Ice cream is good for the soul, magnificent for the tastebuds and horrible for the gut. If you want all of these things or 2/3 then cold stone is the place to be! Cold Stone Creamery has a base of about 8 solid flavors including rich chocolate, mint, sweet cream, peanut butter, coffee, vanilla, strawberry etc. These vase flavors are exceptionally made; when I say exceptional I mean they stand alone as amazing quality ice cream. Once you select your base flavor you then select whatever mix ins you desire. As a woman my mood changes and my mix ins do as well haha . Some days I like chocolate with chocolate chips and fudge and other days I want sweet cream with berries and Heath, or maybe mint with Oreos or graham crackers. Whatever cravings you have Cold Stones for you covered. The store itself is clean, small, efficient and has what you desire for a wonderful tasty treat. The staff are very friendly, competent and quickly get the ice cream mixed up and ready to go. The only negative I have is that the ice cream is pretty pricey. I suppose it's high quality and they have to account for the product they put out plus the staff that makes the delicious creations, so maybe the cost is reasonable; though reasonable or not it is so yummy that it doesn't matter. If you don't have time or need more than just a cone grab a to go quart or an ice cream cake, I'm sure they are perfect for an event or a late night indulgence. Whatever flavors you desire Cold Stone can meet your needs and satisfy those cravings! read more

Went in to get a "mine" size ice cream and wanted a waffle sprinkle bowl on the side. I drove home and went to eat the waffle bowl. It is super stale and hard. The chocolate was not even brown all around. It was white in spots. If I go to Cold Stone, I go to another location and never have this issue. Doesn't seem like the old waffle bowls/cones are being thrown out if no one buys them because the staff/workers don't want to have to make more each day. Very disappointed. Will not be going back. read more

I love this location!! My new favorite is coffee with chocolate chips and roasted almonds!!!

Overall a very good milkshake served by a friendly and pleasant staff. The only complaint I have is cost. The same "love it" milkshake I paid $8.99 for would cost $5.69 in Provo. The owner must have high overhead. I prefer the new Handels which is a few blocks away. The milkshakes there are just as good and they are cheaper. The downside is Handels often has a long line. read more

We have been to this cold stone sooo many times. The ice cream is always amazing. And we obviously keep coming back. It is our go to place for anytime we are celebrating or need a pick me. We will definitely be back. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - The awesome display - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

I tell myself everyone I visit Coldstone that maybe I'll like it this time. I went in looking for a great because I saw they had a Rocky Mountain Chocolate attached. Once inside though it's only a small selection not two separate stores. The ice cream seemed expensive and too much for me so I unfortunately left empty handed. Service was ok. Busy but still had someone say hello. read more

Customer service was excellent, above and beyond on my special order tonight! Many thanks for the sweet service

Yummy yummy ice cream, I love anything with brownies & cookie dough so when I come I always get that. Thanks

I ordered two packs of the ice cream cupcakes online. My husband picked them up, so he didn't really look at them or know what to expect. When he brought them home and I opened them it looked like they were leftover from Christmas. The 6 pack is supposed to have 2 that are pink frosted with rainbow sprinkles. Well, one of the 6 packs had two bright pink frosted with red and green sprinkles and the other 6 pack included two red frosted with red and green sprinkles. Not like the description online or like the picture. Was a little disappointed since this was for a birthday party and looked a little weird with pink and Christmas colored cupcakes. Also, the red really stains hands. They tasted good at least! read more

Note that you can get a 10% discount just by checking in via your phone. Although there was a good amount of flavors, there wasn't really much that caught my eye. I got myself a take home 48oz. They allowed me to put two flavors in there so I chose chocolate and cotton candy. The chocolate wasn't that much better than what you can get at a grocery store. The cotton candy flavor was average. This cost me $20 and note that these tend to go for $5 at a grocery store. read more

I honestly haven't been to a cold stone in YEARS and I have to say that I was so impressed with the two young ladies that helped me and my mom! Young teens nowadays tend to not have the best bedside manner and I was so pleased with the service and the kindness we received. I just had to share and give huge kudos to them and I wish I would have gotten their names! Thanks for making our night and helping us create some yummy ice creams read more

Found the check in special to save 10% on your purchase. What better reason than to come get a sweet treat and try to hold on to summer just a little while longer. This location was clean, welcoming, and cozy. I chose a "Like It" of the Founders Favorite in a waffle cone and the Future Hubby got a "Love It" of Mint Chocolate Chip in a cup. When we approached the register to check in he showed the shift leader the offer and she said at this particular franchise they don't accept any coupons unless they are directly mailed out from them. We tried to explain the concept but she said that if she honored it she'd "get in big trouble" with her boss. Since it was only 10% percent we didn't make a fuss and went ahead and purchased our desserts. When I took a bite out of my ice cream cone it was so stale! It tasted like it had been sitting there for years. What a disappointment. If the customer isn't always right, at the least the product and service should be. Not impressed. read more

One star for not honoring the yelp coupon or knowing anything about it as I stood there like an idiot holding my phone.

My family and I get ice cream here quite a bit. This happens to be the first time that we have been to this shop since we just moved near it. My kids always enjoy the cotton candy ice cream with chocolate chips. If my wife and I are not in the mood for ice cream, this location also has a Rocky Mountain chocolate shop built in so we can get some chocolate. Ice cream was gone so quick today that I forgot to take pictures! read more

I just went to this place , we are regular customers, my husband always buy the ice cream on this place, this time I have to do it and decide to buy only two scoops for my twins and share because always is too much for them. when the manager? gave me the cup was not the same amount like her employees does, I said normally my husband buy this but this is not the same amount. she said that's the correct`portion and everybody should follow it. I was so confuse. first time and last time buying there.NOT HAPPY BEEN THERE! read more

Extremely courteous staff at this location. Walker was helpful, professional, and made the best Oreo overload I've ever had. I will definitely be back! read more

Staff was nice. But the size of the scoops were the tiniest of any Coldstone I had ever been to. Ordered for both my daughters. The amount is fine, as long as the price reflects it. Paid almost $7 for the equivalent of 6 tablespoons of ice cream. Going to Baskin Robbins next time! read more

Hello! If you're reading this, I hope you're having an amazing day! If you want to have an even more amazing day then please go to this location! I wish i could've given a better review and what i rated was just because i love ice cream! First off as we entered on Sunday night and not one person even greeted us. The employee Taytum that started to help was very rude and didn't even try to show us at least a smile. When it was finally time to pay she just said "sign here." Literally not even a can you sign here please, no have a good night or enjoy nothing. It really is displeasing especially knowing that was our first time going there. I understand that it was around 8:15 and closing was at 9 but to be treated like if we were nothing and not even get a smile is very disappointing especially cause my daughter was so excited about going to get ice cream read more

Asked for a waffle cone and got a cup instead. No big deal, but the vibes looked good today and the cup was actually stale.

Love this place! Mostly for the Rocky Mountain Chocolate part of the store. The apple pie covered apples are to die for. They are so friendly and give us fast service when we come here. read more

We've been to several different locations. My daughter has a peanut allergy and usually they use ice cream from the back to avoid contamination. They make our orders in a clean bowl rather than on the counter and are pleasant. But here, we were told that they could not do this. Apparently the only ice cream they have is in the containers up front. So we left without our three orders. I won't force you to take my money, but with this kind of service II'm happy to take it elsewhere. read more

I love the ice cream here, especially the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip. Just went in yesterday night, amazing experience.

Hadn't been to Coldstone in a while, was in the area and saw the 10% check-in offer so figured let's give it a try. Ordered a mint chocolate "LOVE IT" size and the lady ordered a Founders Favorite waffle cone. All well until we got to the cashier who told us they don't accept any coupons at all unless they are sent from them directly. She said if she honored the redemption her boss would be very upset at her. Needless to say, I paid for my order as it wasn't completely her fault as these were orders sent from above, but very disappointing end to what I thought would be would be a great visit. If you're looking to redeem go elsewhere. read more

I took my 2 year old to get some ice cream. He's allergic to milk so we always get him the dairy free ice cream. Today they didnt have any dairy free options. How can they run out of the only dairyfree ice cream they have and have no other options. Needless to say my son was so sad. read more

You have to try the cake batter batter batter. My wife and I shared one after lunch and we were both like wow. It tastes like cake batter and like my wife said without the eggs. The service was great and they made it fast. A nice treat on a hot day. read more

My husband and I have to get something small here when we come because their ice cream is so rich it's too much to have anything bigger than that. I love that they offer bones for the dogs and candy for the kids. (And adults) their candy apples are amazing! read more

What can you say, best ice cream close to my home & always consistently good. This location is great also because it's a rocky mountain chocolate too, which means you can get all your sugar in one location, ha ha. It's clean & service is always great too, what else can I say....its good. read more

Such terrible service it was ridiculous.i was the only one in line and I waited for a good 3-4 minutes and was never greeted. And then was asked what do you want very rudely. Very bad service. Would never come here again. I had ordered the strawberry lemonade sorbet with gummy bears and the girls in there must not even had cleaned the slab off because I found peanuts in my sorbet. Thankfully I dont have a peanut allergy because I could of suffocated if I did. Today is Sunday July 16th of 2017. And the girls closing tonight should be fired for such crap service. read more

Why do people like this place? The ice cream here is horrible, the absolute worst I've ever had. Goopy, odd texture. Honestly, it's not even like ice cream. Stale chewy cone too. And yet, people happily shell out $7 for this crap. I don't get it. Next time, I'll head to Baskin Robbins. Nothing fancy but at least the ice cream looks and tastes like ice cream. read more

Update: just tried coming to cold stone AGAIN and was given terrible customer service. I was trying to decide what signature I wanted and was being rushed by the lady working the stand at 3:45 today. I walked out, because I refuse to spend my money at this location. Terrible service, terrible employees. I work at a cold stone and this cold stone was terrible! The manager working right now at 4:32 PM was so rude to me! I asked for 2 different flavors side by side and to have pecans mixed in one flavor and Reese's in the other and I got the most attitude! At my location, I do these kinds of orders all of the time. The manager told me my order would take too long to make? Okay well I am PAYING for this ice cream so I EXPECT people to make my order CORRECTLY. Also, after having this little argument with the manager, I was served ice cream with NO mix-Ins. I don't want to be charged $6 for ice cream when it's not even made correctly, and when the customer service was shit. read more

Excellent ice cream. The varieties of flavors are unique and there are plenty to choose from. We usually take the ice cream to go and put the waffle bowls in a separate bag. The waffle bowls are always fresh. We've been to other ice cream establishments where the waffle bowls were stale or chewy. The parking at this location can be difficult on the weekends. This just wasn't planned well. But that's not the fault of Cold Stone. There always seems to be a few people inside but the line moves along pretty quick. The price is a little high but it's worth it. I highly recommend this ice cream. Best ice cream in the valley!! read more
