For a place that charges on average about $10-12 dollars per meal, I think it's a great deal. The food is fresh and always consistent. I eat here regularly and would recommend it to everyone. You can't beat the price or the service. read more

Do not eat here. Literally sent home rotten fruit in my order. We drove 30 mins to get the food, found it at home, drove back and all they offered us was another piece of fruit. The lack of ownership, work ethic or responsibility is why this location should fail. Denton county health services is also getting a copy of this experience read more

I went into Chipotle today and was very pleased with the service I received. The redheaded lady who prepared my entree was wonderful, and the Black woman working the cashier was incredibly kind and welcoming. She bagged my order, wished me a blessed day, and was very attentive throughout my visit. At one point, I noticed the napkin station was empty due to how busy the restaurant was. I asked the cashier if she could get some more napkins, and she immediately helped me with a smile and a positive attitude. While I was eating, however, I witnessed something that completely changed my impression of this location. The manager came out and publicly addressed the cashier about her trash duties and side work in front of a dining room full of customers. I found this extremely unprofessional and embarrassing for the employee. Constructive feedback and performance discussions should be handled privately, not in front of customers. The cashier was sweet, hardworking, and attentive despite being publicly criticized. It was uncomfortable to watch and reflected very poorly on management. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Poor management. Absolutely disappointing. read more

Ordered two bowls. My bowl with steak contained lukewarm meat and a half inch square chunk of fat for my trouble. It was just a bland tasting bowl with nothing shouting "hey, this is a tasty meal". Betting that sour cream killed any warmth immediately. Too much put into the bowl to cover the scant portions. Second bowl was chicken. Same thing. Bland, no flavor and with way too much salsa. The protein was sparse but I'm sure they're told to cut back since that's the most expensive part of the meal. I think I'll stick with Qdoba. Never had an issue there. read more

Since moving to the area in May each time the service has been horrible along with the food . I purchased two burritos for my spouse and I and each one looked small read more

So... chips are made only in the morning? No wonder by the time dinner rolls around they are soggy or no chili lime chips at all. I also love how every time we come in the protein is down to the bottom of the container cold and tasteless. Staff was not happy working together this evening that was quite evident! Will not be back. read more

They could do a lot better on taste, portion size and wait time. The restaurant cleanliness was not bad.

ordered online and picked up my food only to get home and not have my entree... how do you forget the entree when that's the main thing you order???? can't even trust people to do a simple job of putting food in your bag. do they expect the customer to open up everything and check it's all there? it wasn't even a lunch rush or anything smh read more

Recently did a Chipotlane pickup and it was great! I met Andie at the window, she provided excellent customer service, and my burrito was generously stuffed. I'll definitely be returning to this location! read more

The food was OK. The service was trash. The atmosphere was empty. This business is a no go location

I'm officially done with Chipotle, and it's not just a "bad day" kind of experience, it's a consistent trainwreck, especially with mobile orders. First, items were missing from my order (again), and trying to contact the store is basically impossible. No one answers the phone, and when you finally reach someone through the app or customer service line, you're met with scripted apologies, fake empathy, and absolutely zero accountability. It's like talking to a robot programmed to pretend they care while doing nothing to fix the problem. And let's talk about portion inconsistency. I ordered two burritos, same exact build, and one came out looking like a baby's pillow, while the other looked like it was on a starvation diet. For the price Chipotle charges now, I shouldn't need to weigh my food to make sure I'm not being ripped off. Between the missing items, radio silence from the store, and laughable portion sizes, this place just isn't worth the money or the hassle anymore. Chipotle has clearly decided that once they've got your money, your satisfaction is no longer their problem. I'm out. Plenty of other places out there actually care if you come back. read more

Terrible customer service and experience. The food wasn't ready, the staff had attitudes and the food wasn't that great. Would not recommend! read more

This location always sucks ass, food is always not fresh and taste terrible. Don't even get me started on that ginger girl with the hat, don't even know how she has a job. Problem solving skills and the iq of a bag of sand go to a different location if you want nice people and fresh food. read more

Employees were very rude and rushed me through my order. They were talking over me before I could even ask for a side of chips. The guy working the end of the line told me to just tell him my order. Didn't feel welcomed. Keep in mind this was late in the evening and they were not busy whatsoever read more

Very disappointed in this location. The lady with neck tattoos was very rude and I've never been cussed at at a chipotle before. Rest of crew was great. I hope the lady with neck tattoos day gets better. As a local business owner, I've never been treated like this. Hopefully it gets better. Thanks to the crew. That was nice to me. read more

Ordered a bowl, a wrap, and chips/queso. Order was over $40 dollars. Took the order to go and when I got home, the chips were so stale and way over salted. Paid $9 for stale chips and queso. My bowl had so much sour cream and guac. It's really the only thing I could taste. read more
