Alejandra T the cleaning lady went above and beyond taking care of me and my husband. She refilled our drinks when the staff was supposed to be doing it. Over all the DINE IN experience was good. The tables were clean and the floor was well maintained. I think that's all because of Alejandra. Food came correct except the girls that took the order forgot to bring our drinks to the table and they brought them over after I mentioned they forgot to bring the drinks we brought. read more

Although I didn't take a picture for this review, I believe that the Chick-fil-A near me has probably been my go to salad place. It's quick easy the people working there are very nice. The service is great and it's always a good time when I'm there the environment there is always so welcoming and you couldn't ask for much more when it comes to an establishment like Chick-fil-A. read more

March2023: 5: I would recommend this restaurant and this work crew. I searched for a Chick-fil-A location that would be convenient for my family to visit while traveling to Houston. We decided to stop by here and eat a late dinner before arriving in the designated area of our trip. It was about 8pm and it appeared that the extra outside workers were everywhere. The parking lot is set off to the side of a freeway. The lot is large enough for traveling large vehicles to maneuver without complications. We entered the building and we were served quickly after placing our order at the counter. The cashier was capable and efficient on the register. It was a functional location with workers who appeared to enjoy their jobs. The supervisors appeared to stay in control of the confusion to keep the business moving forward without a pause in customer service. I always enjoy seeing functional businesses with happy workers. It is also great to know we will have pretty good service as well. Great job guys. read more

I ordered my food, and asked for a water while I waited. I took a drink of the water, and it literally tasted like dirt. Within five minutes my stomach started hurting. Usually Chick-fil-A is a lot cleaner than this. The bathroom had not been cleaned. It was toilet paper on the ground. It was just a bad experience. You guys need to do better. read more

8-20-2022. Stopped on our way home from a cruise. Breakfast served until 10:30. Chicken biscuit hit the spot. Lots of workers, short line inside. Double Drive thru was packed but moving pretty quick. The Inside was calm, cool temps, and clean. Greeted with a Welcome to Chick-fil-A when we entered. Bathrooms were spotless and smelled fresh. Very well organized and trained staff. Not sure why all the bad reviews but this is a good solid chick fila location. This location has trash cans that have a sensor that open automatically. read more

My wife & I went here to get a bite while on a small vacation. We always here stories about it. But, never tried it. So, we stopped by to get lunch and try it out. We walked in, the staff greeted us. We asked about the menu and if they had any recommendations. So they suggested the spicy chicken sandwich. So we got it as a meal. She asked " what kind of sauce did we want?" She gave us the options and we chose the Chic Fil-a sauce and Ohhh...boy that sauce goes very well with the fries and sandwich. If or when a franchise makes a build in Hawaii...it'll be worth it. We came in at 8:30 pm. We saw the sign on the door about the dining room hours and they said their's was closing at 9 pm. We told them we weren't trying to hang around we just needed to eat, but we were told we'd have to leave at 9pm. Not only was our food wrong, which we didn't complain about, but to my amazement, the manager came over and announced to each guest who was still sitting down telling us the dining room was closing in 2 minutes. We of course obliged, but we all thought it was extremely rude to basically be kicked out of the resteraunt an hour before closing. I've worked in this industry and there are better ways to insure you'll get closing duties done and not be at work too late. So I understand the urgency but that was not the right way. read more

I have completely given up on this CFA. I used to go there once per week minimum. Over the past six months, on almost every occasion the order has been inaccurate. In addition the portion sizes are questionable both on the size of the chicken sandwiches and the fries. Speaking of fries - they are barely cooked and generally pale. I used to order well done fries but they have apparently stopped this badly needed option. My last order was a number 1 combo - coke, fries and a chicken sandwich with no butter. I received a butter soaked bun, a tiny piece of chicken and a Dr Pepper along with pasty white fries. I even provided them feedback on the experience. The reply was essentially "thank you for your feedback and we will work to do better". I had to throw away the entire meal. This locations lack of customer service and carelessness is atypical for chick fil a - my advice is to take your business to another location. read more

Pretty good CFA location. The drive-thru was a mess when they 1st opened up but looks like they've got a better handle on it. NOTE: This CFA is the only one not just the immediate area, but for a good radius. It's in, per Yelp lingo, a "shady" or "not so attractive" area. Which btw I've noticed this company tends not to be historically, but recently have ventured into. I said that to say this location will more than likely be busy when you come. It's across from a high school, right off I-45 at a busy intersection. Even still, my orders have always been right, food fresh & friendly service.Once they get their drive-thru at top level this will be a great CFA to visit. read more

What is the point of ordering online (curbside) when it takes just as long to wait in a 40 car line drive thru when there is only 1 curbside customer waiting. It is very frustrating knowing you would've already had your food if you would've just done with the majority of people do and that's wait in those really long line. I generally don't review fast food places but this CFA is new in the area and a great addition to its competitors: Raising Canes, Taco Cabana, Long John Silvers & McDonald's. I've been twice thus far (breakfast and lunch time) and they are obviously still working out the kinks but in good CFA fashion, they apologize for the long waits and always deliver service with a smile. Despite that, the food is hot and fresh, customer service is still friendly and they deliver the same great taste. I will gladly return. read more
