I was ordering and these guys were very rude and the drive thru which already doesn't help in trusting the people who make your food. As I was pulling up they poked their head out the window and told me to stop a car short length from the window. Horrible I went here late night to get a grilled chicken wrap because I was trying to make a meal from scratch like I normally do but Walmart only had two registers open and 20,000 people so I stopped here hoping to get a warm Meal so I ordered 2 grilled chicken go wraps and they were ice f'n cold. I don't know if this place has it wrong or the Wendy's on Fairmont Parkway but at the one on Fairmont Parkway the wraps were hot so Wendys needs to make up their mind is this a hot item or a cold f'n item. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card as soon as I get home I'm tired of going to places and spending my hard earned money in getting garbage service in return. Edit: The ingredients we're even the same the one on Fairmont makes there with honey mustard and this one had some sort of creme dressing. I went here after a horrible experience at a different Wendys. The person who took my order asked me several times who screwed up the order and i said does it matter. I ordered 2 tripple cheese combos, fries no salt, and a drink. Heres a clue, when someone orders french fries with no salt, they want fresh fries, they also want a fresh cooked burger too. Which this was not, the meat was hot, but all the juices were drained out of it, so it was dry, tasteless, ever heard of salt and pepper? Precooking food because your lazy and dont want to feel rushed does not represent QUALITY folks. I heart Wendy's yes I do I heart Wendy's how bout you??! The innovators of the 99 cents menu have always offered quality food at a reasonable price. This location does Dave Thomas proud with a smiling face and patient spirit, which is a MUST in the fast food industry. Been through the drive though a couple of times and I must say that the wait time is a little less to be desired. Drive thru stays busy; sometimes It breezes through the customers and sometimes...well you took the words right out my mouth! On my last visit, the cars were piled up so much in the drive thru, I just knew that a takeout order was in order. To be fair, this is a fast food restaurant, so I only expect that it doesn't have a foul smell in the air, the water fountain area is clean and accessible as well as tables. Friendly faces would be nice as well. Greeted and acknowledged when I came in is a nice change of pace. Decided on the kids meal with an extra 6 piece. However, I wanted to know if the kids meals were still $1.99 after 4PM. The lady told me no, but said if a customer ask for the 1.99 kids meal, she overrides the sale and gives it to them. So sweet!!! Can't beat that. If you want quality food that doesn't break the budget, then this is the place for you. Today January 1st around 10:40pm the disrespectful women who was taking orders at the drive thru (she was an african american women i passed by the window and saw her) and she said they weren't accepting cards only cash so i said no thank you bye! and she said "ok bye bitch" i can't believe this establishment would let someone speak to their paying customers like that! First time here and I decided to order the new berry burst salad. Once I paid for the order the gentleman called my order and ask if I wanted blue cheese because they didn't have the cheese the salad originally comes with so I decided not to have any cheese instead. So they call out my order again and it was ready.. went to the counter picked up and sat down. Then I notice that they didn't give my the raspberry vinaigrette that is also parried with. So when I asked for the sauce The manger said that's it was discontinued At this point I was just not feeling like eating. I was sooooooo frustrated . Don't go to this location unless you want to blow your brains out! I waited over 15 minutes inside for a number 11 combo and a garden salad. For an order that simple, that usually never happens at any fast-food restaurant I've been to. I went in with a positive aura surrounding me and smiled at most of the employees because I already know they deal with difficult people all day. However, DeAnthony, the cashier/host, had to bag my order because two people who ordered AFTER me managed to get their large orders before I did. I slowly felt my mood go from positive to irritable, but I HATE to be that guy who can't keep his cool. I simply told DeAnthony that I trusted them to get my order completed in a timely manner, but they failed me. Unsatisfied customers continued to barge through the doors with complaints and returns as I waited an excruciatingly long time. It was embarrassing that the manager had to continue to walk to the register to satisfy customers. I thought the customers were being obnoxiously needy, but after the experience I had, I see why so many people were unsatisfied. I'm not one to complain very much. It takes a lot for me to lose my patience, but as you can see-- Wallisville Wendy's needs to re-train or hire some more people to strengthen their numbers. I won't be returning to this location. Let me start off by saying just skip this place. Food is ok as is most fast food places, but the service is HORRIBLE. Today, a worker was struggling to refill the coke soda machine. He was working on it for at least 10 min (when we walked in to after we received our food). As the manager walked by him, he asked for help. She held up her finger and told him in just a minute as she walked out of the restaurant with her keys. About 10-15 more minutes went by and she walks in with another employee. In the meantime, a customer had to help the guy refill the machine since several customers had their food with no drink. The front counter employee was too busy bagging orders to help get drinks which also caused a huge delay in ordering. The ceiling had several missing tiles with exposed duct work which was leaking on the floor. One plus, the food was hot, but won't be coming back to this Wendy's. read more

After years of not eating at Wendys I decided to give them another try...well that was a mistake. We set in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes with no one taking my order. At the 2 minute mark I said "Hello" I was told "Give me a minute." I set there for another 3 minutes. Two more cars drove up behind me...when I finally gave up and drove around I saw the worker hanging out of the window talking to what I can only guess were her personal friends. She proceeded to ignore all of us waiting in line. We decided to go to Whataburger next door...which took my order right when we drove up. I love Wendy's and I especially love the way they have rebranded to a cleaner, more modern look. However this particular restaurant is way below the bar for cleanliness. The tables and floors are always dirty and the drink/condiment area is a nightmare. This is normal during a large rush of customers or short staff, but we regularly witness the staff sitting around talking to their friends or talking on their phones. It's a shame, but this should be a drive-through only visit. The food is pretty consistent and good. read more
