Staff and management are great. Eliu accommodated a very large order for 150 people per day with an early AM pickup. Everything was hot and ready! A great option for any large group needs. I definitely recommend this location. read more

If I could give -stars, that would be the only acceptable option. However, I must give at least 1 to leave a review. I am beyond disappointed in this location based on the service, food, and also lack of response from the email I sent to customer service. I gave them time to respond from escalations and after two emails - crickets. How is that for customer service? We arrived as a family of 4. Immediately, noticed a sign saying they were out of Diet Coke. That's pretty much the only drink my husband and I order BUT that wasn't a deal breaker obviously. There should be other options, right? We ordered our meals (I ordered a jalapeno cheeseburger meal, no tomatoes, no onions), my husband ordered a bacon burger, and my children ordered chicken strips meals. This is important information because when we got home both my husband and I were sick immediately! I'm not surprised based on the condition of the service and cleanliness. We didn't even finish our meals. You'll see photos attached to show the horrible lack of cleanliness and care for the interior of the restaurant. Hair on the floor, spills everywhere, every table near us dirty, bugs live and dead along with dirt and dust in the window sills, and lastly - icing on the cake - the ceiling tile started pouring water ALL over me and my food. Now, the manager did come over and offer to remake food BUT after seeing the condition of the facility and now being wet - I told her no thanks. I absolutely will never step foot into this location, again UNLESS they drastically improve. The fact I haven't even received a response from their escalation team tells me a LOT about their customer service and care about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location whatsoever. read more

Twice I tried to order food for delivery. After I finally found out how to use my points.. I've saved up almost 20k points so clearly we eat here quite often. However since I tried to use my points my order got cancelled...???? I called up there and asked why did my order get cancelled and of course they don't know. So I replace my order and again it gets cancelled. Now after 45 minutes of fighting with them I call again and ask if it's bc my food is free of charge and they insist that that is not the reason for my orders getting cancelled. (I've NEVER had my order cancelled previously to this ) soooo I decide to not use my points and instead go ahead and place the order just to see and of course the order goes through and gets delivered so you tell me??? Kind of funny that I can't use my points and get delivery? Hmmm I don't know but it's damn annoying bc in store they give me the run around when trying to use the points... The manager at this location needs to be handed a different job as they do nothing for the customer, I'll come back there and make my own food if I could read more

Time for an update! After seeing a post earlier by Curt V. I started thinking about Whataburger. For decades it's been a staple in my burger world. Until,a few years ago I was in the area of this location today about Blood sugar bottom. So,I threw caution to the wind and decided to give them a shot. It's been a year since I've been here. When placing my order,I specifically asked that they cook me fresh patties. No, precooked meat please. In about 10 minutes my hot, neatly wrapped double meat with cheese, burger all the way,was delivered to my table . Fries were hot and delicious and to my amazement,I bit into the best Whataburger I've had in years. Wow! Perfect. Also,a good sign was,the kitchen and counter were fully staffed. Someone ( read manager) has this place humming on all cylinders. Go! read more

Good food and fast for a football night. My new favorite hang out spot fornme and my friends.

Friendly service, clean restaurant and d friendly employees. What else can one wish for a fast food restaurant.

Google is not an accurate representation of this establishment so I will post ANOTHER bad review here. I have been coming to this specific whataburger pretty much since it opened. In the last few years (since they got bought out) its been practically a guaranteed bad experience. Doesnt matter if its dine in, drive through or delivery. The dining area is always trashed, the drive through line takes forever...for what?!?...its all crappy. And EVERY TIME I give them another try its an even bigger disaster than before. Cold food almost every time. Orders wrong every time. Customer service is ass. I dont even care anymore if they improve. I'm done. These damn kids these days dont give a fuck and they shouldnt be hired in the first place. Establishments dont care to correct anything or take action. Look at how other companies do it! There is a reason other places are more successful btw...quality and good service! Customer service is dead! It's so frustrating. I work so hard and after a long day all I wanted was a good burger...apparently those only exist at in-n-out. I spent $30 for cold food that upset my stomach. Thanks but no thanks. Also woke up all my neighbors with the smoke alarm reheating my food. YOU GUYS SUCK! Just go out of business already since you clearly dont care to improve. I never write bad reviews but I miss whataburger. I'll naver have a good experience there again and I wouldnt be writing this if it wasnt after MULTIPLE horrible experinces. read more

Of course I recommend this place. Who doesn't love Whataburger. This location is clean and quiet. Right now they are selling special holiday cups. Plenty of parking. The bathroom was very clean as well. That can make or break a review for me. read more

Wonderful experience. I appreciated the great customer service and swift timing of my order.

Like always whataburger comes in clutch! Have always had a good meal. Sevice is always top notch too.

My first time at this location and it's been awhile since I've had some Whataburger. The worker who took my order was great. She was very friendly and super nice (Sorry I forget her name). Waited about 10mins or less for my food. Another worker brought our food to us while we were sitting down and was super nice. We had a coupon for a free whataburger burger if you order a medium fries and medium drink. My husband ate the burger and said it was huge but a bit on the dryer side (we paid for extra cheese). The fries had a little too much salt on it but was good nonetheless. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip and it was as good as I remembered it. I ate it with. gravy and their gravy has never disappointed me. Overall, service was great, food was great and the atmosphere was great. The store was clean and the workers were very friendly. I would be back at this location. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! couldn't get our order correct even though we had to repeat it 4 different times because the guy wasn't paying attention to us!! found hair in my food and took to long. will not come back to this location again. read more

Wow! Why all the bad reviews for great fast food. Helluva lot better then that In and Out place. Haha!! Service is usually spot on. Even when they have newbies in training. Everyone has gotta start somewhere. I got the Whataburger Combo with fries and 1/2 and 1/2 tea. They always give me extra ketchup if I ask for it. The napkins are always in the bag. That's a big plus if you're a hyper wiper when it comes to spills. The area is well lit, thus I consider this a plus if doing a late night drive through. My pick for food if out and about after 10 PM!! October 2023 read more

Patrick, Tera & Essence all were super accommodating. Coming around to our table, very friendly & courteous. Helping with the app., service-oriented, smiling faces are what you are going to find. The food isn't too bad, either. Lol! Boiling Springs/Hwy. 9 is a highly recommended, convenient location for both of us. Patrick seems to work a lot in the late mornings and afternoons, while greeting the customers no matter how many orders he is filling. Great gentleman. Tera keeps the operations and restaurant very clean. Essence is a fine cashier, who has served us a few times now. Thanks to all, Kirk & Jane M. read more

Been a Whataburger fan for years, however, I have a complaint. Purchased a discount card from the local high school which included Whataburger. The card was good for a year, so for me, a good deal. I t worked fine for a couple of months then I showed up one Friday and they refused to honor the card even though they were shown the card, she said it was expired. The card clearly showed the expiration date but she wouldn't honor. Contacted management and they sent a letter telling me I was correct and offered to honor it the next time I went. A few days ago I took my card to get my burger and discount and Whataburger had dropped from the program even though people who bought it still had 5 months till expiration. Needless to say, not pleased and if that is how they treat their customers, I will use either JC's burgers because they are still on the card. Maybe In-n-Out, but for sure no more Whataburger. read more

I heard Whataburger was a must try while I'm down in Texas but I was really disappointed. I was told it might be a location thing, but a few of my local friends mentioned Whataburger was mediocre anyways. Staff was friendly. Burger was the driest thing I've ever had. Had to sip my drink after each bite. It didn't help that the burger was pretty big and wide too so that just made the experience drawn out. Fries were average, but better than the burger for sure. The saving grace was the shake. Strawberry shake was very rich and well, delightful. I'd come back for a shake but nothing else. read more

Horrible drive thru experience, didn't listen to us, didn't clarify order, said huh 3 times asking my name. Explained we ordered the combo and just got a blank look, no apology at all. Is this the least best Whatabuger in Texas? read more

ELIU! this is purely a review to show appreciation for the extraordinary length that Eliu went thru to correct an awful door dash experience. Thank you Eliu, I hope your fellow employees follow your shining example of customer service. read more

Okay....So I guess they have new management? I guess I've also come to understand their "made fresh, made to order" a little more. SO! If you want to eat there, know it's not a robotic production line like McDonalds. Their food has always been good (for fast food), but now they're trying to improve your experience. They have kids standing out there like at In & Out burger and Chic-fil-a making sure the order is correct. Since they've done this....zero problems. Viva Tejas! Whataburger is back!!! read more
