There are so many hot chicken places around these days. It's a bubble really. When the bubble pops, Beaky's will still be left standing. Better than any Nashtrash chic sammie ive ever had. The only one I come back to. The OG is my favorite and the potato salad is exceptional. read more

I had placed a pick up order and it was ready on time. The food was overall great tasting, they did forget one of our items but honestly we had also forgot to check before leaving so we didn't come back. Only downside is the pricing is quite high. We paid about 80 for 3 adults. read more

A group of friends were craving fried chicken and this really hit the spot. When you first walk in, it feels very inviting, but it was empty considering that it was very cold that day around 7-8PM on a Sunday. If you're in the area, I would recommend the chicken We all got the 3 tender chicken meal mild, Medium, and Hot. We believed that medium wasn't spicy like it stated and the hot was a good level, but it was still good. The price was very reasonable. The skin on the chicken was very crispy, but after eating the full meal it does feel greasy. The sides were also very good. All of the food tasted very homemade. Our favorite was the red skin potato salad and the green beans. We would come back again. read more

Went here twice in one week. Awesome food. Went with the tender meal, hot, with sides of Mac and cheese and banana pudding. If your cardiovascular system can hack it, the food is worth the calories. Service was quick and straight-forward---informal ambiance. Just go to the counter, order, wait 15 minutes, eat there or leave. Clean. read more

Saw the pictures on google "website" and wanted to try it out so bad!!! Didn't know we were so c close to home. Can't wait to get home and try the loaded fries and for my husband got the southern chicken burger, also the elote and banana pudding dessert!! Customer service is good, not bad and not great but did get my order in lol.. could smile more and make customers feel welcomed! Just work on that... Ambiance is pretty chill, not private but it's ok for a quick lunch or friends lunch ou Ok so the size of food is huge!!! Will definitely have left overs!! The seasoned fries are so good!!! The only small item was the elote which was a little pricey for the size of a half a can corn.. but the rest is pretty good size! Let's see the taste....the flavor is very zesty and delicious!! Omg the loaded fries have so much of everything!!! The macaroni and white cheese, the seasoned fries, the chicken which I chose mild and the pickles with that crunch and perfect sourness were just so good!!!! Be ready to have left over because the portion is huge!! I recommend you share it if you won't finish it because later they will be extremely soggy! My husband loved the burger, also huge piece of Chicken breast and for him I chose low, not too spicy but just perfect with sweet and sour flavor! The corn is just plain but ok, the banana pudding is so good too!!very creamy and a big serving too Try this place!! It's so dammm good!! read more

I've driven by this restaurant numerous times as I've traveled through Baytown. My friend and I finally decided to give it a try. The meal deal comes with two sides. More on that in a minute. First, choose the spice level you want for your hot chicken. There are multiple choices. I'll say this about that; choose wisely! I like hot chicken but dang, I found this hot chicken to be spicy. It doesn't hit you all at once either. A few bites in, I suddenly started experiencing the full effect!! It got hot on the ol' taste buds. To be fully transparent, I also was dipping my strips into their spicy mayo sauce, so I think it was a combo of the two. Pretty good flavor on both but whew!!! I needed a drink refill. I was also eye-balling the desserts because they have banana pudding on the menu and it looked really good. I really wanted to try it!! I'll come back to that too. Let's go back to the sides. My meal came with two sides. The choices are fries, southern green beans, red skin potato salad, white queso mac and cheese, sweet heat baked beans, and elote. I ordered the potato salad which was excellent. However, they allowed me to sub one of my sides for a smaller portion of banana pudding. I'm not sure if they always do this but I really wanted to try it. Wow!! It's good!!! I definitely recommend dessert, specifically the banana pudding. Bottom line - If you like hot chicken, I recommend Beaky's. Be ready!! It can get spicy fast!! And order the banana pudding! It's delish. An easy 4-star review!! read more

The best hot chicken around. Loved it. Will be back for sure. Am I at 85 characters yet? Just go. It's the best.

I love this place chicken is so juicy and hot out and the sides are great! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

The food was delicious, and the variety of meal options and sides were great. The cashier was super friendly and helpful going through the menu. They were very prompt with service and got the food out very quickly. It was a cozy place to wait on my food, and would've been cool to stay and eat at. read more

Went at 12:30pm on a Thursday and the place was completely empty which was surprising but made for very quick service. I got 2 mild tenders with fries and mac & cheese. I wasn't looking for anything spicy today but wanted flavor and the mild was perfect. I also tried the spicy mayo dipping sauce and the buttermilk ranch. Both were great. The fries were a little overcooked and hard so I didn't eat those. The Mac & cheese is truly mac in a green chile white queso like described. It had great flavor but I'd prefer a thicker sauce. Finally got the diet and worms for dessert and as someone who makes it's at home this recipe wasn't great. It was fine but could have been better. Overall good experience. I don't live in the area so not amazing enough to venture back but if I happened to be near again I'd come back. read more

Beaky’s Hot Chicken - Mild tenders and fries - Chicken Shop Near Me - Baytown, Texas

U can't complain about Becky's Hot Chicken. I will say that the strips are a better value for the money compared to the sandwiches. 2 strips with 2 sides is $10, while 3 strips with 2 sides are $12. The sandwiches are $12 and only come with 1 side. I believe the sandwiches only have 2 strips on them. I just wasn't a fan on the stuff on the sandwiches, and it took away from the flavor of the tasty chicken strips. This restaurant gets 5 stars from me due to it being well rounded. The chicken is probably the best in the area, the sides were great, decent price, and excellent service. They offer several different spice levels for the chicken. I would recommend medium. I thought the taste of that one was better than the next spice level up. Both medium and hot are not too spicy. If you're in the area, this is a great place to check out. read more

Crispy, juicy chicken with a sweet heat. Medium spice level was great for me - not too spicy because of the sweetness! Make sure to get everything on the sandwich because that sauce and slaw was delicious. The Mac and cheese even has a great flavor with some underlying jalapeños. Also hard to beat $11 for a full meal! Service was fast (order at the counter) and parking was plentiful at noon on a Friday. read more

First time dining with Beaky's. It's in a strip shopping center. Parking is very tight here. Ordering is done at the counter. I opted for the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich medium heat. It came with one side and decided on the elote. The good thing about everything ordered is that it is cooked to order so you know everything is coming out fresh hot or cold. It took around 15 mins for all of the food to come out. The sandwich was delicious as I will always order this every time going forward. I did not care for the corn dish but that's ok because I didn't come here for the sides. Overall I do recommend you stop by for a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich! read more

Sandwiches are filling. Good flavor. I've ordered a few chicken sandwiches and on one I asked them to make it as hot as they can and it was DEFINITELY SPICY. But I liked it. I like these sandwiches for sure. Sides are pretty good as well. read more

Food is excellent, staff and owner is very nice! The kool aid is amazing! Better than Urban Birds!

13 bucks for 3 chicken tenders and 2 sides. 42.00 for 3 meals and 3 drinks. Chicken tenders were not tender but high in sodium. Refills on drinks are needed due to extreme levels of salt. Red potato salad was the best thing going and would help cut the salt. Even the kids complained and that normally doesn't happen. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable about menu items. read more

This was honestly good. The food is flavorful but my lemonade was just sugar. Other than that it was a good experience. Beware of the extra hot because my brother and I are still dying. Which means you get what you asked for. Beans are also very good . read more

I reallllllly like this hot chicken place in Baytown. Their menu is pretty simple. They have the sandwich, tenders, and my favorite are the loaded fries. They have some other additional items but they have the classics. The chicken is actually pretty hot, and I usually order the mild. That is enough heat for me. I usually order the loaded fries and it is definitely filling. The season on the fries are fantastic as well. I was definitely full and it is for sure a heavy meal read more

Honestly a hidden gem. Great flavor and heat. Chicken was tender and sides were fresh and delicious. I recommend the tenders with comeback sauce with elote and colesaw on the side. Oh my WORD! Where do I even begin? THIS is how you bring a new restaurant to Baytown! From the location, to the interior, to the staff, to the food ... all of it was top notch! I'll start with the location! It sits at one of the busiest intersections in Baytown, which will definitely help! The parking lot in the shopping center is typically busy, but it didn't seem to be a problem this evening! Just be patient if you are looking for a spot! It will be worth it! The restaurant itself is so nice, clean, and cute on the inside! It is a counter service restaurant, so you walk in one door, stand in line (if there is one) and order at the counter. The girl who helped me order was cute as a button and helped me through the ordering process without being prompted ... which I LOVED .. she knew this was my first time and she wanted to make sure I got my order exactly the way I wanted it before we moved on to the next thing. Every single team member was so nice and helpful! Smiles on every face and a big willingness to help and make everyone's experience how they envision it should be! The simplicity of their menu is was I loved the most! It is not overwhelming, which makes it easy to make a great decision! The hardest part to me was gauging what level of spice I wanted on my sandwich. Everyone's pallet is different so even asking someone might prove to be misleading. We tried the mild and hot ... the best way I can help someone gauge it is comparing it to a chick fil a Spivey chicken sandwich spice level ... medium is not quite as spicy, hot is just a tad more spicy ... and that is about as good as it gets for a spicy-ness gauge. Every single sandwich is customizable... if you don't want something on the sandwich, have them take it off ... you want extra? have them put it on ... a different sauce? go for it! There are 3 sandwiches, and we got one of each! All 3 were insane, and my personal favorite was the Southern Love ... the pimento cheese was almost too good to be true. Whatever you do, don't remove the pickles! They help cut through the flavors of all the sandwiches ... and just work ... on all 3 ... I'm getting extra next time! Also want to mention we got our food to-go ... the food traveled well and was anything but soggy or cold when we got home. We got both deserts and if there is any I can tell you not to do, it would be DO NOT leave without getting the banana pudding!! The homemade custard is literally was dreams are made of ... literally, I will probably be dreaming of it! Listen, it would be hard to be disappointed with anything on their menu! This place is going to do very very good! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! read more

This was my first time trying hot chicken. I was not a fan of it being sweet. I also was expecting more flavor from the chicken. The green beans were a 10/10 - would definitely recommend. The fries were alright, nothing to throw a party over. I would go back for the green beans but nothing else really. The lady at the register was really nice. Oh oh, before I go, the spicy mayo sauce is also a 10/10. read more

So glad we found this place. Chicken is best I've had in years. Got hot level tenders and was pretty hot, but bearable. Hot Honey Mayo is the best sauce. Wife got the tacos and she loved them. Elote very good, too. Service was great. Hillary is awesome. We will be back. They're opening one in Mont Bellvieu soon. read more

We were wanting something different and came across Beaky's. We decided on the 3 tender basket which included 2 sides. We chose the white queso macaroni and cheese which was very good and had a surprise with Jalapeno pieces in it, which just enhanced the flavor. We also chose the fries and the potato salad. The fries were a generous portion. We chose the hot honey mayo and comeback sauces, which neither one disappointed. The chicken tenders were very crispy and juicy. Would definitely come here again. You will not be disappointed read more

Literally so good, love the chicken sandwiches and the Mac and cheese it's amazing. Hope they send out coupons again soon

Beaky's is fried chicken heaven! I smelled Beaky's from the parking lot and had to give it a try. I am a huge fan of the chicken spice scale, I like the medium heat level spicy chicken sandwich. The potato salad is homemade and tasted like my grandmas cooking. My favorite menu item is the elotes. We watched our order sit on the counter for 10 minutes before it was brought out. It was a little cold but still tasted great. read more

So good, so full. Stopped by on my lunch break today, and had a great experience. I ordered the 3 piece meal, hot, with mac n cheese and fries. I also got an extra side of coleslaw, honey mayo, and ranch AND banana pudding for dessert. The gentlemen helping me was very nice, and helpful, maybe the owner, definitely a manager if not it seemed. The chicken was definitely spicy, but with a bit of sweet at the same time. IT was interesting as I had never had Nashville style before, but it was damn good. A 3 piece meal was a fat meal for lunch, and I might go for the two piece instead next time. Additionally, while the fries are probably delicious in store, no surprise they did not traveler well. The mac n cheese was delicious, and coleslaw was a nice side to have. The manager guy also threw in some queso dip and spicy mayo for me to try out, and I gotta say, all of the sauces were excellent to dip into. Lastly, that bread pudding, so so good. Everyone in the office tried a bit, and agreed. That creamy topping on a really good custard, was so good. I will definitely be back to try this place out in the future. read more

Third visit, excellent fast service and great food all 3 times. If you have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy your chicken and want some spice and flavor, beats the raising canes and chick-fil-a across the street. Has become a fan favorite when I buy my employees a surprise lunch. Jalapeño Mac and cheese and elotes- if you don't like super spicy start with a medium heat and work up. read more

Definitely recommend this place. So firstly I want to acknowledge the customer service. Didn't get the girl's name who was at the counter, but I loved her customer service . She welcomed you with a smile, very friendly, explained the menu if there were questions, and thanked you for coming as you're walking out. Sat and ate there and noticed this was a consistent thing . So 5 stars for her. Other than that, food was excellent. I got the 2 tender meal (medium), fries and green beans for my side. Chicken was not overly breaded, seasoned well, and juicy white meat. I recommend this place for hot chicken fans. read more
