We ordered almost every single variation of the custom teriyaki Spam musubi, and every single one was so well made and packed with so much flavor (my favorite was the tamago musubi). The musubis were packaged well and honestly were reminiscent of the musubi cafes you'd find in Hawaii, which is exactly what we were searching for. They only do takeout for now and Leonard the owner brings out the orders to your car himself. He was super friendly and welcoming, and I got a chance to hear about his vision for Musubi Libre and I am even more of a fan because of it. The iced matcha was really good, we both liked that it wasn't too sweet. Same with my s'mores latte, it wasn't too sweet and I could still enjoy the coffee taste. My avocado toast was perfect! They put just the right amount of shredded bacon and the egg on top was perfectly runny as well. Next time I need to remember to add the Chili Oil for $1! The inside seating area is small and cozy.
