I just want to say I walked in today and I just want to say the place smells like straight trash juice... tabbouleh was like encrusted to the sides of container like it's been out all week... The only one Grape leaves they had out looked putrid.. Like it's been out since last week as well Also no desserts in cold refrigerator The only dessert they had was left out and looked super dry and still trying to sale them and hardly anything in stock Along with wilted lettuce for sandwiches I've come to you and specifically order a chicken shawarma sandwich with hummus The guy who is working is sooooo rude and unwilling to help with order ... Told me he can't make a sandwich with hummus I told him if paying for the hummus was an issue...that I would pay 4$ for hummus if needed..but just refused to take care of the customer...this was before I asked him what he was doing because he grabbed a Togo box ...and proceeded to to put hummus in a box and then act like I didn't order it on a sandwich And this isn't the first time Last time he got mad because I asked for my sandwich in pita bread not tortilla bread..lol (that would make it a burrito) And acted like I was asking too much.. When all I want is a sandwich I order made correctly... I just gonna leave this here I would not recommend this place to anyone... You want good place go to Dimassi's on nasa blvd.. But do not go here unless you want to spend a lot of money on food poisioning And a hint of stank from there place up your nose for a good 30mins You'd definitely remeber this place but not for anything positive Please Mike hire new people Who know what they are doing And who care about the buisnes. While your gone Again do not eat here

I just took my boyfriend here and he is shocked that he didn't try this place sooner. I ordered the lamb gyro plate while he got the lamb kabob. Both taste great! The lamb kabob was very juicy. Our sides consisted of caramelized onion hummus, creamy pasta, cucumber salad, roasted cauliflower, and tabouli. All were very good, especially the hummus. Their pita bread is so soft, probably the best pita bread in Houston! Really made the hummus even better.

I wasn't impressed with the quality of the gyro meat or the rice. The gyro was cut in cubes, no big deal rather than usual slices. The meat was dry and lacked flavor. The rice was also dry and had some hard pieces from the bottom of the pot it was cooked in. The presentation was probably the only good thing about the plate.

Best Bites takes you to Seabrook!…read more Today, while visiting my grandson, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Athena's Corner Greek Restaurant in Seabrook, and it was absolutely delicious! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm Mediterranean charm. The restaurant is beautiful, inviting, and filled with Greek-inspired décor. You can choose to dine inside or relax on their lovely outdoor patio. Our waitress, Rachel, was exceptional--friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. She made us feel right at home! We kicked off our meal with a couple of appetizers, and they were every bit as impressive as they were delicious. The hummus was smooth, creamy, and served with warm, fluffy pita bread. We also enjoyed the falafels--perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and even better dipped in their spicy feta spread! For my entrée, I chose the Lunch Special featuring a savory spinach pie, served with a fresh Greek salad and a cup of their famous Avgolemono (Greek lemon soup) . It was light, comforting, and packed with flavor. My grandson ordered the Chickpea Salad , a dish he loved so much on a previous visit that he couldn't resist ordering it again. That's always a good sign! My husband selected the Stuffed Shrimp Special . The plate was absolutely beautiful--jumbo baked shrimp stuffed with a savory crab dressing, served over a bed of mushroom orzo. It tasted every bit as incredible as it looked! If you're ever in Seabrook, Texas, and you're craving something fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, I highly recommend Athena's Corner Greek Restaurant. You'll enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, outstanding hospitality, and food that's made with care and bursting with authentic flavor. Best Bites Approved! Have you been to Athena's Corner? This was our first time trying this place and we were excited because we love Greek/Arabic food (having spent many years in those areas). However, when my husband asked how the leftovers packaging and pricing worked (it's a self-serve buffet), he was met with a snarl and disdain by the cashier who acted like my husband was an inconvenience for asking the question. When we finished our meal and returned to the cashier to check out with our leftovers, Snarl McSnarlson (the cashier), was even more aggressive towards me and my son. I reached for the receipt that printed after I selected a tip and tapped my card to pay but McSnarlson snapped, "That's for to-go orders!" And snatched the paper from the machine. I then inserted my card and the payment screen quickly changed to the Home Screen skipping the section to select a print, text, or email receipt. I asked McSnarlson if he canceled my receipt and he waved at the machine then snapped, "Was I not supposed to print your receipt?!?" I asked, "Do you have a problem?" And he yelled at me and my child again, "You asked for one and I printed it." I had not. My husband suggested we leave to avoid further escalation, and McSnarlson muttered, "Get the f*** out of my restaurant." as we were halfway through the door.
