Got most of my order wrong and no fries and wasn't pack for them to get my orders wrong disappointed at this location

Ordered dinner here tonight for my family and spent over $70.. The service here was super poor worse than I have ever experienced before. The staff on the microphone were completely unprofessional, laughing and giggling throughout my whole ordering process. Completely not paying attention to the customer and what I needed. I received my food and did a survey which I placed my concerns of worry. Went back through the driveway to redeem my survey coupon and was met with hostility from the managing staff. Refusing to give me fresh fries. Insisted that I show my receipt in order to prove that I recently ordered the fries. Filled with so much attitude and says this was by far my worst experience with the company. There were also homeless people sitting outside of the property, making it unsafe for customers. I would like to be contacted in regards of the inhumane services I received. read more

Ordered at this chick fil a through the chick fil app for delivery. As you know they go through door dash. Once I placed my order I received all follow up message and was told my driver was waiting to pick up my order. Then my driver messaged me asking if my order had already been picked up. I told him no and said that the app was telling me they were in line waiting to pick up. My dasher then told me they gave my order to someone else (another dasher) and are refusing to re make my order due to those reasons. I called this store and they pretty much told me the same thing that they couldn't remake the order and that they have no idea where my order was now and I may or may not receive it. Well it never came. Had to then contact door dash to get a refund and after an hour of playing phone tag with all these company's had to load up and go out and find dinner. After a 17hr work day over the road that was the last thing I wanted to do. All because they gave my order to the wrong driver. I could be wrong but I believe they are responsible to have to check and make sure the driver picking up has all the correct information and what not. Anyways boo to the location and the manager on duty refusing to help not only door dash but also a paying customer read more

I've been to a few Chick-fil-As but there's something extra special about this one. From the moment you walk in until you get out everyone that works there is supeR friendly. It's amazing how something so simple like acknowledging you when you come in and just having a great attitude changes your whole view of a place. I had the grilled chicken which was good and everything inside it fresh. I love how you can see the potato peel on the fries. I also appreciate them listing the calories next to each item. It's a great way for everyone to be aware of how much they're consuming. I also like the buttons on the table to order or call manger. It's a shame this location is so far from me because I'd come here more often. I mean all the ones I've been to they're friendly but not quite like this location.A read more

I love Chick-fil-a happy they made this location on the east side there was one 1 other location near JCP kind of a distance from home. Service is always friendly . I love this location and the friendliness of all the young school aged kiddos. Everyone is always so pleasing and excited. They make me feel better rather I dine in or go through the drive thru. Please note mlmy son and I visit weekly. I'm am VERY disappointed with the MANAGEMENT of this establishment for bullying and speaking so disrespectful to their young employees. I witnessed a rude customer just being ugly to the girl taking the order and then the rude supervisor was just as ugly to the same employee because of that customers verbal abuse. The customer is NOT always right and management should build its employees up and not tear them down. I've seen this on two separate occasions on different days within the past two weeks. That is so unprofessional of Chick-fil-A and again I am deeply dissatisfied with the way they treat their employees. Shame on the owner for allowing bulling of these kids whom are more than likely working their first job ever. Remember you BUILD UP employees NOT TEAR them down. This is a weird Chick-fil-A location. You have to make a U-turn on Uvalde rd to get to this place. I ordered my breakfast everything cool, the greeting, the "my pleasure" ect. I sat down and ate my breakfast and killied my sun joy drink. So here I am and no employee came to ask for a refill at all (30 minutes). So that's my deal. I guess it was an off day. I am a dentist that works down the street. I rarely come into the location but I did today because I had to use the restroom. The minute I stepped out of my car in the parking lot I was catered to. I have stopped here a couple times as I am traveling from Houston to Louisiana. Each experience has been awesome. Yesterday I walked in and the young lady behind the counter gave me the biggest hello. She smiled and extended her hand as far in the air to wave at me. I placed a mobile order and went to the counter to show them my order. I guess because the location is new, the employees are new too. Because one of the cashiers did not understand what a mobile order was and kept laughing and seemed very disrespectful. I was helped by another cashier who knew what I was talking about and got my order to me promptly. The food is exceptional as always. I'm dropping a star for this location because of the service of this cashier, that was frustrating. One of the best locations I've been to, Sharon and her staff in the morning have the best attitude and service. The best and fastest breakfast service I've experienced at chick-fil-a while ordering a lunch item early in the Am. I went to get my family food and they charged me TWICE with my card and my fathers card. It took so long to get everything right. Once I went home my fries weren't even full. JUST left there and there was a girl taking drive thru orders and she's talking so fast you can't even understand her. And she's trying to rush you and doesn't even listen to your order right and gets everything wrong and even adds food to your order. Besides her the place isn't as good as cfa wallisville. As someone who worked at chick fil a, the service here was deplorable. First, I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order and place and completely separate order which I let them know it was a separate order about three times, but they still charged it all to one card. What if it had been a different customer who got charged for an extra order that wasn't theirs? What if I didn't have enough money in my account for the second order? That's why I specifically said it's a separate order. When I spoke with a leader, they wouldn't admit it was their mistake for modifying the mobile order instead of ringing up a separate order and told me there was nothing they can do. No apology or anything. Just a "nothing we can do, call corporate." And also I specifically asked for 8 honey bbqs for my order and even when the order was spoken back to me they said 8 honey bbqs and when I got home and opened my bag, I only had three. When I called to let them know they missed my sauces they told me they charge for extra sauce. You can charge me for another customers order, but not my sauce I asked for? I ordered the mobile app, my internet connection died the closer I got wasn't able to let Chick-Fil-A know I was there. But gave them my name and they completed my order. Didn't take long at all. Young man at drive thru was very friendly, and he was able to answer a few questions about Chick-Fil-A's monthly promotions. I'm giving this Chic a Fila a 5star rating! Clean environment and their service was quick and everyone was so polite. We went in the restroom and my friend said one of the stalls was dirty, but we didn't advised management about it, and when we turned around, there was someone cleaning it already. Like wow! As if they read our mind! They would have someone walking around asking us if we needed any sauces or anything. You don't get to see that quite often! After we finished our meals, we went to go dump it and a sweet staff said "let me take care of that for you". We were all smiles and didn't expect an outstanding service. Okay so I love chick fil a for their service and food, but this particular location sucks. Been here twice and it's honestly the worst I was at he drive through today ordering food I got 2 chicken wrap with honey mustard, and avocado lime sauce with two teas Then a grilled chicken sandwich with a tea Lastly I wanted a chicken spicy deluxe with a lemonade, and a separate chicken spicy sandwich on its own. With 8 ketchup and 2 chick fil a sauce. I had to repeat my order 3 times because the worker didn't understand I wanted a separate chicken sandwich on the side not including the meal. I dropped it on the third time and just got the meal instead. I got to the window and I had to repeat with entire order again. I then was instructed to pull up that my order would b right out. They didn't take to long and the lady who gave me my order said "the sauces are in the bottom" I was like cool. Got home(live 20 min away from that chick fil a) started separating the food and my sauces where nowhere to b found. They gave me 2 ketchups and 2 chill fil a sauces. 1 lemonade and 2 tea and 1 Dr Pepper ( I didn't want) never going to this location again. read more
