Walking up to the line at Wetzel's Pretzels, the employee taking our order was noticeably unfriendly, which immediately set a negative tone. I can't really speak to the cleanliness of the place since I was focused on my kids, but what I can comment on was disappointing. The pretzels were cold and far from fresh, which is the whole point of going to a pretzel shop. The salted ones are good with cheese as well. Just cost abit extra for cheese. They have plain, salted, cinnamon, pepperoni, jalapeño & even hot dog bites. So many flavors to choose from. I was starving when we got to the mall and Wetzels is right at the entrance by Chompies and convenient. Wetzels has basically the same thing as Auntie Anne's, which is up on the second floor. Auntie Anne's is my favorite and we don't have Wetzels where I live across the country. I got a plain salted. While huge (sharing size,) I was disappointed the flavor wasn't the same as Auntie Anne's. No buttery glazed deliciousness, but more just straight up doughy with a minor salt taste (not that much salt on it.) They seem to have the same menu as Auntie Anne's: plain, salted, cheesy, jalapeño, cinnamon sugar, almond, Parmesan, and pepperoni. I wanted to try the cheese pretzel, but the wait was 20 minutes. My niece and nephew got the pretzel bites to share as there's plenty in the bag. They also offer hot dog pretzels, dips, lemonades and frozen drinks. On their website you can order pickup and skip the line or get delivery, however I didn't see the mall as a location as an option. read more

Yummy pretzels! These are the best I have ever had for pretzels. Not too salty, but not too bland - they are fresh and soft and rich in flavor. This is the perfect place for a snack at the mall, especially if you like salty snacks. The people are always kind and get the food ready ASAP. Never have I thought that I would be writing a review for a pretzel stand in the mall. But here I am. My son loves wetzels pretzels, it's one of his favorite things ever. He even draws the chef. We do order them a lot for him, today was his "pretzel day" and I ordered them for him through Uber. First driver said they were delivered, they never showed up. Not wetzels fault. Uber refunded told me to order again, ordered again, driver picked them up, then cancelled the order. Again not wetzels fault. Uber again refunded and told me to order again. So I did. This time the driver cancelled before she even got to the store. Ok. Again this time the charge was cancelled. Ordered for a 4th time got a new driver who was awesome but he let me know they wouldn't give him the order because the were losing money on it. Ok well that's something to take up with Uber, not me. So I call the store and she says her manager is telling me to order through doordash. Nope. I have the order already ordered and the driver right there. Still wouldn't give me the order I paid for. They need to hire new people. The only one who didn't catch attitude was the lady making the pretzels. The cashier rolled his eyes and dropped his hands and huff and puffed because I asked for the garlic part of my garlic Parmesan pretzel bites since they only put Parmesan on it. I go to Wetzel Pretzel all the the time and I have a punch card where you have to buy a certain amount of pretzels then you get a free one. I had all of them punched and went to claim my free pretzel. When I gave the cashier my punchcard, she looked at me and said we don't do punchcards anymore I can't take this. They serve cold food in the middle of the day they snatch it back when you complain the throw in the trash they don't apologize they dismiss you. There were a lot in there and they were big! Very soft and yummy. Ran out of cheese sauce before they were gone. I also tried a couple of the new Wetzel Dog Bites that my boyfriend ordered.
