The owner was super friendly and asked if we had any questions on the menu. Although the wait was 20 minutes, they let you know that ahead of time because they make each pretzel fresh to order (we came around 12-1 pm so the area already wasn't too busy). There's nice outdoor seating as well shared with other food trucks in the area. My boyfriend and I got a strawberry lemonade, a bacon wrapped cheese dog, a pepperoni pretzel (Highly recommend getting with the marinara dip), and an almond pretzel. No matter which pretzel you get though, the pretzel dough is super fluffy and the outside is nice and crispy. These pretzels were genuinely so good we were both shocked that someplace like this exists in Modesto. So glad we discovered it this place and definitely will be back!

We ordered the cheese dog and the jalapeño dog- both of which were the kind of greasy (buttery?) that make your tummy smile- full of flavor. Next time I'll add pepperoni to try as well. Tasty your waistY??? Definitely a waste!!!!…read more This is the second time in a row. I have gotten a pretzel from here and it is burnt. This time I cut all the burnt part off with kitchen scissors so my grandson could eat. I don't know if there are children running this place but whoever the owners are they need to fire and rehire. Nobody wants to waste their money on this crap! If I lived closer, I would drive back and take it back to them. This place is disgusting and all they did. The last time is apologize. I believe in second chances, but I'm not going back at third- time. I do not recommend this place at all. Maybe I should try the truck that way I can just throw the burned pretzel back through the window and ask them to remake it...lol! I totally understand why they get two stars. It should be knocked down to a one.

First thing I noted was that the customer service wasn't great. The girl at the counter who took our order looked like she didn't even want to be there, let alone the tone of her voice just sounded irritated as well. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but unfortunately, that doesn't reflect so great on the company as a whole. Second thing, was the mini dog pretzels that we got were completely unevenly cooked. The bottoms were a little burnt, yet the sides on some of them were still doughy. Maybe it just depends on the oven placemat during cooking, but it wasn't a great taste and texture combo. I would have retuned them or asked for a different batch, but we took these to go and ate them on the road. My daughter also got a large strawberry lemonade, which was probably the only star of the show today!

I don't come to Hanford often, but next time I drive through I will definitely be stopping by to grab a couple for the road!
