Spicy chicken deluxe is my go to meal every time. I just love this meal and it's never a disappointment. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was delicious and always hot when brought to the table. My wife was getting breakfast this morning she asked for 4 honey pack for her biscuits she asked the drive thru lady are y'all sure all the sauces are there they guaranteed her it was. She checks the bag and only 2 packs but she had already got her food. She gets out of her car and ask for more sauce. They tell my wife she has to go around the whole line and wait just for sauce. Chick-Fil-A never seizes to amaze me with their excellent customer service within the fast food industry. Sometimes I even ask myself if Chick-Fil-A should even be considered "Fast Food" because of it! As I walked through the door, I was immediately (and loudly) greeted by two friendly cashier's, despite how busy the lines were. The words "Welcome!" was synchronized by the two that it sounded almost harmonic. It almost brought tears to my eyes... (ok not really, but it was cool lol) The inside was busy during after work rush hour. It was like a mini New York stock exchange, except with chicken and waffle fries. Despite all the commotion, my wait in line wasn't long at all. I was in and our of there in less than ten minutes, thanks to the fully staffed cashier lines. Maybe certain businesses should learn from these guys (*cough* Wal-Mart *cough*) Chick-Fil-A was doing a donation for the Stay family after the tragic mass shooting that occurred. Always a "must eat" when we visit any place that has Chick-fil-a since there are none anywhere near where we live in the Northeast. This location has always treated us well and seem genuinely interested in how you're doing, not just asking only for the sake of asking. Food is well prepared and there is never a bad time of the day to stop in. Beware of the rush during typical peak times but that's not a complaint so much as it's an observation. I came at like 10 pm so I get it , it's the end of the shift and you really could care less at this point but I got a medium fry it was good , I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular one :/ they remembered that I asked for pepper jack cheese which is .30¢ extra but couldn't even let me know they didn't have any more spicys and just gave me the end of what they had , great. Then I ordered 12 nuggets of course I got the end of the bottom of the barrel and with that being said they were cold , not fresh , old like that had been sitting there for probably the last 40 minutes idk. What is it about Chick-fil-A? Tip top service, hot food and FAST! The only drawback is the busy intersection and shopping center for this location. The line of cars at this location is long for most parts of the day and spills into the street. To get into or out of the parking lot there doesn't always seem safe to me. I see drivers get frustrated and cut off or around others and there are pedestrians sometimes. Please be on the look out, drivers! read more

I don't think it's reasonable for 6-7 employees to try to yell over each other and even interrupt the conversation with the customer in front of them to quickly try to say these phrases as if their dear life depended on it. I would highly recommend further training emphasizing to reduce the sarcastic and pretentious tone when exercising these phrases. I want to genuinely feel these expressions not feel pressured when I walk in to quickly order or be stuck with the hard decision of what employee to take my order as they seem like they're competing for you as the customer the second you walk in. read more

The friendliest, fastest and cleanest Chick fil' A I have been to. I come here at least 4 times a week at different times of the day and the quality of the service or food is always perfect. The drive thru line can be wrapped around onto the feeder but they always keep it moving fast. My only complaint, their pre-packaged salted crackers (come with the chicken noodle soup) are sometimes stale. I know, no biggie right?
