We've been going to this Whataburger since it opened and we've have loved it. Ever since the last couple of months, they're dining room service has decided severely. The last three times we've ordered online to eat at the restaurant we've had to wait 15-20 minutes and the food has been cold because it's just sitting there. Today was another example. We got there and the food was not ready. Waited 20 mins and nothing. Went to complaint and the food was just sitting in a tray. We got the food and realized they forgot our cinnamon roll. We go up there and the lady that runs the place says oh they were frozen. So she just was not gonna bring it. Meanwhile, the manager guy (has the computer and papers and sits in the back with a Whataburger polo.) listens to all of it and doesn't even try to help. Worst breakfast ever. Had several bad experiences here but decided it's been awhile maybe they've improved. Boy was I wrong. Ordered a potato egg and cheese taquito meal. Got down the road and opened the taquito to add picante sauce and I can't even describe what color the scrambled eggs were. Sort of a bluish greenish mess that looked more like it was scooped off the floor instead of a grill. And the smell was something straight outta hell. It all went in the trash. A newer Whataburger location in Fairfield. This place has limited traffic, but seems really good. I stop here often for breakfast for a Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit sandwich. If I could give a half of a star I would only because of the one worker that took our payment was kind and respectful. We ordered two patty melt meals and two large chocolate shakes. What we got was two patty melt sandwiches (no fries for either sandwich) and a medium chocolate shake. When we told the gentleman that brought us our food he had a bad attitude and it was almost like we had asked him to make our meals over again himself. He went back inside and grabbed our shakes still no fries. The gentleman that took our payment was very understanding and apologized for the inconvenience and went and got our fries very quickly. One employee almost threw one that could have hit me while I was getting my drink. He obviously missed the trash several times. My advice to you is stay in school. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. My daughter and I used to love this Whataburger (curbside was fast in most previous visits) and after last night we will not be back. We waited 15 minutes for a curbside order as I watched staff standing around inside and cutting up. I just hoped our order was being worked on but then worried maybe my order didn't go through on the app, so I went inside. I was completely ignored at the counter by two employees. It took a manager coming up to help me. The manager pointed towards the floor in the kitchen and said my order had just been sitting there and looked at these two employees, who weren't apologetic and could have seemed to care less. The manager was the only apologetic one. As we were leaving, and walking out the door already, a male employee literally walks into me as I'm already walking out. It was clear he was trying to be intimidating and for him to be in uniform acting like that is concerning. He could have easily walked to his right and entered through the other door, but he made it a point to walk into me as I was walking out making me feel as if I needed to get out of his way. Once in the parking lot, there were a few people screaming at each other, one of which was in uniform. This is right by the door where people enter and exit from. I'm with my young teen daughter and they're screaming profanities at each other and sound as if they're about to get into a fight. My daughter and I got into the car quickly and were very upset by the whole experience as every staff member we encountered was beyond rude except for the manager. Absolutely the worst service of any Whataburger I've ever been to at any and all times of the day. It doesn't matter if you do an online order or drive thru, they're going to get it wrong or leave something out. That, an they'll take forever to do so. This morning, my wife put in an online order while shopping. She then went to the restaurant and had to wait twenty minutes in line only to get home and find they had left out a sandwich. Personally, I will never go to this Whataburger again. The one at Spring Cypress runs circles around this one. I'll drive the extra 10 minute round trip to go there.
