I usually order my food to go, but on one visit I arrived early and spent some time inside. The front area has a small waiting space with decor that gives a bit of history and personality to the place. They also offer beef for purchase, which is a nice touch if you are someone who enjoys cooking at home. I sat at the bar while I waited, and the service matched what I have come to expect from them. Friendly, attentive, and easygoing. The bartender even helped create a drink based on the flavor profile I described. It had a light citrus note with tequila and was very well balanced. As for the food, the onion burger is my favorite. I always add lettuce and tomato, and their burger sauce brings everything together. The flavors are rich without being overwhelming, and the quality of the beef stands out. The fries deserve their own mention. The regular fries are crispy and well done, and the sweet potato fries are just as good, which makes it hard to choose between the two. I usually get the garlic aioli on the side, and it takes everything up another level. The atmosphere is slightly elevated compared to a typical burger spot, especially in the bar area, but still relaxed enough to feel comfortable. It is a place I will keep coming back to whenever I want a burger that feels worth it.

I think it is named after a local ranch so sorry if I butchered it. I asked what was on it... all I heard was grilled onions, jalapeños, and some sauce and I was all in!! The burger came on toast and is very similar to a patty melt if you like that style. Honestly it was a great burger. The wife and I shared some cheese and onion fries... I can't say enough about how delicious it was. My wife ended up getting the class burger which comes with cheese sauce to dip fries or your burger in....i wanted the cheese sauce on everything but I did my best to hold back. I was like, as long as it is as big as Chik Fil A's patty's (which are smaller even still), it should be good. The chicken patty that was on the sandwich had to be 1/8th or 1/16th of an inch thick.... The lettuce on the sandwich, was thicker..... Not only that.....but the chicken was hard, probably from how thin the patty was.... The fries were ok, but they were definitely skimpy on portions for a 15$ plate. The service was good, but the food was not.
