This is in the old Cafe Express restaurant space. It was interesting to see how they updated the design to suit Dimassi's. I think the decor is really nice. It's comfy and they play traditional music in the background. The food selection is plentiful so everyone should find something they like. My favs were the Baba Ghanouge, the Ozie rice, spinach, pita bread (so fresh), roasted veggies, eggplant, the meatballs, the gyro meat ( so tender), falafel, the thyme pie, jam cookies, and the baklava (divine)! And there was oh so much more to choose from. On diet? They got you. Want to pig out? They got you! Would I go back? Absolutely. But come hungry as you will want to try everything!

Just finished having lunch with my girls and I'm glad we chose, Dimassi's. It's a great place if you're looking for a clean buffet with a variety of delicious options that taste like a homemade Mediterranean feast. From the creamy avocado hummus to fresh salads, cucumber mint yogurt, the well-done and tasty grilled chicken and beef kabobs - it all hit the spot. When you're fixing your plate remember to grab a basket of naan which you could dip into the lentil peas soup. The price isn't too bad. It's usually $17.99 for lunch, $19.99 for dinner. If you plan on visiting during the holidays you'll pay a little more. It's $23.99 during the holidays. And, kids eat for $8.99. Still a great price for the wide selection of mediterranean dishes. You'll get your money's worth.

Absolutely delicious!!! I have never seen a Mediterranean Buffet and I am very glad we stopped by! Scrumptious food, everything tastes authentic and fresh, and all cooked perfectly well. This is an all you can eat and drink buffet but with quality. The service was lovely the owner was very nice to greet us and the men picking up the plates were fast and attentive. The ambiance is modern and causal vibes. Highly recommend to anyone in the area! :D

Everything was fresh and warm. So many drink options and pricing is not too bad, albeit expensive on the weekends as expected. Meat was definitely on the dry side especially the gyro which was underwhelming but the kebab was amazing and all the other dishes were great. Selection for the buffet was not overwhelming and the hummus and Za'atar were some of the best! Great place to come if you want a filling meal.

Fresh, delicious and plentiful. We stumbled across this place when we were in Webster and we'll definitely be back. This place is very clean. Gloves are mandatory while serving yourself. Employees are constantly cleaning things up. There are plenty of options including salads and hot dishes. There's even a dessert section.

Gorgeous & spacious interior but there are quite a few kinks that need to be worked out! - Ample parking in the gigantic lots out front - Service is very limited which I like. You seat yourself & immediately head over to the buffet line. They ask you to wear gloves to serve yourselves. Pick out whatever drink you'd like. When you're done, get up & pay. There were 3 employees working on a Saturday night: the cashier, one cleaning tables, and the cook. The biggest thing I wish they could improve on is how the food can get VERY cold, especially the meat entrees that are supposed to be warm. They're barely heated to begin with, and by the time you eat them EVEN if you move along fast in the line, it's already super cold. This included the baked fish, gyro, chicken, the rice next to it... Even the complimentary lamb shanks that come w/ the weekend dinner buffet were cold too :( This happened the multiple times we all went to get more food. Perhaps they can put an optional food warmer on the sides somewhere in the future? I found especially the meats to be difficult to enjoy when they were like ice :( It's fair price $20.99 per person for a weekend dinner, and nowadays that's a steal. But know ahead of time you're coming for quantity.

I was eager to give it a try, so tonight my family chose our dishes for a takeout order and looked forward to something great for dinner. Based on reviews I ordered falafel, kibbe, and chicken shawarma. My husband had a gyro and my daughter ordered the feta dip (which turned out to be cubes of feta and nothing for dipping. Unfortunately, we all agreed it was very okay. Everything was palatable, but it lacked the sparkle of meals we've eaten at other local eateries and at our Greek friend's house. My husband and I had the great good fortune to be able to travel in Istanbul and Greece over the summer, and the food was...better. I understand that region matters; perhaps I am not as enthusiastic about this version of food from that part of the world. One woman's opinion shouldn't spoil other peoples bliss, but I'm looking forward to my next visit to Wael's. I'll appreciate the delicious kibbe better than before.

We started with a sampler platter of appetizers, and let me tell you: you could tell the dolmas ("grape leaves" on the menu) were made fresh that morning, the hummus was delicious, the salad was refreshing, and the kibbeh and falafel were tasty too. The lamb sandwich was so good; I don't usually like pickles, but I did in that sandwich! We went for a late lunch/early dinner (3pm ish) and it was very quiet inside. Our server was conversational and fun! Highly recommend: go here if you want to support an under-appreciated Mediterranean restaurant in the area.

We have a young child, so we opt for takeout most of the time. Today, I got off of work early, so my husband and I wanted to dine-in child-free. We arrived close to the end of lunch hour. We saw the sign advertising for the chef combo, which I wanted to order after perusing the menu. The waitress was not friendly. Her demeanor and tone were not customer centric. She said I couldn't order the chef combo anymore. I told her it wasn't 3 yet. She said that they ran out of sides, so it wasn't an option. The message was fine, but the delivery was rude. I picked something else and was confirming what it came with, and rather than point me in the right direction, she went back and forth with me. My husband has worked in the restaurant business and was shocked at the interaction. I wanted to order an alcoholic beverage, but after the negative interaction, I opted to leave it at food only. I didn't want to stay longer than needed. I wish I could give this place a higher review, but I'm going to go back to take out if I come back. I'll think twice about dining here again.

Pack of 4, which was good. Chicken Sharma-- glad it wasn't on super thick bread, and I got extra pickles so I really liked it. Philly cheese steak-- it was a lot more bread than meat. Wouldn't get it again. Fries that came with the sandwiches- soggy, old tasting. Not fresh, crispy or hot. Really disappointed with the fries since thats the only thing one of my kids will eat. Also, again, no ketchup, and wasn't offered any. Mawal plate with salad and hummus-- my favorite thing, as the salad was fresh tasting and I liked the hummus. Had to warm the pita up, but it made all the difference. Chicken tawook with rice and fries -pack separate, I didnt try it. I have no idea what they do to make these not taste so "sharp" like they usually do, but these were really unbelievable. We got the beef shawarma with fries and the beef chunks with fat grilled (mention it to them if you want medium) over white rice. Beef shawarma is a large portion and it was served cut up. The meat was juicy and I loved the sauces and the veggies in the wrap. Also, loved the fries! They were seasoned very well. The wrap and fries also came with 3 different type of sauces: garlic, spicy, and the pink sauce. Garlic sauce was good, spicy sauce was spicy, and the pink sauce was my favorite, a slight mix of both. The grilled beef over rice was also delicious. The yellow rice was finished for the day, so I got the white rice and it was fluffy and went well with the meat and grilled veggies. The meat was a liiitle tough, but you can mention if you want it rare/medium/well done to them. Veggies (onion, tomato, and pepper) were grilled nicely. I enjoyed eating here, and I'll definitely be stopping by again whenever I'm in the mood for some grilled food or shawarma. I was invited to the food truck and this is my honest review.
