This has to be the worst Taco Bell drive thru I have ever been to. Waited 20 minutes just to place an order, then 14 minutes just to get my order wrong and wait another 5 minutes for them to figure it out. Kept an eye on the time clock they use to get people in and out, we waited 19 minutes at the window just to get our food after we paid for it. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt since I finally got my food. But yeah, nope. Never again will I revisit this location. Not worth it. I I can go to the taqueria at any gas station in Houston and get homemade barbacoa, fajita, puerco, you name it, tacos for less than that! The girl taking my order said the price goes up like monthly at this location when I asked her why the bill was so high when the fish meal was inly$7.99. For real I almost had a stroke. Also, when the person at the register is taking an order is not the time for the guy in the back to come carry on a full blown conversation so I have to wait until your done to finish giving my order. This is just a terrible franchise. I always try to give them chances over and again but I am always disappointed. I never get my full order. They cut me out of either a burrito or a taco every time. Rude drive threw lady told me at drive threw window to do mobile app cause they didn't have some items: (which did not make a bit of since). So I drive around to park and placed my order threw mobile app and they left things off my order. After placing order we drove back threw drive threw. The girl at window was rude acted like she didn't want to be there. Cussing me out in Spanish to the guys in back and (I guess with me being white she didn't think I knew what she was saying.)when I looked up and looked at her then she knew I knew what she said. They were playing around when we drove up both times. That's why they told me some of the items needs to be ordered threw mobile app which I have never heard of any fast food restaurants ever doing that. Playing Mexican music supper loud. The first time I went to this particular taco bell I asked for a stake supreme chalupa, and i got a beef supreme With stale cold chalupa crust and all the tacos i got had like a table spoon of beef no joke Literally!!! 8/16/17 @ 3:00 pm I just drove through the drive thru window. Had to wait in line to place my order for about 5 minutes and I was third in line. Ordered a crunchwrap and a medium Pepsi, which the woman verified with me when I pulled up. Gave her the money, she walked away and about 3 minutes later brought my change with no receipt. Waited about another 5 minutes when she hands me the bag. After pulling away, realized no drink. Tired of waiting and line had about 4 cars behind me, so did not go back. I called TB to ask for the manager's name. I dialed about 60 times because phone would ring once then go to busy signal. Finally answered and was told there were three managers were there. Woman gave me only first names because she did not know last names. Woman's name Nancy, and she was the one who gave me my order. I told her and she started saying it was the equipment that wasn't working right and she had to go to the other computer. I told her she had verified the order with me when I pulled up, so she knew it. She forgot. If I don't pay the police will be called and I will be charged with theft. Perhaps I should call the police and charge them with theft since they have taken my money and I don't get what I am paying for.. And these people want $15 an hour???? These people can't put one foot in front of the other because they seem to think they'll fall if they pick up one foot. The food is not bad, just bad management. Im slightly addicted to taco bell, and since this is the closest one to my work I go here almost every day. Ive only ever had 1 problem at this restaurant. One time I went through the drive through on my lunch break, I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas nachos and Large dr pepper, however I received 3 bean burritos and 2 tacos. I didn't check the bag since I NEVER have any problems here... once i got back to work and discovered the mistake i called them and explained the problem. They told me to just come on back and they would fix it. Even though it was annoying to go back they made it right by giving me my actual meal as well as keep the whole other meal they gave me before. I have been going here regularly for about 6 months without any other issues. Fast, courteous, and good food! Side note the people there recognize me and remember my name and meal, which is nice because it shows they care... either that or i come in way to much... not sure which though. read more
