I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Whataburger. The pancakes they served were raw in the middle--completely inedible. To make matters worse, the employees looked like they hadn't showered in weeks, which raised serious concerns about hygiene standards at this location. This isn't what I expect from a Whataburger. In my experience, Jacolby, Dorthy, Vero etc. acted like they didn't care about the customers at all. To make matters worse, my order was wrong, and when I finally got my food, it was cold and didn't taste good at all. It felt like no one cared enough to make it right or even apologize for the mistakes. Good customer service can make up for a lot, but this experience had neither good service nor good food. I left disappointed and won't be coming back. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and improves both its service and food quality.
