It's fast food. The morning I went 2 people were on break, there were 7 people in line and one at the register and drive thru. We all waited a long time for food. by the time I left the drive thru line was at least 6 cars deep. I can't imagine how long those folks waited. nearly 15 minutes isn't a long time but it is for a basic honey chicken biscuit and a water. read more

Last time I will eat at any whataburger. My order is always messed up, cold and lacking of items. When your food is already not very good, the least you can do is try to make it presentable. My bun was smashed, fries cold and my shake I looked so forward to was not there. I don't want to come back to get something after I am home and comfortable. I've heard several times how good Whataburger is. Saw this one on a trip through Oklahoma. Stopped and ordered a Double Meat Whataburger and made it quite clear that I didn't want mustard. I asked if they would substitute mayo. I get the sandwich and I'm excited to eat it. Unfortunately they screwed up putting mustard on and no mayo. I could have turned around and gotten it straightened out but am I going to spend a half hour to fix their problem. No. Would I even get an apology, probably not. And that would only upset me more. We go here pretty regularly, because the food is good, it's nearby, and one of the few fast food chains I'll actually eat at, even though they pretty much always get our order wrong: leaving the cheese off my chicken melt, skipping the bacon we paid an upcharge to add to a burger, making the wrong size shake, or tonight sending the wrong dressing through the drive through to go with my salad. If you go, check your order carefully, and maybe skip the drive through. read more

This place & their employees are HORRID, I can't express enough. I been here a few times & every single time was a bad experience. Very poor service, one burger made incorrectly, the other had hair in it. Staff didn't care about their work, and litterally dug through a man burger WITH NO GLOVES ON when he commented that his burger was missing onions, then the employee got upset when the man asked for his burger to be remade after it was dug through. Other whataburgers I've been to have offered outstanding and incredible service, but I will never be returning to this one. read more

Can't give a Whataburger 1 star, but this particular location doesn't represent what Whataburger usually is. Very long wait times. I'm not sure why there's only 1 store in Broken Arrow. A woman who seemed to be the manager let out a big sigh when I asked for spicy ketchup that wasn't set out like it should be. The staff seems overwhelmed and agitated, and the food is nowhere near the level I get at locations in Tulsa or Texas. read more

I hate handing out the "1-star" but this Whataburger ALWAYS disappoints. Why do I keep giving them a second, third and fourth chance? My most recent experience was the worst. I had a very short lunch break so I decided to go through the drive-thru for a quick bite to take with me. My order went smoothly until they banished me to "Lane B". I waited in lane b for 20 minutes with not so much as a nod, wink or hand gesture from an employee. My time was running out and I had to get back to work, so I just had to leave. I'm sure that ruined their already faulty assembly line even more but what's a girl to do? Get it together, whataburger. You're whatachicken is pretty amazing but not THAT amazing. I just spent 47 minutes in the drive-through waiting for my order which was just a simple patty melt, at 10:30 at night. There are not very many options for late night food in Broken Arrow. Whataburger is open 24/7, yay! The food is always reliable at Whataburger, and they have burgers, fries, and chicken strips. It is hard to find a fast food restaurant that gets all three right, and serves gravy. I like the number 1 with fries, the chicken basket that comes with toast and gravy, and my personal favorite: the honey butter chicken biscuit! I have only ever been through the Drive-Thru at this location, but they are always really nice, the service is quick, and they get the order right. read more

The food is usually pretty good, the service is very hit and miss. Pulled up at 1048 with 3 cars in front of me to order. Ordered at 1058 and was told I couldn't order breakfast until 11, so I waited and ordered breakfast. Made it to the window to pay at 1115 and received my food at 1123. 35 min for a drive through order.... Wow, get your crap together! That's why I dont visit Whataburger very often. I disagree with the last poster. I ate here today for lunch and had a great experience. This one is located in Broken Arrow on 71st(kenosha) and 193rd E. Ave. It sits on the south side of the road next to Sonic. I loved the feel of this one when I walked in. In the middle of the dining area, there is some sort of beach looking whataburger figure in a glass case. And surrounding it were the tables in a neat octagon style setting. One thing I love about Whataburger is that the food is always fresh. Ya, it might take 5-10 minutes if its busy, but its fresh. And that goes a long way in fast food for me. Burgers are great here, but I know that if I wanted pancakes at noon. I could get em. I just wish their commercials weren't so creepy. read more

This is not fast food. Don't stop by here if you have any obligations within a couple of hours. The service is VERY slow on a regular basis. We gave this location multiple chances and the results were always the same. Slow service, incorrect orders, and the food isn't good. I was biting into my egg and cheese biscuit and noticed the eggs were liquid and running off the side of my biscuit. I usually love Whataburger but this location is terrible. read more

Food is what was expected but whoever thought of the "lane b" should be fired. Took forever for someone to bring our order then it was wrong two times. Not the employed fault but a faulty system. Instead of using man power to run around food just have them work inside to expedite orders. The two employees we interacted very very friendly and apologized for the errors and wait. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service, she acted annoyed the whole time, and was just plain rude to me, every time I've been there late at night, the other staff does a great job, but every single time I get her, I always get upset, when you ask a question she answer almost aggressively, has completely ruined my love of whataburger, my family, and friends will not be returning until we know this issue is resolved. Called up to the store to get her name, manager said she couldn't give it to me (Not the managers fault) I am very upset that this hasn't already been taken care of, customers should be the number one priority, next to making good food, extremely disappointing. This place is the slowest, most unorganized drive thru ever. Took 30 minutes to get our food, and got asked about 15 times what our food was. This is a seriously failed attempt to copy chik-fil-a's drive thru methods. Not worth it. The girl working the outside lane was rude and unprofessional. I know they work hard and there are some great employees there. So I'm not knocking them. However, the Whataburger in Stillwater that has double the people in line gets faster service. My order is always right though. Just not always warm. Tonight my fries were actually cold. Not luke warm. Cold. Like got food before the bars, came back and ate the leftover fries that sat in the truck all night cold. It's not always like this. I just wish they could be more consistent. read more

Don't just dont. Went here today because the kiddos have been wanting some onion rings. As soon as we received our food I could tell excatly what they'd done. They re-dip the fries and onion rings into the hot oil after they've already been cooked, making them soggy amd nasty. Yes, the burgers are good-that is, if you can get anybody to wait on you. We've tried 3 times to go in and order (we felt like we were invisible) and 2 times we tried the drive through-they said it would be at least 15 minutes and did we want to wait? HECK NO... I enjoyed the service and food preparation at this Whataburger. The location is perfect...off the turnpike. It's usually the last Whataburger we stop at prior to heading towards Joplin, MO. I enjoyed their great tasting sweet & spicy double cheese burger meal...for a limuted time only. read more
