First of all of my food was cold and not fresh the team lead Amanda at the window was eating in front of us and continues to take orders and hand us the payment device with crumbs and mayo all over her mouth, and made us wait for extra time but still did not clean her face or wash her hands! Horrible customer service this is a heath violation it's just disgusting it made me disgusted I threw all of Taisha Edwards you may look at the footage of your employee your employee if you don't believe me how dare you hire someone like that to run your restaurant disgusting. read more

Would highly recommend workers who actually like to work. Place food sitting up in boxes that are provided, what's the point of having it if fries are still thrown loose in the bag? read more

Terrible fucking service they should fire everyone they take so long. Worst whataburger I've been to and I've been living here for over 20 years and this is definitely the worst one . Everyone should go to the whataburger on 249 and Antoine instead, they actually have good service . This place stinks like shit and they have the worst customer service ever . If anyone goes here don't say I didn't warn you ‍‍ read more

Nasty and cold as usual, I don't know why my southern family insist on stopping here. They rush you to place an order and cut you off while your trying to place it. Long story short everyone's order was cold, not worth taking it back because I'm sure their attitudes would be the same if not worse. read more

First time it took 30 min for 1 salad. Now today it took 30 min for 2 burgers. For some reason everyone got their order but me. When I asked they just said oops it got mixd up. Terrible service. Don't recommend read more

Waited for 20 min just for them to get my order wrong. They gave me the wrong sauce, wrong drink, wrong everything.

They should change their name so Whataburger's reputation doesn't have to suffer. Just spent 30 min and $30 on 2 #5 meals and they didn't give me any sauce. But the sauce wouldn't hide the fact that the fries were burnt hard and brown. The burgers were good but they put 3 pieces of cheese on mine and weird lettuce on my friend's burger. Rude and took forever for nothing. $30 and 30 min..... read more

Not surprised by the low ratings. Had horrible service from the night crew and they looked annoyed when I tried to ask for my missing items. Got the wrong drink and old cold fries. Plus I had to ask them for my drink and fries that I had paid for. read more

Popped in for a quick snack just before 11am on a Sunday. It was not very busy inside, maybe 3 family groups eating their meals. I wanted to finally try the Dr Pepper Shake (I never go to Whataburger and finally found myself at one - time to get it even though it is early for ice cream!) but unfortunately, they said their ice cream machine was broken. Disappointing, but it happens. I ended up only ordering a soda, but my friend got the HBCB and said it was pretty good. The overall vibe of the inside is dingy and dirty, I think they could make some strides to make this Whataburger location as welcoming as they say to be on commercials. read more

I do not recommend this place.I waited 35 minutes for my food..I had ordered a #1 with cheese and when I got home my burger didn't have any and they had charged me for extra cheese. The food was cold and my daughters kids meal burger had mustard on it which I asked for ONLY ketchup, cheese and lettuce. read more

This is suppose to be a 24 hour location & we arrived at 4AM & we're told it'll be a 10 minute wait because they were preparing for breakfast?? Oh well we come 20 minutes later & the same woman said they will be 20 minutes. We saw her standing in the front of the store with her drive thru headset having a damn smoke break with her coworker. No one was in the store making anything. I worked for Whataburger before, it does not take 40 minutes to make breakfast. Terrible attitude & lazy workers. Don't work overnight hours when you don't plan on working read more

Great food, fast service in the drive through, and restaurant is clean! Also the staff were really nice.

The wait was 20 minutes for one breakfast burger. I got home with my food to find out they didn't even put all ingredients on it. I am missing the hash browns. No point in going back as breakfast is almost over and the wait is not worth it. read more

This Whataburger is one of the first fast food joints that are convenient after I hop in the rental car at IAH and head towards Houston. I also remember the first time I used the drive-thru lane. I was having a bout with kidney stones and ordered a burger and fries to compliment the cranapple chaser that I brought along for the ride. It might not have helped my condition, but the combination sure tasted good! When I visit the Lone Star State, I think of Whataburger. It's not In-N-Out, but it's a decent burger. I also appreciate that my fast food burger is delivered relatively quickly, especially considering the competing Fry's and Walmart traffic, and the potential hazards of entering and exiting. read more

Too slow Had to wait forever then food cold will go to other fast food everyone mad

This is by far the worst Whataburger I've ever encountered. Waited for 30 minutes for my food, didn't have gravy, didn't provide napkins, straws or requested ketchup. The drive-thru guy himself he hated working there. It was unacceptable. Now, my hamburger was okay, but nothing was served hot. The only thing I know that was fresh was the drinks he took 5 minutes to pour and serve. At least 3 cars drove off while I was in the line, however, I'd already paid for my meal online. So disappointing. read more

Very rude I walk in to place my order I stood there like 5 minutes an no one took my order 2 men were standing there look an turn back around like it ain't my the problem the other lady was doing the trash she couldn't help it's always an issue with place just go else where read more

So disappointed at this place! Been here several times and we went last night through the drive through and had to get out because the line was not moving so we go in to order had to wait for someone to come from the restroom to place a order and then later noticed that people was getting food and leaving after I ordered! We literally waited for 30 minutes for food as if they forgot about us and then when we mentioned something they finally checked and i made it clear that my food should be fresh since we waited so long! I Almost wanted my money back but since I was already there and starving I decided to go forward and wait! Once we finally got our food I mentioned again were the fries fresh and she said yes so we decided to leave with our food we get home and everything was cold!! Burger was just thrown together no napkins no ketchup, nothing that we requested was in the bag! never going back again! To this location The food was not worth the wait! read more

Worst service ever they took forever they were out of sweet tea and also took 30 minutes to get my order and that was going inside finally my order was ready and I was missing a fry and I had asked for no salt and the girl says they all have salt and I had to wait longer for my fries it's ridiculous people had to wait for a cashier to take their order I'm not sure if we came on a bad night but i am never coming here again normally I'm a patient person but tonight was bad read more

I love Whataburger but the one on west rd has horrible customer service. I was in the drive thru & I believe Vitali took my order (on my receipt), She was very rude for no reason, giving attitude like she didn't really want to be at work! I always call this place "Water-burger" which annoys my bf, but I can't help it! It sounds better even though it doesn't make sense. To get into this lot is crazy dangerous. There is a Walmart across the street and a Fry's Electronics nearby, so it's always busy to get into and out of. There is, at least, an accident once a month. So, be wary of entering and exiting. I've never been disappointed with the quality of the food. It's always piping hot and delicious. I had the honey chicken strips BBQ sandwich, and geez, that was a bomb sandwich... even though it was over 1,000 calories. Their main meals are always too much, so I always get the kids' meal. Hey! It comes with fries, coke, toy, and.... a cookie! Seriously, that is a great deal for under $4. I can never resist that. The drive-thru really blows though. It's always slow, takes about 10-15 minutes. Once, I waited so long that my car almost overheated! It was reaching the "H" by the time I paid for my food. That must tell you that 1. the drive-thru takes a long time and 2. I needed to get my car fixed. read more

It was my first time visiting this location so I didn't know what to expect. I was in line for a short amount of time before ordering and made up my mind to try the #2. The ordering process was smooth and my food came out in a timely manner. I requested fresh food to ensure I enjoyed my meal. The large fry isn't as large as I would like because the fries are good! The restroom wasn't in bad condition but could've been a little more neat. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this location. read more

Love me some Whataburger. Best fast food hamburger available in my opinion. This location is convenient if you have worked up an appetite at the nearby furniture store The Dump. Try the Double with Cheese, and if you are really hungry try the triple or as we call it...The Trip-Chee read more

So I was on a business trip, it was 2:30am and I'm hungry like a mofo. where or what to eat??? Drove around on Westheimer Rd and I see a fastfood spot with a 24hrs sign, WHATABURGER!! WTF is that??? Pull up to the drive thru and ordered me a bacon cheese burger with everything. What was different than other burger fastfood joint was the guy pull out a tray of sauces (kinda like the Mcnugget sauce) but it was catsup, mustand, hot sauce, honey and etc... This fastfood joint has customer service, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to tip them or what?? anyways burger was ok but I guess it's a Texas thang because when I got back to my hotel there were a commerical about it. Anyways I think In & Out Burger in Cali is still the best! read more

Review on this location not Whataburger in general: This location has terrible customer service and equally terrible food. The fries are usually served semi-warm and soft...never crispy or fresh. I have sworn to stay away from this location, and I suggest you do the same. If you need a better serving Whataburger, I suggest the location on 249 & Antoine. Their food is always fresh and fries are on point, and not to mention they have great customer service. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this fast food. Reasonable prices. Good parking. The burger was pretty massive and delicious! The fries are nothing to write home about but the ketchup is surprisingly good. The chocolate shake I had was very thick and flavorful. It was quite enjoyable. Worst customer service. And not to mention the manager (short Hispanic lady) has some attitude problem! She approached to us at the drive thru after waiting for our order that took an eternity and almost threw our order in the car. And it was not the first time read more

Whataburger employs the lowest of the low. Why would you ask someone how the want something and then make the exact fucking opposite? Must be the new ownership. No more whataburger for me. Period. read more

I came to this Whataburger today to get lunch before work. And I ordered the number 5 meal but when I got to the window I decided to change my order to get the number one with cheese and bacon added to it because it's cheaper than getting the number five meal. So after I told this to the cashier then manager Lyeda came to the window and lied to me and told me that the number five is cheaper than the number one when it is definitely not. And when I asked the manager how much would it be she walked off without telling me. I am upset with her attitude and dishonesty as a manager. read more

For all you burger fans, this is the place for you to go in Texas. It's the In-N-Out of Texas I guess because this chain is everywhere and it was packed for lunch when I stopped in. Their burgers are simply good quality and their service was the best I've ever seen in a fast food joint. There were "waitresses" almost coming around to check if you needed more catsup, napkins, or whatever. They pile the burger high with shredded lettuce, onions, and mustard; catsup to be added at your own discretion. I was glad to be able to try a Whataburger; it was well worth the stop. read more

It saddens me we don't have any of these I'm my home town. The food was so much better and cheaper than McD and you could taste the freedom in every bite.
