I have lived near this Whataburger for many years. Within the last year the service has become terrible. Every visit they give me the wrong items. We have began trying the drinks before we even leave. At minimum this is 20 visits. Today, I go through the drive through and check my sweet tea. (Of course.. it is unsweet) I tell the gentlemen that it is the wrong drink... they take it.. I wait 5 minutes and they come back and apologize.. guess what? Still unsweet. After waiting so long I leave. I get home and the food order is wrong as well. I only post this review in hopes that something will change. As you can see, I had to come home and make my own sweet tea. Please get better. Had to edit after realizing they gave 2 chocolate instead of 1 chocolate 1 strawberry. FWIW read more

Horrible! Horrible! Disgustingly Horrible! The staff are a bunch of unprofessional teenagers. The order was a simple burger in which was failed to be done correctly. Upon entering to get the burger fixed, no line was present but several employees were just conversing with one another at the front and behind the counter. I was acknowledged twice and with clear reason as to my approach to the counter, taken that there a receipt and Whataburger bag was present in my hand. After a few minutes, finally getting addressed, no apologies were given for the inconvenience of the situation. I used to always come to this whataburger but it's fell off! If you want to go to a good whataburger, go to the one on East Fwy. I went through the drive-thru & waited 30 minutes for my food (not even packed) & the guys at the window were young & playing around TOO much. it was very unprofessional. after i got my food, my order was wrong. i ordered a grilled chicken & got fried chicken. i also ordered extra sauce on my patty melt & got a little bit. dry ass patty melt. i took my grilled sandwich back in & they just threw it together. very 1/2 ass place. i don't recommend this location! read more

Really disappointed in this location, especially since I'm such a Whataburger lover! Stopped in for and order of fries & ended up having to wait about 20 minutes.... Just for an order of fries. To top it off I was charged for a side of gravy only to be told that the store had run out... Yet was still charged & not offered a refund. I am from California, IMO In N Out is better, French fries are ok at Whataburger, but the fresh cut french fries from In N Out are better, exception to this is the honey butter sauce from Whataburger is just better combined with spicy ketchup than just ketchup alone. The burger is same story as fries, the fresh taste and texture of In N Out is simply better. Lettuce, onions and tomatoes are freshly cut on site at In N Out, so they come on top of the Texas chain. read more
