Well we all know this place clearly should be running the country because of how efficient the service and food is here. The dinning room seems to always be full with families so I can imagine it's a great atmosphere. read more

This is my favorite chick fil a. CFA is known for good service, "my pleasure" responses and hot, fresh food. I will tell you this is not the experience at every chick fil a! The staff here truly is friendly, they give our pup a milkbone whenever they have them available, and they get your food to you quickly. read more

We were in town, visiting our son at college, and went from UNT to Aubrey to visit family. We stopped at this location to grab a large order to feed everyone and somehow, my app got stuck on the location near UNT instead of this one, even though I was ordering in this parking lot. We are from the Fort Worth area and aren't familiar with the names of the CFA locations up north. I went in to pick up this large order and an employee got Cosette to help me when we realized what I did. Cosette was SO sweet. She kindly explained I had the wrong location and took my phone to see the order I submitted, put it in her register, applied the points that I had used on many items, and then CALLED the other location to cancel my order and initiate a refund on my behalf. I paid for the order there and before she got off the phone, an employee had my food ready to go. When she got off the phone, she even made sure I had enough dip and got another bag to fill up. She was an absolute sweetheart and deserves all the recognition in the world. People with a heart like hers make this world a better place. Little did she know, this was a really stressful day and my mistake was just the icing on the cake. Cosette saved the day and my sanity. She totally restored my faith in humans that day and I will never forget her. A true gem! read more

I frequent this location, however tonight was crazy. Wasn't that busy but seemed like everyone was at a loss inside. I didn't get my kids meal and got no sauces. Food was ok but would've been better if my daughter could've ate and it came with the 5 sauces I ordered. I get that training needs to take place but I wouldn't recommend putting someone new on the drive thru if they don't know what they are doing during dinner time. read more

Overall usually have a pretty good experience but extremely upset with the past one I had I understand mistakes are made but that doesn't negate my disappointment. I ordered a Cobb salad no bacon I always order that unfortunately when ordered it came with bacon I wasn't aware as I requested no bacon and ended up drizzling my dressing on top and didn't know until I tasted it. Stomach upset, literally feeling so disappointed in myself but so disappointed in the employee as food modification is important to remember!! I work service industry so I understand the importance I just feel as though the individual who took my order didn't care to make sure. I was assisted and was offered a replacement salad which cool. I'm just extremely upset/ disappointed in this. read more

Went inside and my family of 4 spent $56 inside while the kids were playing in the gym. Decided----well it's cold outside and colder inside so I'll think I'll get some coffee. (630pm). I ordered with the cashier and she was blank in the face confused and ask the manager! I'm like, you guys don't have coffee? It's on your menu! So they went on the back and got me old coffee from apparently the morning. I don't know but it tasted awful. I gave it back and asked for a refund. The manager smiled and said they don't have a fresh brew. I'm like, why did you serve me old coffee? Like it tasted horrible! Why don't you have fresh coffee?? I bet Burger King does and find out they do. Maybe I should go there from now on! They have chicken fries and chicken sandwiches. ----On Sunday too!!!!--- read more

I love this chick fil a!! Always come here. My Chick-fil-A was good because the chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. The waffle fries were hot, perfectly salted, and paired well with the signature sauces. Plus, the service was friendly and fast, making the whole experience even better. read more

We always order from this one specific location, and it's not because it is extremely close and super delicious.. not at all! it's because they give us more than what we ask for. We usually have a pleasant experience but this time we got an extra topping on one of our chicken sandwiches. We found a hair. It wasn't a small one, it was a long thick, 18 inch, jet black, and healthy piece of hair (the owner must use a good shampoo). Anyway, Super inconvenient when you have a hungry husband. In conclusion, I had to cook him a meal. I still wonder if they charged me extra for that topping. Over all great and effective service. read more

This new split drive thru system is stupid. Never had to wait long when both lanes were open. Now it takes 10 to 15 minutes sometimes to get thru, while the other lane is always empty. Change it back. You have mobile order pull up spots in the parking lot for that mess. read more

Very happy and pleased with the quality of the food and the staff's friendly smiles. It's always a pleasant experience here. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Atmosphere is casual and family oriented, never super loud on our visits. We enjoy coming here and glad to have it so close to us, well not literally down the street but for being out in the country, this is pretty great! read more

This has got to be the best Chick-fil-a location I have ever eaten at. Always friendly, always fresh and always fast. I order from my app most of the time and have never had a problem receiving my order correctly. Dining inside is always a pleasant experience too. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. read more

Maybe cleaning the dining room will help. It has a greesy feeling in the dining room. Some cool air would be nice. It is hot enough outside who wants to sweat when they eat. read more

My son and I ate at Chick-fil-A on Dec 31, 2019. I had the chicken wrap, and he had his usual Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich meal. I've attached a picture because I was shocked at how thin the chicken is! I will say that this location gave him more fries than the Prosper location did recently. This location is clean and seems to be well run by management. read more

Thank you, Crossroads Chick-Fil-A for a wonderful catering order on Aug. 3. Everyone at our gathering loved the large order of 200 nuggets, actually they were gone in a matter of minutes. We called in our order from Mountain Home AR on Wed. 7/31 & surprisingly the order was placed without a credit card on file for payment. We drove to Denton TX on Friday. Thank you for the prompt and delicious order ready for our pick up time. Appreciation and applauds to your crew. read more

I love Chic Fil A! Best fast food chain in my humble opinion, because of the food quality, service, and attention to detail. That being said, this particular location is definitely not representative of the brand. Their attention to detail is not very good, as I am always missing something... fries, ice cream cup, condiments, even sandwiches at times. They are responsive in offering items you were missing, but I expect more attention to detail from Chic Fil A, and this location clearly lack in that category in particular. I rarely go here anymore, because I feel like something will be missing from my order. read more

Great chick fil A. Employees checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. Love that there are little containers of Cherios. First time I ever ordered the grill chicken sandwich. It was delicious. I'm doing Weight Watchers and I love that I can eat here and still stay within my points for the day. read more

This has always been a great Chick-fil-A location for us. The service has always been great and food good as usual. We've had a couple of end of season soccer or softball parties here. We've called ahead and they have been willing to make sure space was available. The kids love the play area as well. Definitely make sure you are using their app. You will often get freebies on Monday's or Friday's. Mobile ordering is also great. read more

Always good, staff very friendly. Found us always fresh & not soggy from sitting until a light.

Extremely organized, best place for fast food. They have never messed up our order. Friendly staff.

Fast food service is at a complicated service at Chick-fil-A. I really do not know what all the fuss is about. This fast food place is very well advertised and the people smile as ordered by the owner. All the food is sugared and extremely sweet. Of course young children like it! Sweet chicken and French fries with oil and sugar. Maybe people should look into how they make their food. When we go we order by the meat portion and not the sandwich. (Bun-Bread) Yes, we eat there, because they have some good sugar food and we too have a sweet tooth. However it is strictly under control. Have a wonderful day and night! read more

We like the one in Crossroads Tx. The one in Stonebriar Mall is seriously lacking, made my daughter visit an ER recently for food poisoning. The one on 423 is meh. But Crossroads has it figured out! Fries always crispy, fast, we won't go to another one. read more

I typically don't have much to say in terms of Chikfila as it's always good. But sadly this was very disappointing. I got a simple meal-- spicy sandwich meal with a lemonade. The chicken was fine but my bun was a hard as a rock and my fries followed suit. The fries almost tasted like they had been twice by how hard they were. :( read more

Hands down, this is the crown jewel of the CFA family. When CFA first opened the location, many in the area were stoked as the choices at the time were quite limited. Little did anyone realize how involved, the owner-operator, Shawn, would be with the community. Each month, there are at least two events, one Do-it-Yourself with Dad, and the other being Mommy and Me. School spirit days, in addition to being observed on site, are also promoted at the schools. Additionally, events such as a Christmas Festival, Fall Festival, etc. are held, with the community at large invited. When Little Elm tragically lost Officer Walker, CFA stepped up to the plate. read more
