Love coming here, especially when my friends and I are craving a midnight snack! Their chocolate doughnuts are my usual go-to, paired with one of their blended drinks or an iced coffee. Some of their items are tasty, but there are a few that are not too great. I ordered a chocolate chip muffin once and the texture was stale and dry. But the atmosphere is very cozy and there's a certain lady who works there who's really nice! I went again with my boyfriend just yesterday and we ordered their strawberry banana smoothies. Delicious. read more

I never had a problem here! Definitely a great place to stop by and grab some breakfast or a quick bite! They have pretty good option. As far as I know they don't serve any food at night? I don't know when they stop serving food. Would be nice if they had a sign for that but coffee is great and the donuts are delicious! Sometimes when I'm doing laundry I come here to have a coffee while I'm doing laundry lol read more

Their donuts aren't the best in town, a little on the dry side, however they do have a very big selection. It's a decent donut, but I would prefer donut King or Roland's Donuts over Yum Yum. read more

Horrible customer service!!. My first time ever trying this place thinking it was going to be good but no. $18 for 3 drinks that taste like absolute I am not kidding. I asked if I can maybe exchange the drink or get my money back she said "no", and was being very rude I asked for my receipt she said no she threw it away already, she didn't want to give a name she kept saying come back in the morning, never returning again. I hope whoever is in charge of this business fires this young lady and teaches they're employees how to treat customers and a positive attitude employee when speaking to a customer. read more

Pretty good not gonna lie. The guys who helped us were really nice even though we were there at 3 am. The price was awesome, didn't know but I guess a bakers dozen is 14 donuts here. I'd come back for the vibes and also to try their drinks. read more

I went for donut holes and they were out of the plain but had a dozen decorated donut holes. I asked her when they were made, she said yesterday. Whatever, should be fine. I'm so sorry to announce that was FALSE and these donuts holes are in fact DISGUSTING! How can you sell such stale bad products when you are so busy? Do not get anything pre-packed...you will be deceived!!! But two stars for my favorite lemon filled donut ever! Sorry you can't sell old food!!! read more

Love this donut shop you can get your fix on 247. Thanks for providing excellent food and pastries to the community. God bless"

To bad, place used to be pretty good. I came in 03/19/2023 @5:31 an asked for a croissant ham an cheese cold. The kid with a little mustache standing there doing nothing looks at me an says, sorry we can't make that until after 6am. Weird because there are signs all over stating they are available all the time all day. Sucks because there's a lady in the front with zero customers an two guys on the back kinda casual talking not doing anything. Really guys? Three employees an not one could be botherd with a cold sandwich? Alll the donuts were even out to. Lazy service just lost this customer read more

I'm super good on this place. Refuse to sell fresh donuts til "they're allowed to sell them" it's 2am just sell me the fresh donut why you gotta be difficult read more

Maybe I'm just picky but I like soft fluffy pillow doughnuts that doesn't taste greasy. I ordered a variety of donuts including Cherry filled, lemon, curd filled, chocolate dipped, plain and so forth. They have a large variety of different flavor profiles but again, they are a bit on the stiff side. I believe if more places became available to consumers that had delicious donuts, this place would go out of business. Somehow I wish there was a Krispy Kreme that would open up in the area. On the plus side of this donut shop, the cashiers are helpful, patient and the store is on a good street making it easy to drop in and pick stuff up. I call this place Yuck-Yucks.. maybe I'm just a tough food critic. Or it could be that since I'm a certified pastry chef - I know quality and this place isn't it. read more

Our family has been eating Yum Yum's for a few decades. This is the best donut shop in Merced. If your from the east and used to eating at Dunkin, you'll find that this shop has donuts just as exquisite and well prepared however, they are larger and less costly. Even donuts that normally we would find boring such as the Coffee Cake Donut or the regular Glazed Donut are delicious because of the effort and care given to creating each one. They have over sized bear claws and fancy assorted types. This shop also offers many drink and food options such as breakfast sandwiches. Despite having unusual hours (as most donut shops do) there are always multiple people on staff and the staff is delightful. I believe this is a family owned establishment. There are several small and clean tables for relaxing and eating. While the guest area is donut shop themed, it is still rather comfortable and bright. read more

Handled pandemic poorly. Mandatory mask or they refuse service. They lack sanitation station; no mask, hand sanitizer, or cleaning commonly used areas between customers. Customers required to wear face mask but employees not required to wear hair net. As a result, I've found hair in my donuts. The lady pinched all the donuts so hard, her finger made holes into every donut we bought. read more

Yum Yum Donuts - Yesterday was National Donuts day - Donuts Near Me - Merced, California

How could anyone not like donuts, especially a place like this where they make all their donuts fresh daily and always stock a variety of at least 36 different flavors. No matter what your preference is, they got you covered, if you like donut holes or bear claws or classic round with sprinkles, you can get them here for cheap. They also make a small variety of sandwiches that are made to order any time of the day, as they are one of the few places around that are 24/7. Come on in and satisy your sweet tooth whenever you need or visit late night to soak up some heavy boozing, no matter what your reason for coming here, you won't be disappointed. read more

Great donuts, fresh and fluffy . And always have a great selection. Sandwiches are also good.

Came here on national donut day. I haven't been here in years and was reminded why. If you're looking for stale, greasy, and overly sweet flavorless donuts than this is the place for you. These donuts are not soft and airy and certainly not fresh. You could taste the fryer grease was in need of a changing. They at least had a variety of donuts to choose from but they just were not good. read more

I've never heard of a donut shop that's open for 24 hours until Yum Yum Donuts.... and of all the places... in Merced! Whack! I had a hankering for a donut during physiology class so decided to Yelp donuts and found this. Went in there and got so speechless cause there's so much to choose from and I didn't really have a specific craving for anything specific; I just wanted donuts! I was so overwhelmed that I just went for the very first thing my eyes saw --- the mini donuts and this long-looking "donut" that's apparently filled with apples and it all cost me $3 (not bad at all). Took it home, devoured it, enjoyed it, and filled me up to the max. I really really loved that apple "donut" thing; reminded me of apple pie,,,sigh...hmm.... definitely coming back to try other flavors, and maybe next time I shall try the strawberry "donut" long-looking thing. FYI: Basically, that long-looking thing I'm talking about looks like a long donut, covered with cinnamon and sugar; when you see it, it looks dense but when you taste it, it's the opposite; they have strawberry flavor as well, except it's glazed. read more
