Ordered the Philly cheesesteak , it was good, a lot of meat not a lot of bell peppers or anything else, and 2 tacos asked for a senior discount. Lady said I had to. Order a drink, I said I want water. Payed my bill. Receipt says senior discount $.20. Evidently they give you 10% off one item and the lady chose the $1.99 tacos instead of the $10.99 Philly cheesesteak read more

I came in at 11:45 PM. There was nobody in the drive-through lane and nobody in the store. We ordered three Oreo cookie shakes. Half of the cups were filled with whipped cream I felt like they didn't even blend Oreos with the ice cream base. Just disappointed read more

Constantly getting cold food, and after asking me to pull around to the front, so your time on each order doesn't reach a certain amount, yet I am waiting in the front for over 15 minutes. I will now refuse to pull around to the front, as anyone should. Maybe then it will show your actual ticket times. read more

UPDATE: Corporate doesn't care if you had a bad experience so don't waste your time reaching out to them after they comment on your Yelp post. It's been almost a month since my post and no one has reach out. I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with a hash brown and coke. This order was placed in the drive thru shortly after 4 pm. I pulled up to the window and paid and he asked me to park in front of the store. I'm thinking they making my order fresh. As I was driving home, I reach in the bag to taste my hash brown. The hash brown felt and look as if it was left in the grease from the previous morning. Never again will I visit another Jack in the Box. I was going to let it go, but I turned around and got a refund. The two young guys that were there seem like they couldn't care less that my food was not edible. read more

Let's be honest, the reason to visit JITB is their tacos. They are horrible, but delicious if that makes any sense. Perhaps it's all the greasy goodness that makes them edible. Burgers, I'd pass on, but the tacos, fries, and chocolate overload cakes are spot on. Just don't try to order a Chocolate "Overlord" Cake like I did once before! read more

The food was fine. The employees were as well. I can do without the Jesus music being pumped through the sound system.

Website states they're open until 11pm. Went through the drive-thru at 9:45pm and just got a "We're closed."

Fair service, sweet cashier, but the QUALITY of this location is terrible, the Buttery Jumbo Jack Burger my husband ordered wAs BLAND and warm but not hot and a little under the uncool side. My tacos were old and too crunchy on the edges. This was the FIRST and last time at this location. I guess I should of read the reviews riot to leaving the house, but AT&T have terrible service around this area that I could not get service on my phone so we came in hoping it was up to standards with the other Jack's. The only thing that was fairly up to standards, were the curly fries. Plus they had PROBLEMS with their soda machine, it was making all sorts of noises and disposed ice on its own out if no where. The cashier did offer to provide us with our soda from the drive they and apologized for the machine up front. That was dangerous bc the ice was falling out randomly. Luckily there was a rug below it to prevent anyone from slipping on the ice. Not safe and poor quality. read more

Great experience, food is great and service was excellent. Specifically Brad, that man deserves a raise.

I ordered ahead and was told my food would be ready in under 10min I've waited over 45min and have seen many drive through cars pulling up and already getting their food, and all I ordered was 2 combos‍ read more

Honestly it's the best Jack in the box in north Texas. My tacos are always crispy and the fries are good.

Great food and great service. The nightshift was kind. Would totally recommend the crossroads jack in the box to everyone.

They always mess up the order the girl who works in the morning she never understands what you're saying and talks over you When you're ordering hey you're not finish ordering she says thank you have a nice day they always forget to put the sauces in the bag or the syrup for the pancakes or if you order bacon and sausage if we get one of them they need more training read more

I've been here a few times and it just seems to go down hill every time I go in . The last time I ordered from there was a day ago 11/17/2022 went through drive through not only did the guy or woman couldn't understand English the barely knew how to speak it . Asking for my order was difficult . I had to ask at window the woman and man wouldn't let me finish what I was saying I had to stop them and say u didn't charge me for it but I want it . The comprehensive wasn't there . Nothing against Spanish speaking but please u need someone who understands and speaks English . The last time before this I went in they got m order wrong . Sucks we don't have many food choices in the crossroads area . But unfortunately I won't be coming back . read more

Sunday June 10th 12:54pm. As per usual my order was completely wrong. So sick of these overpaid teenagers not giving a shit. Went in to get my money back, nothing was said to me, no questions asked about whats wrong with my order, no apologies, no care whatsoever. I would get names of the employees and report it, but its Jack in The Box. Its not like they will do anything about it. read more

I'm not sure what they do after 9pm but they are not working. Sign says open until 12am. Twice I've gone between 9 and 10 and I couldn't get anyone to answer. Lights are all on. Workers cars are there. No one answered. Sure seems like some folks need to be fired. read more

I've visited this location a couple times now since moving to Area. Each time the crew has been friendly, helpful and courteous. The wait. In this drive thru has been over 20 mins and I haven't even gotten to the window to pay yet.....8 cars in 20 mins...... oh wait 5 cars. Still got 3 ahead of me. They designed the drive thru right. You are captive ... stuck. Waiting for a half hour for a so so burger. read more

Just went in the drive thru line. Two cars in front of me, but they said they were closed. It was 10pm and I asked how I supposed to leave the drive thru line with cars in front of me and I was told to back out. They don't close until midnight but apparently they don't feel like working till their closing time tonight. read more

Can I give zero stars? We initially went to this Cross Roads location just because it was closer to home. The employee there had us waiting 10 minutes at the speaker box without saying a single word. We tried to get anyone's attention multiple times. Finally he informs us there's a technical difficulty........... we didn't bother trying to order there. We might still be there! So glad we drove to the prosper location. We won't bother with this location ever again. read more

Tonight, I was in the drive through when the person in front of me started getting frustrated and yelling at the people in front of him. Shortly I learned the people in front of him weren't the problem. I got to the window and the person working the location told me he didn't remember my order. I told him I'd been in the line so long I didn't remember either but it was around $5 and asked if he had an order around that amount. His response was "you're clearly intoxicated, I'm calling the cops." I just got off work - and told him so. It's been a long day. I left the location because I honestly have a stressful job and didn't want to deal with law enforcement over a cheeseburger and my (and his) exhaustion. The bottom line for me is that I didn't get to eat because he's so bitter against late night drive through. He probably shouldn't be working that shift. To me, he seemed to think every person that came through was drunk. Sad. Sometimes people are just hungry -tired and hungry read more

For being a new location, I'm highly disappointed. I keep giving this location a chance but I keep having bad experiences. Last night I have my order including my drink stuck out the window by the drive thru attendant without even looking at me or a thank you have a nice night. She was too busy turned around socializing with another employee. The other employee was just standing there hanging out so she must not have even been on the clock. After I checked my order I see my Sourdough jack was not in the bag. Just my 4 tacos. So she didn't even check my order. After sitting at the window honking and waving trying to get her attention while she was still too busy laughing and socializing a guy came to the window. He just opens the window without saying anything and I tell him my burger is missing so he says oh he is making it as he turns to the kitchen almost like I was suppose to know that. The drive thru attendant did take a second to make sure I wanted it plain. So after waiting a while for them to make the rest of my order the guy comes back to the window and just hands it to me. Not one single Apology for the mistake or even have a nice night. Again while the girl working the drive thru just keep talking away with the other employee. And it was not even work related. I think this will be my last chance. They should close this location and bring in something better for us Aubrey-Crossroads folks. read more

This location is horrible. I don't eat fast food often but when I do I like jack in the box. But this location is the worst one I have frequented. I had been here maybe once a year ago or so and it was a lot better then. Maybe new ownership or management? I went about 10pm on a Saturday night. Took 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Maybe only 5 cars in front of me. Received my food and shake. The shakes are pretty decent at jack in the box and good size, always with whipped cream. This sake was small and no whip cream. I asked for whipped cream and was told they can't put it on because of the flat lid. All the other jack in he boxes have the domes lid so they can put whipped cream on it. Got home and the burger and fries were cold. In addition the fries container was about half full. read more

Went in Saturday morning and had an incident with the young man at the window. When I got home noticed that the food had indications it may have been tampered with. To start with the croissant was severely burned. Not at all how it was suppose to be made. Ended up taking the food to the police station to be inspected and make a complaint. Needless to say we did not eat the food. And the police did go to the Jack in the Box. I went latter in the morning to talk to the manager who fitted me into her conversation between customers pulling up to the drive thru window. She did offer to replace the sandwich tho to which I replied no thanks. There is no way I would trust them to serve me again. read more
