Second time at this establishment. First time, was not a fan of the burger my husband and I…read moreordered, but decided to give it one more try. Ordered a 3 piece hot tender basket with fries and white queso Mac and cheese. Now, we're Mexican and can handle some spice but biting into that first tender I just got hit with straight chile powder, no hint of salt or other seasonings. Only ate one tender left the other two alone. Fries were cold, but thankfully the food runner was able to bring us a fresh batch of fries. Queso Mac was ok, didn't love it. The staff seems to need a little more training. When we walked in someone came up to the register who had been waiting for 30 minutes for food. Took the staff a bit to figure out the order. There were only 4 other tables occupied at the time and a number was given to us by the cashier. Shortly after we sat down, the cashier was walking around with two trays of food asking each table if that's what they ordered. Everyone said no, so she walked around asking each table what they ordered. I thought that was the purpose of the assigned numbers, maybe my understanding is wrong. Unfortunately don't think we will be back for a third time.

And also, they ran out of the Philly cheesesteak after our order and we came at like 10am. They gave us some chips and salsa (the red sauce) while we waited. Our friend asked for the green sauce (idk what it's called) but it's the one that's supposed to be served with the chips. The lady was surprised "You've been here before?" She was surprised about the fact that people know about it like it was a secret/hidden item (and no none of us had been here before). The green sauce was wayyy better than the red one she served. The loaded fries was $8 but it was very small and not that good. It comes with chicken and some cheese sauce on top. It was my fault for not reading the description of the food because it said it came with fejitas (chicken?). I was just surprised because it costed $8 for some pieces of fries with some small pieces of chickens? I had loaded fries at different places before and they serve ribeye steak with double the amount of fries for like $4. The sauce tasted sour because of lime/lemon that they put in. It was not worth it. The Philly cheesesteak came after 15 minutes more. It looked good but it was a lot of bread, the beef was very dry and hard, the cheese was ok good but it was a little bit blocky. It does come with fries on the side and this regular fries were better than their loaded fries. They used different fries for their fries too and the regular fries are good enough, the fries they used for loaded fries are very bland and soggy. My friends had their Jalapeño burgers and mushroom burgers. The beef patties were DRY!! They requested no tomatoes but all of their burgers came with tomatoes... They were struggling finishing the burgers. I would not come back!
