She came flying through the parking lot in her car almost hits me. Screaming and yelling at me to move my van off of her property because I've been there all morning. Umm no I wasn't. I got here at nine for my pick up and had no service to use the app. So I've been sitting here waiting for it to slowly load. She goes I have cameras, okay well run it back it will show you me pulling it at 9 am. Now there was another suv sitting there when we pulled in. I did leave to get service so I can get the code to the lock box to get the key out. I clearly had the key in my hand. They will not receive any more of my money as well as to anyone I know. I did file a complaint with RPD contacted U-Haul. Lane is who is the field manager for in town stores for U-Haul they were really helpful.

Apparently, they sold their business to some other outfit DBA 'Cottonwood Mini Storage' that opens their suddenly new business relationship with me by threatening me with legal action and charging me $15 for a 'pre-lien' charge because my long time 'auto pay' account rejected their business name change a few weeks ago. No gate open. Then he moved and we tried ours....1000 times. No Good. No Gate open! Tried the self serve computer. No good. Finally pushed the call manager button hoping to get SOMEONE alive on the call back phone........nope. The line goes directly into the office that is CLOSED after hours. What a poor way to service your customers. At least the last ditch effort of hitting that "call manager" button should wake some sorry sucker up some where in town and make him get his butt out of bed and down to open the gate himself.

I'm in paramedic school most of the week, for 10 hours at a time. On my way home I noticed 3 missed calls from Tarmac Storage with no voicemail. I get home around 8:30 pm, and I noticed 3 more missed calls from Tarmac. I return the phone call, and begin speaking with Elaine. Elaine proceeds to tell me that my trailer must be moved at once because they have a tenant who allegedly is unable to park his RV due to our trailer being beyond our space lines and inside his space. This is patently false because we always take the time to ensure we park within our space to avoid situations like this. I explain to Elaine how this phone call is highly unprofessional and irregular since it is well past business hours and asked why it couldn't wait until the morning. She declined to answer and again insisted that we move our trailer. I told her we would not be able to address the issue tonight or most likely wouldn't be able to tomorrow as we have other commitments in place. Elaine again insisted that we come out to move the trailer. My wife got on the line with her and told her everything I did. Elaine countered that we were wrong and that the trailer has been inside the neighboring space for a few weeks now and she saw it herself today. My wife apologized and told her that we won't be able to come out tonight and we may not be able to make it out tomorrow either, but that we'd make it out as soon as we could. Elaine rudely started interrupting my wife and wouldn't let her finish speaking. Elaine then threatened to charge us the additional cost of renting another space and said we'd "be okay with it". My wife said no, we're not okay paying for an additional space we weren't using. Elaine continued to mock and interrupt and then hung up on my wife while she was telling Elaine we'd come as soon as we were able to. We've got no issues moving our trailer if we were over the line, but we were not. I just can't comprehend why at 8:30 pm I get called three times, and then threatened with fines for not dropping everything in my life to address a non-emergency after hours when we can't even get inside the gate that closes promptly at 8:00. I don't appreciate being threatened by a business my wife and have happily used for nearly a decade over something that is clearly not an emergency.
