Tasty your waistY??? Definitely a waste!!!! This is the second time in a row. I have gotten a pretzel from here and it is burnt. This time I cut all the burnt part off with kitchen scissors so my grandson could eat. I don't know if there are children running this place but whoever the owners are they need to fire and rehire. Nobody wants to waste their money on this crap! If I lived closer, I would drive back and take it back to them. This place is disgusting and all they did. The last time is apologize. I believe in second chances, but I'm not going back at third- time. I do not recommend this place at all. Maybe I should try the truck that way I can just throw the burned pretzel back through the window and ask them to remake it...lol! I totally understand why they get two stars. Why would you be closed on a Monday at 8:10 when you're supposed to be open until 9pm???? That's horrible service. No sign on the door explaining why. Just a kid shaking he head no in the background!!! Not helpful at all! The store isn't busy the few times I've gone in there so one would think have some business would be better than no business.... But I guess the owners must be wealthy????? read more

We love this location. The good is fresh and the staff is always friendly! They've got a great store and it is always clean and inviting.

They hide negative reviews on google! They hid mine when all I had to say was a genuine comment "I have visited this establishment multiple times, and each experience has been consistently disappointing due to the staff's poor attitude. Despite the absence of a line, service is unreasonably slow, with prolonged delays before orders are even acknowledged. When assistance is finally provided, it is often accompanied by an unfriendly demeanor and dismissive looks. To make matters worse, the food is consistently cold, further diminishing the overall experience" read more

Horrible customer service. The employees are rude and you can tell they hate being there. I have been here a few times and never had good customer service. the pretzels are never fresh. At least not the afternoon. Those things combined makes me not want to ever come back. read more

Not the best first impression. Went in at lunch time and no hot dogs were ready. I would think with a recent opening and it being noon they would of had those ready. But I ordered something else when it was my turn. The girl up front looked overwhelmed. She had to take the orders and get there food while the other 3 workers were making food. But they were doing it with no sense of urgency. One had brought cookies and they had Starbucks on the counter by the food they were making which I'm pretty sure against company policy. Wetzel's Pretzels location in Turlock is highly disappointing. The pretzel I got was okay but tasted stale and old. They also have a very weird array of flavors for the pretzels. What pretzel place doesn't have cinnamon & sugar ? I would not return to this location ever again. Auntie Anne's is much better. I do not recommend. read more

This is my first bad review, EVER. I ordered from DoorDash which was perfect and on time. The whole order was a MESS and disgusting. The pretzels tasted like they had sat under a heater all day. Totally uneatable with the consistency of plastic. We did not receive either of the drinks we ordered. The cheese dipping sauce was rancid with curdled chunks in it. Absolutely disgusting. Freshest Wetzel's Pretzel's I've ever had. I recently had them cater an office meeting for me and everyone loved it!! It's great that I can get these in town without having to go to the mall. Great service & clean dining room. Will be back here often. read more

I was very impressed with all of the different options they have now. The cashier was very sweet and I was in and out quickly. The food was hot and fresh and tasted delicious. I am so glad we have this in Turlock and in a perfect location right next to all of the shopping. read more

The food is now becoming a regular that it's burnt and secondly going in at 11:30 on multiple days there is barely any product in the case and when you ask when they're going to have more pepperoni pretzel they tell you it's gonna be a while. Delicious, warm and tasty!!! I walked in and the entire staff greeted me (the owner was there so that's probably why haha) either way it was nice! I ordered my pretzel and the girl ringing me up was very knowledgeable about the different items and dips available. I paid and was on my way under 2 mins! My kinda place! Tried to door dash from here twice and it was a mistake both times. Each time they forgot my dipping sauce and sent burned pretzels. Like so burned they were inedible. Thankfully door dash gave me credits because I know I wouldn't have gotten a refund from them. It's Twisties from now on. The moment I went into the building, the workers did not greet us. I was standing in line for about 10 minutes and no one was in front of me. Then one of the worker said it's going to be a while. She said there's a lot of door dash orders. I get it but I'm a customer too and there's no line. She didn't even bother to ask what I wanted to order. It could have been something easy like a drink. In this case it was pre made bites and cheese. She grabbed the stuff and processed the payment. And didn't even smile or anything. No customer service whatsoever.
