1-28-21 my wife just brought the food home. I truly love whataburger but who ever is managing this place is needing to be replaced because the mushroom Swiss burgers tasted like crap & the fries tasted like burnt grease & our daughter found a hair in her gravy. This has to be the slowest Whataburger around. In the morning 3 autos in drive thru and it takes 12 min. Crazy.

By far the best Whataburger location in DFW! I consider myself a Whataburger connoisseur and truly believe it is a staple of Texas. It's open 24/7 and serves up fresh breakfast, and dinner! I've noticed a lot of low ratings from recent reviewers but I'd urge them to give this location a second shot. You won't find a better Whataburger in the surrounding area. read more

This location is close to me, but I rarely go. They are extremely slow or mess up your order. For instance today... I have no fries and my meal is in the kids meal bag so my son ate the wrong food. Plus side is they're good about correcting and giving you the right thing when they mess up, but they mess up or are too slow too often. read more

I feel like you can't be a Texan and not like Whataburger. It's some of the best fast food available in my opinion. My go to is the patty melt with the jalapeno and cheese whataburger as second choice, if I'm not hungry enough for the melt. I also love their strawberry shakes, they taste exactly the way a classic milkshake should taste. Their spicy ketchup is also the bomb.com. I visited this spot last. It was my first Whataburger actually, I was excited. I had the double with everything - it was absolutely delicious, totally lives up to the legend. Tastes like a juicy, BBQd burger. It was huge, 2/3 of a lb w double patties. I would give it 5 stars except that we were visiting this branch over by my Granny's house in Garland and the wait in the drive-thru was like 10-15 minutes!! It was like midnight, I was starving and they didn't even apologize. Deelish burger, horrible service that night. I miss it now that I'm back in Cali. Where to begin. Rude kid at the window that tried to rush through. Forgot to give us our kids meal, and extra honey butter that we paid for. In total we ordered a kids chicken strip meal, a apple cranberry salad, Avocado bacon burger meal, extra side of large fries with a sauce of honey butter, and a pico de Gallo burger. The only that was correct was the salad. We got a chicken sandwich meal, some weird fajita burger, and the honey butter and kids meal was no where to be found. Called and said hey we're missing things from our meal and got a little lecture on how the cafe is closed and we can come back.... we had told them we were sitting our front. Brought us our missing items, still missed the cookie we payed for and the honey butter was replaced with honey mustard. Didn't fix our order at all. We were completely disregarded, ignored, and overpaid for what we received. Don't go here it's trash. read more

The quality of the meat was good, but this is fast food so your expectations are always a little lower. The burgers were huge and the one I ordered ended up being 2 patties, so I couldn't even finish it. Horrible service here. We went on a Saturday night through the drive thru and waited at least 15 minutes for our food. No apologies, no e.t.a., nada! While sitting in the drive thru, there was a motorcycle that pulled up in the parking lot next to us. Turned out to be one of their employees rides home. Well, the MANAGER opened the drive thru window and I assumed he was going to apologize for our wait or acknowledge us, but instead yelled at the employee leaving and joking with him. SERIOUSLY!?! You are a MANAGER YELLING INTO A CUSTOMERS CAR. It was one of those unnecessary stupid conversations, not anything important either. Completely rude from a customers perspective. This is my go to Whataburger because it's close to the house. Food tastes good, freshly cooked. No complaints there. It's the staff that sucks and makes me rate this location poorly. They are hardly ever friendly! One guy at the window was actually argumentative when I pointed out I had paid for a large coffee and he was handing me a regular sized one. The past four (4) times we've gone through the drive through at this location, our order has been wrong. Once, we received someone else's order entirely. This time we had a pretty simple order. Two honey butter chicken biscuits, a sausage, egg, and cheeseon a jalapeno biscuit, and a sausage biscuit. What we got? One honey butter chicken, a sasage biscuit, a plain biscuit with gravy, and a sausage and egg taco. This is getting ridiculous. Earlier this week, I pull up to the drive-thru. A female begins to take my order but there are two men loudly talking behind her so she struggles. Their conversation is way outside of work subjects so I say, "You know, I can hear everything they are saying." She excuses herself and comes back to take my order. When I get to the window, a 20-something year old guy is flicking a drink lid across the room and talking about something to the other workers, very cocky. He comes to take my money and asks how I am and I replied to ask him the same. He said, "Fine except I want to stab my manager right now." I said, "What?!" He said the same thing again! Then he hands me my receipt and says to be sure and take the survey. I said, "Do you really want me to do that?" to which he replied yes. I said you just told me you wanted to stab your manager and I heard your entire conversation over the intercom at the drive-thru. He then changed his mind. My son convinced me to not take the survey and rat the guy out. So I didn't, but here is what happened! read more

Worst Whataburger EVER! Had two separate orders due to payments. One order came out within a decent time but the other one didn't come out for another 30min. When we asked about our order in between getting them they didn't tell us anything. The manager Wanda didn't care about anyone inside and was more worried and focused on drive through. When I asked if I could get some fresh fries since they were cold from waiting Wanda said she could replace them but it would have to wait or I can get them free next time I was in. While we were waiting no one inside got their orders except an employee who was off the clock and complained for waiting 2 min for their meal and the other was a customer who only got French fries. So not a happy customer. This isn't even the first time this has happened I was trying to give them another chance but not anymore. Never coming back to this location. only got 1 star because I had to rate itOrder to go at 7:37 and 2nd order at 7:38 due to 2 separate payments. 1st order came out in about 7 min, fries were cold, the coke machine did not work very well co2 mixture was incorrect, told employee and she left for about 5 min. came back and said there was nothing she could do that is how it works basically we just had to deal with it. 2nd order came out 40 min later. Kept asking where my order is and the manager Wanda would go back to work on the drive thru line that was the only concern. An employee that was off the clock came in they took his order around 7:52 and he received his order within 2 min. because he complained. Asked again about my food still not told anything. 40 min. later I received my food I spoke to the manager Wanda again, she told me there was nothing she could do because the drive thru was busy. I told her the first order was cold because we had to wait 40 min for the 2nd order. Wanda told I could wait another 40 min to remake the 1st order but her drive thru was first.
