Customer service sucks at this location!!! My daughter and I arrived Monday between 12-12:20 am . I placed order with friendly/ polite female staff member and waited patiently in line for nearly 15 minutes. When we finally pulled up to drive thru window , I was greeted by 1 rude ,profanity spewing foreign guy taking payments at window.!! He did not speak to me, he snatched my credit card , and continued to curse staff standing around about another staff member!!! It was very uncomfortable & unprofessional! He appeared extremely upset due to line of customers placing orders at drive thru and he was letting the staff know how he "fFELT " about one of the employees that apparently wasn't working to his satisfaction! amongst other things he didn't like!!! Eventually he handed food & drinks angrily and proceeded to yell out the window for person behind me to pull up!!! Again very rude & unprofessional!!! I was taken aback to say the least and very unsettling to be greeted with such hostility!!! This type of behavior will certainly force some customers to choose elsewhere to eat! 2/1/24 I Ordered a burger online and picked it up. When i got home it was missing bacon and cheese and sauce. It was dry. I called the manger Jed, who never apologized or tried to right his wrong.
