I just don't understand, my order is always incorrect. I've tried doing the mobile order a few times as well, I'm not sure what it is I figured if it's written there is no way it can be messed up. I was wrong again, Whataburger is not whatburger anymore. read more

I was at the pick up window at 9:10 pm on 02-20-23, I already paid for my drink and food. During the process of me waiting I witnessed the young lady getting peoples drinks ready drop a cup on the floor. I will tell you she did not discard the cup and grab a fresh one. She actually put it against the ice maker "cross contamination" bunch she actually filled it with a drink. I got her attention and she asked what's the problem. I returned with you just dropped that on the floor and filled it, in return she said I'm sorry I'll make you another. I said that's not mine but I wonder how my drink and food is as handled! BTW she didn't make a New One!!! disgusting!!! read more

Food is as expected of any fast food restaurant. My complaint here is that they can never get the food right. We always ask for no onions on our burger but they always end up adding it. Not sure what the difficulty is in getting a simple order correctly but I think this is... read more

I'm not sure if it's a management issue or what but the wait was entirely too long & my order was skipped over at least 4 times. Get it together, please! Drive thru can wait just as long as the customers inside. read more

I came here on Sunday night drive through and regretted it. I ordered a burger and large fries, it took over 30 minutes to get my order. Silly me I expected fries and burger to be great, Fries were dry and crusty and the burger didn't fare any better. Bun was soggy due to the wet lettuce and both were cold . Why why why would it take 30 minutes and the food is cold! I sure hope In and Out burger comes to the area soon. read more

Placed an order using the app. Get to the store and have to wait an additional 27 minutes. Get home, the order fortunately is right, the fries are cold and none of the requested condiments are in the bag. The wait at this store is always ridiculous, I was hoping using the app would help, but I was wrong. read more

If no stars was an option, that's what it would be. The absolute WORST service you will get and your order will be wrong 99% of the time.

I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER come to this place again!!! You have a full staff of people and you have 10 cars in the drive thru and tons of people inside the restaurant....Why is it sooooo slow?!?!?!? NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

There is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. Drive through took almost 30 minutes. After that wait and they got my order wrong. read more

I was in the drive-through line for 25 minutes before I just left. Fast food restaurants in Crossroads, Texas are notorious for having crap service. I know that Whataburger is also notorious for being very slow in the drive-through line. I will not return to this Whataburger. Even in times of Covid there is no excuse for how long this took. read more

This is the last time we are going here. We ordered our food on the app. My wife's burger was all women, my daughters burger was wrong and to top it off the tea we ordered has chunks of stuff in it. Appears they don't clean the tea dispensers. read more

Drive thru is horrible. We waited for almost 30 minutes. No way to escape the line. This location could learn from other fast food restaurants on how to provide better customer service read more

This has to be the best Whataburger in the area. We have never been disappointed with our order or the service. The owner can take pride in the management team he has in place. read more

We love Whataburger but it is so AGGRAVATING to order unsweet tea to only get home and they have given you sweet tea. Check your order! So AGGRAVATED !!! Not everybody drinks sweet tea read more

Noooooo..... why Whataburger why?? I really wanted to like you so I gave you a second chance. The first was a few months ago and it was so so. This time was a NO NO. The line was long and they tried giving us someone else's order at first, which is fine. We all make mistakes. But after we got our food I came home to eat something that tasted like it was sitting around for a loooong time. Cold fries, over cooked dried chicken nugget things, some sad soggy Texas toast. The best part about my meal with the prepackaged Buffalo sauce. The two stars are for the really nice kid at the window. read more

just terrible, every time I come back to whataburger I regret it so much, waiting more than 30 minutes at a non busy time for cold food and bad service lol read more

Better have 40 spare minutes to wait for your order. When I walked in at 5:10 at night, 2 customers were ahead of me in line. I completed my order at 5:19. While I waited, multiple other customers ordered. 1 customers ordered on the app arrived for pickup. Apparently their order was supposed to be ready at 5:30, it wasn't. The customer canceled the order after waiting 15minutes. I finally received my order but was missing my onion rings. 5 more minutes of waiting. Finally left building at 5:55. I usually don't give reviews unless exceptional great or terrible. This was terrible and has been similar experience the last 3 times at this location. As bad as 380 traffic sucks, I will be driving to Denton if the craving hits again read more

A One star review is overly-generous for this restaurant. They don't care whether your order is accurate or not. Ordered a double Whataburger combo and a salad at the drive-thru. The burger was not even sitting inside the sandwich when we opened the wrapper and all the toppings spilled out into the bag. The fries had no ketchup. The salad had no dressing. The lid was not even put on the drink tight enough to keep it from spilling out all over the car. Spent nearly $20 on a meal that we could not even enjoy once we got home with an incomplete disaster of a meal. We tried contacting the restaurant and They don't even care this happened to us. Probably happens to their customers all the time. Do yourself a favor, Save your money, and dine somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. read more

I love Whataburger and I get that COVID has everything all screwed up but how is it that Whataburger can have 2 lines going but still take 45 minutes to get through the line? I would have have left but there is no way for me to get out. read more

This place takes forever- longest lines in the drive thru but then the food is cold when you get it! I'm sick of it.

Worst Whataburger in America! Don't try to get breakfast there. It will take a full hour and that is not an exaggeration. I waited an hour and the lady said they lost my food and asked if I wanted a refund. I said no, I would like the food that I just waited an hour for. Then I get cold food. The Taquito had literally 1/2 an egg on it. It looked like a cheese roll up. Absolutely ridiculous. GET A BETTER MANAGER! read more

I keep giving this place chances however today is it. We ordered food, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which obviously was made earlier today. The bread was extremely hard and I could barely bite it much less chew it. The chicken was very dry, the mayo was absorbed already, lettuce was wilted, tomato and pickle were gross. My fries were cold and seemed like the crumbs left from previous batches of fries. How hard is it seriously to make a decent meal? Other Whataburger locations are so much better. Done with this place, its not even mediocre its horrible! read more

Long Black Curly Hair in my Burger, which I spit out. My complaint is pending with Corporate, I am going back in the morning to show the owner my proof. Dissatisfied with the management. I pointed out two health violations while on site. I used to be a regular here. Never again will I eat here or any Whataburger anywhere. Health Services need to inspect here more often to find the employees not wearing hairnets or gloves, which were the two violations I pointed out to the manager on duty. He saw them personally and as far as I know did nothing. The only reason I gave one star was to write this review. This Whataburger needs a New Owner, just look at the other reviews here on Yelp. Remember, these are only the customers who complained, imagine the ones who did not. Eat here , Get Sick, Your own Risk read more

Whataburger - Burgers Near Me - Crossroads, Texas

Wow this whataburger is really really awful.... 40 minutes in drive thru and terrible service. Order was wrong and they served a chicken sandwich that must have been out, all day--- see my pic, rotted lettuce very suspect chicken--- bun was also smashed. I love whataburger but the crossroads Texas location is nothing short of shameful. Be warned they served this without hesitation and I'm pretty sure I would have gotten sick if I ate it. A 40 minute wait in the drive thru and this is the best they can come up with. I've never reported a place to the health dept before, but this place will be a first. read more

Absolutely horrible service, the kids running the drive trough couldn't care less about using their manners (assuming they have any) not to mention maybe they're biting more than they can chew by having two drive trough lanes open that they can't seem to manage. Nobody should have to wait over 20 min for "fast food" the food is great as always but the service is snap paced. read more

Whataburger - After a long day of moving into a new house and finally getting dinner at 2200 and you get NO meat. Minus five stars. - Burgers Near Me - Crossroads, Texas

The manager Colin was racist and rude, he was disrespectful and not willing to help us because we were a different race "not white". He kicked us out not letting us get some french fries and Dr. Pepper. He threatens to call the cops but he was in the wrong and didn't know what to say. We left and made a complaint and we got 2 coupons of one free entrée. This company is fucked up. read more

They literally take 75,000 years to give me my order. I know they are not going to be as fast as Chick-fil-A.... but I mean it should take 30 plus minutes for me to wait for my food. If that is the case I could have just went a sit down restaurant or ate at home. I gave it two stars bc the food always hits! But the wait for the food, and costumer service is trash! read more

I don't know the work situation with the worker shortage as of late so I'm trying not to be too harsh* Unless you have an hour and a half to kill go somewhere else. Took 40 minutes in the drive thru to get food, not kidding 40 minutes. They they gave us the wrong order, breakfast items when we ordered burgers. Okay... I understand that working fast food is an entry level job, but it still requires a little effort. We pulled up to the drive thru to order dinner, bout 7:30 on a Monday, and the drive through attendant sounded stoned. I ended up leaving because I was pretty confident the order wasn't going to come out correctly. No matter what I said we wanted, his response was what else. Not what do you want to drink with that, just what else. We went to Taco Bell, much better service. read more

This is the worst wataburger i have ever been to. Out of at least 10 times going there they have messed up our order every single time. This time we get to the window and we're given the incorrect drinks and our food had not even been started. We were then asked to wait in a parking spot. After 15 minutes I go in to get our food. It was just sitting there and INCORRECT. I do not recommend going to this place unless you want to wait forever for your food and never have your order done correctly. read more

I love Whataburger, but this is the shittiest one in Texas by far. It's dirty, employees have shit attitudes when I'm polite, and the food is trash. Every Whataburger is a 5 Star, but this is the best one I've been to. Exceptional service, and the workers are all friendly and attentive.
