I'm very delighted that I've found a coffee shop that has a pistachio drink that actually tastes like a pistachio! The customer service was fantastic, the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, although not as spacious as many coffee shops it's still manageable, and we saw online that they offer monthly barista classes. It also had the same crunch as the baklava but the center had a sweet nuttiness to it that reminded me of a Mexican dessert, although small the flavors made up for it. I used to get a flat white w/ oat milk and 1 stevia (I use my own brand). The combination literally tastes like hot chocolate. It was my go-to for years. As I wanted to lose weight, however, I transitioned to quad Americanos w/ a splash of milk and 1 stevia. Still very tasty. It reminds me of a Starbucks canned coffee (that was LOW sugar) way back in the day that they stopped making (2007-2009). Obviously, there is no comparison w/ re: to quality but I did want to mention. The staff here have always been friendly, particularly Hilary, who I believe is at the Sugarland location now. I recently watched a YouTube video on a guy that travels across cities to try the best coffee and he ranked the pour over at Blendin very high. I need to try that one day!
