I usually frequent Freebirds or maybe Chipotle, but someone brought up Bullritos, and I hadn't been there in a while so I decided to join The interior is spacious. It's an open concept with plenty of seating. This location does a lot of business, but I've never seen the place completely full. Even the patio is more spacious than it needs to be. The parking lot is shared but always has more than enough space I actually enjoy their Which Wich style menu in that you fill out an order with your specifics. On a to-go bag you mark out if you want a burrito or a salad, or nachos or just a bowl, and then you get to mark out what components you want The staff is always pleasant and professional. I've never had to wait much time for my order, but on this particular visit my order was practically completed prior to me even finishing checking out The food is good. I probably prefer chipotle a little more, and I think Freebirds has more flavor and offers more so that would be my go-to. The bowl with almost everything is very tasty and is affordable. I always get chips and queso, and while Bullritos beat Chipotle, Freebirds and others still come out on top Some tips: Bullritos does have a loyalty program. Earn points for ordering with them. The food is good, I just really wish the workers would make the bowls correctly. When ordering we give instructions to the person at the cashier how we want the bowl made and what we want in the side (toppings, sauces). That person taking the directions is not making the bowls and not passing in the instruction. But also it the bubble is selected for on the side on the paper bag that you write your order. They putting everything in the bowl and mixing up orders. The process should be that the person taking your order go ahead and make your bowl and they can alternate with each customer. We had to make them remake the bowl because it wasn't done correctly. And I also want to warn everyone against putting those plastic containers in the microwave. It is not good quality and melts. And where do you think that plastic goes when it burns? Into your food. That is toxic. Don't microwave their bowls. read more

I live by this location and love Gringos, but forget it's here. I remembered today stopped for lunch. I ordered a steak burrito and a chicken quesadilla meal, with a chips and queso. My husband said the burrito was delicious. The quesadilla was huge and scrumptious as well. My only complaint is that I got a salsa with my meal, though the menu said it came with a queso. Then I ordered two extra chips and queso and I received two tiny bags with like 5 chips. The workers also seemed bothered by me. I stood at the counter for a little bit to ask for more chips but they could careless. The food overall was yummy and we will try again. read more

I moved from California a few years ago and to this day, I still crave the burritos from this place!!! They are DELICIOUS and I cannot wait for the day they expand this business!!! I have not dined in personally, but the food was this good even for takeout. I can only imagine how amazing it must be if when I eventually dine in someday. I got the pulled pork bowl. It was salty tasting. I put a lot of toppings, and my bowl was quite heavy. It had to have been a pound or more. But it was definitely mostly rice. The food is really tasty and fresh. My problem with them is how inconsistent the customer service is. I make a simple request when ordering through UberEats and they get it right maybe 10-20% of the time. How hard is it to read the notes left asking to put the sour cream on the tacos?!? Update --- the owner called me to discuss. He was courteous and apologized. He promised he'd retrain his employees. He took responsibility. I appreciate that! Updated to 2 stars. --- Ordered 6 meals to-go. A man walked out with my order so the clerk chased him to his car to get it. She searched it to me even though he'd had it in his car. I asked her if it was all in the bag untouched and she said yes. Got home without the whole order. One person at my house ate cereal for dinner. Called for the manager who was too busy and would not take a message to call me back, instead I was told to call back later. Frustrating. When I called back the manager gave excuses rather than an apology. She refunded for the missing meal but declined to refund my entire bill because she needed authorization to do so and refused to call her manager for permission. Told me to call back tomorrow. Now I'm mad! I contacted the corporate office 6 days ago to share my experience and have yet to hear back. Are you kidding me? Crazy bad customer service. We love Bullritos! It's another one of our go-to places for a quick dinner for the family when we don't feel like cooking. There's never much of a line and despite previous reviews, the staff is always nice. The serving sizes are HUGE and can definitely be shared. If you sign up for the Bullritos card, you earn points towards free meals but they don't ask, so you have to mention it. Didn't know how to order so the young lady at the register helped me. She told me to take a bag and mark what I wanted in my burrito or bowl. I opted for the flour burrito with spanish rice, charro beans, chile con queso, grilled chicken, sour cream and cilantro ranch. I got chips and queso on the side. I'm not paying you to YELL at me and tell me I'm wrong. They remade it into soft tacos but loaded it with onions. Today I try your NASA Rd location and ordered and PAID for a ground beef burrito with very light beans. Got home to ZERO ground beef and loaded with beans... Thank goodness they didn't put cheese on it too because I cannot eat cheese, and I'm a little ticked that I'm not getting to eat what I ordered. They also screwed up another customers order ahead of me. Wth is WRONG with your employees? Seriously... Don't give customizable bags if they are bothered to make accommodations and educate them on how to fill orders correctly. We're paying for what we ordered NOT what they feel like making... Not to mention people have allergies. I'm happy to take my money elsewhere if your employees cannot care about your customers.
