I would have…read moreliked to know the prices for things before I bought them without asking...I didn't know it would be $12.50 for a small Greek salad and a gyro that was another small salad n a few slices of beef on a piece of pita bread ...$2.50 for the greasy spinach pie that was "fresh made" wasn't crunchy at all. Was delicious, just expecting it to be crunchy and fresher....so that was a little disappointing. When buying things in the store the machine malfunctioned twice and the guy at the register was the only one who spoke English. He seemed to have a hard time with knowing how to scan and ring up things, it took a while, I'm patient. Not a problem, but some may not be, Overall the food was yummy, just a little over priced and, the service was top notch, clean, just slow and who knows they might work it out soon. I ended up meeting the new owner and he was very personable, great eye contact and asked questions about the food and service. I genuinely feel they cared this is why I am leaving this review so they can improve on what they need help with.

We have a young child, so we opt for takeout most of the time. Today, I got off of work early, so my husband and I wanted to dine-in child-free. We arrived close to the end of lunch hour. We saw the sign advertising for the chef combo, which I wanted to order after perusing the menu. The waitress was not friendly. Her demeanor and tone were not customer centric. She said I couldn't order the chef combo anymore. I told her it wasn't 3 yet. She said that they ran out of sides, so it wasn't an option. The message was fine, but the delivery was rude. I picked something else and was confirming what it came with, and rather than point me in the right direction, she went back and forth with me. My husband has worked in the restaurant business and was shocked at the interaction. I wanted to order an alcoholic beverage, but after the negative interaction, I opted to leave it at food only. I didn't want to stay longer than needed. I wish I could give this place a higher review, but I'm going to go back to take out if I come back. I'll think twice about dining here again.

Just living right there in the middle of the road. Service was fine, place was fine, food was fine. But if I'm eating kabobs, I'm hoping for something that punches me in the taste buds a little harder. This one was more like a polite handshake. Not knocking it -- it's just not really my thing.

I've been coming to Bibi's House of Kabob for work lunches for a while now, and it finally hit me…read morethat I'd never written a review. This spot really deserves one. It's one of the best restaurants on Center Street and, in my opinion, one of the healthiest options too. A meal here almost always starts with the hummus and pita. The hummus is unbelievably smooth and flavorful, the kind that keeps you dipping until you've accidentally made it a meal of its own. The tzatziki is another standout. Creamy, cool, and garlicky with just the right tang, it's the kind of sauce that makes everything it touches better. I've never been big on eggplant dips, so I haven't gone for that, but I know plenty of people swear by it. My usual order is the pita gyro with a Greek salad. It feels fresh and filling without being heavy, though I have to admit their fries are hard to resist. On my last visit I went for the mixed chicken and shish kabob plate. The meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned so well that I didn't even need the extras, though of course I still used them because that tzatziki is just too good. For dessert, the baklava is always worth saving room for. It's flaky, sweet, and just the right amount of indulgent at the end of a healthy-feeling meal. Bibi's can get packed around lunchtime, and once you've eaten here it's easy to understand why. The food is fresh, consistently delicious, and a step above what you'd expect from a quick lunch stop. I'll be back, as always, and one of these days I'll slow down enough to give the menu the detailed attention it deserves
