepared to wait in drive thru for 20 minutes. Worth it to drive to the one off 820 and Clifford read more

Worst whataburger to try to order food from. If your ordering past 12 you have a better chance of seeing the sunrise before you get your food. read more

Been in the drive thru for 40 minutes and it literally hasn't moved one inch, wtf are they doing in there?!

We have always lived Whataburger but the serves is horrible we order curbside and we never get our order at the time it says it should be ready but we understand 10-15 min plus because we know the industry but now we get half orders or no order all the runners with the food tend to act as if they could care less and have no respect defiantly believe a good training for there jobs would help hopefully y'all get it together soon read more

Out of the 3 Whataburgers that I live by, this is my last go to, rude customer service, and I'm always finding ingredients on my bag or food wrapper that doesn't belong on my burger, the last thing I want on my bag is mustard smeared on it as soon as I grab it. Regardless patty melt is King and #2 on toast is in second place. read more

Im a texan girl, I love me some whata. However this is a really bad whataburger to come too. They are the slowest fastfood restaurant ever! Be prepared for 30 min wait. Good food though. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE WORKERS. WORST EVER. Not even going to write out everything that happened, management clearly doesn't even care. Just don't go here. Going to try contacting corporate sometime this week about this terribly run establishment read more

I understand a staff shortage, but when you have 3 people in the drive way, nobody inside, and it takes 20 minutes to get 2 fries and 2 drinks? When i was at the window the cashier was moving exactly like the sloth from Zootopia while counting $9... do the employees just not care about their jobs? read more

Honestly this review isn't for the location or food but because of one person, Samuel. Samuel was amazing to us northerners visiting Texas for work and helped us and had just the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life at a fast food joint. 10/10 would go back for Samuel. read more

Having just moved back to Texas from Chicago, I couldn't wait to get a Whataburger! OK. I must admit that I have now been to a few (or more than a few). But, this location had the most professional, cheery and polite young lady working their drive-thru. It was close to a location where we were doing some charity work for an elderly person with terminal cancer and the volunteers all wanted differing orders and lots of food - they were hungry. The orders were perfect! The sandwich buns were toasted and warm and the fries were still hot and fresh 15 minutes later when I brought them back to the crew. The only regret I have is not asking for that young woman's name to send a commendation to her management! She was excellent! read more

Whataburger - Burgers Near Me - Lake Worth, Texas

Ordered online, went and picked up the order(on time) and my wife's sandwich and gravy are cold and the hash browns are not in the bag. There is no ketchup, no spicy ketchup and no picante sauce these are the first things printed on the receipt. Is there no quality control at this place? What exactly is the manager doing? read more

It is sad that the business owner allows the managers to destroy his business. Pathetic service. Told me I owed $30.97 for a number 5. When I replied "excuse me" the kid said, "well what did you have?" Work more and play less. People can see you goofing off through the windows. read more

This was the slowest line ever. It took us 30 minutes to get our order and the staff wasn't as friendly as other locations. Might of been an off day but this was my experience. The food was good. read more

Worst Whataburger ever!! The crew is extremely slow and do not care. Food is made sloppily. And curbside is very slow.

This whatabuger customer service and lack of training is horrible. Every time I come here I either have a problem with my order or it takes 15 minutes + of waiting. Never fails don't spend your money here anymore . Will not be going back ever read more

What in the flying f is going on here. 30 minutes stuck in the drive thru for a Diet Coke and a chicken fajita taco... to wait 15 more minutes in the "pull ahead" spot. Why? How? read more

This location is so slow it's horrible I've been waiting for over 45 min. For them to give me my order wrong. Honestly not even worth the time go somewhere else. read more

Slow and I mean SLOW! You will wait forever for mediocre food. Much better locations but sadly this one isn't one of those. There's a ton of staff but they all just mess around and customer service sucks. Wish I had better things to say because we like whataburger read more

Ordered a bunch of breakfast this morning. Didn't get our three orange juices, didn't get our hash browns with the meal, were rushed to order. Really awful experience at this Whataburger. read more

Omg worst service I have ever had first of the the restaurant was alone the cashier had no idea what I said looked like he was driver! High on something my order was toatally wrong 20 minutes to get my order this restaurant needs a deep clean disgusting read more

Best late night staff of any restaurant I've worked for (8+yrs in service Indus) or been too from the brotha laughing at your stupid jokes (good call on the lg), the armed yet non threatening security, even the friendly yet coy petite lady who got me some "Spicy KEtchup!" (Or black crack w style) made me feel welcome and even with my Jamaican pool party essence that lingers for some reason hmmm. It was nice not to be judged and enjoy the best F@$&ing burger of my life! Chophouse burger @ 1:30am with bishop moe and the pastor Jon Boi (obviously not real clergy) The only whataburger I enjoy and recommend after 9pm at least Say high to the coy girl name starts with an "f" lol Much love Team, All deserve recognition! read more

Oh my gosh! Love this Whataburger! Go inside in the mornings and there are friendly people getting food and hanging out. And yes the workers are friendly too! I left with a smile on my face and you bet I'll be back! read more

Service here at this location has been declining over the past several months. Last night our fries were so dirty from the grease they were using. Guess they were so busy to that the cleanliness of the dining area was of no concern. Really disappointed. read more

They stay open forever and have Beefy burgers they get the orders correct I live the place

The service is very slow at this location. Also access is very hard from hwy199 eastbound due to no left turn. Police do park and wait for illegal left turn offenders. The food is usually cold and salty. read more

25 minutes for a chicken biscuit. 25 minutes!!!!! I did get to watch the movie serve the long line in the drive through before me though so that's something read more

This was the worst experience ever I placed an online order and it said it was ready in 10 min tops but the order wasn't even ready I had to wait 20 to 30 min. This is my absolute favorite place to eat at, its addicting. The meat taste fresh, the chicken, hamburger meat, and the bacon. Also the fries aren't to salty, they are just right. I recommend going to this whataburger. read more

EXCELLENT service with a smile this morning from a guy named Andy. Food was ready quickly, order was correct, and he walked the order out to me and said, "here you are, sir. I've already placed regular ketchup, spicy ketchup, and picante sauce in there for you." Felt nice to get some great service at a fast food place, considering most places ignore that aspect completely. It doesn't cost an owner extra money to have nice people with good service in your restaurant, but most still don't. Nice pleasant surprise this morning! read more

I only swing through their drive thru for the great egg, cheese, potato taquito. The service is always friendly. As with most Whataburgers there's a bit of a wait, but nothing terrible. read more

Y'alls manager Ashley is honestly a complete shit show, every time I come into this location she's being less than an amazing employee, in the past whenever the store is busy all she does it jack around causing slow business and while I was in y'all's store today I literally heard her say "let's see who can do the most f***** up s***" to all the employees behind the counter. GIRL WHAT!? You're supposed to be leading by example!! I really think y'all should do something about her because she's ruining the integrity of y'all's store. read more

This is probably one of the worst whataburgers i have been to in my life. The service there is terrible, i once had to wait 45 min for my food at 3AM with no customers around. I once reported a hair in my burger with no refund they just took my burger and kept my money. The drive thru takes way too long i sat behind a car for 30 minutes at one point. If you respect yourself and the others around you please go to a different whataburger. Thanks for reading! read more
