Easy access in an out of storage and are open to a late enough hour that if you need to do something last second you can get in. May not have my stuff in there long, but whenever I need storage in the future I will come here first. The 5x10 unit is a great price at $84 a month. The total cost for opening the storage was way below other storage places.

The reasons are 1) the staff are competent and friendly , 2) the place has proven secure and 3) by far the most important , they don't play the extortionist storage-u it game where they attract you with a super low rate and then proceed to inflate the monthly fee aggressively. The corporate giants - (you know who they are , I'm sure ...) will have you paying three times your rate within two years or less. This facility does not do that. I don't think my rate changed significantly in the entire time I was here.

Thank goodness most my stuff was in plastic totes bc after 2 weeks the unit was covered in mouse poop! I had a new pink dog bed they did pull the stuffing out of and found mouse droppings on the lids of all the totes. The owner acted like she disclosed this, which she did not. If we knew there was a rodent problem we would have never rented a unit. She said well it's in the paperwork you signed and most storage places have these issues. Idk but I've rented units from 2 other places and never found mouse poop. I would not recommend this place at all. I am also paying for the month even thought we emptied it out, I would give zero stars but that's not an option.

FURIOUS -- moved out my items from three different storage units and swept them clean as told to do…read moreby the staff when I first rented them. Was told no need for 30-day notice, to just clean out the unit and remove the lock and leave the door open -- I also have this in print from the storage facility. I did this with plenty of time to spare before the charge date on each unit. I was not charged for two of the units for the month of May -- which tells me they knew I had moved out in an appropriate and timely manner. However, I was charged a fee of $27.50 with no phone call or explanation. Here we are in June, and the units has been empty for two weeks -- cleaned out and no lock -- door open AS INSTRUCTED. My account was charged the regular unit fee on -- not one -- BUT TWO units THAT HAVE BEEN EMPTY FOR TWO WEEKS AND CLEANED OUT AND LOCKS REMOVED AS INSTRUCTED. I have made two phone calls now. One yesterday and left a voice mail to please refund the $27.50 charge that was inappropriate as well as the $70 charge for the month of June. Today, there is a second unit charge for another $70 for a second unit. ANOTHER PHONE CALL AND MESSAGE.......LIVID!!!! ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY!!!!!!

I'm 38 weeks pregnant they had me waiting outside the location for over 30 minutes to give me a call back when I told them I was already on my way up there, no one told me that the office was closed and I explained to them I needed the storage cause I had to move stuff out of the place I'm staying so that I can have room for my child. They barley gave me a call back NOW May 28th, 2020 at 2:40pm asking if I still wanted the storage. Horrible customer service I'll never even attempt to rent from them again.
