Jerry is SO caring and even comes by with water to make sure you are hydrated. Once, i suffered heat stroke there, shame on me for not properly caring for myself. Needing to rent a unit for myself it was without question where my first place to check. Prices for the units are very reasonable but most of all SO clean!! I felt like the building must have just been built, everything looked so new! All of the driveways are sloped into the middle to prevent as much as they can from water getting in the unit which was a huge plus for me as well as a coded entry (Huge safety plus!) Also not to mention the owners were beyond friendly and they actually live on the premises so they can always keep an eye out of the units which again A++ for me! The reasons are 1) the staff are competent and friendly , 2) the place has proven secure and 3) by far the most important , they don't play the extortionist storage-u it game where they attract you with a super low rate and then proceed to inflate the monthly fee aggressively. The corporate giants - (you know who they are , I'm sure ...) will have you paying three times your rate within two years or less. This facility does not do that. I don't think my rate changed significantly in the entire time I was here.

Thank goodness most my stuff was in plastic totes bc after 2 weeks the unit was covered in mouse poop! I had a new pink dog bed they did pull the stuffing out of and found mouse droppings on the lids of all the totes. The owner acted like she disclosed this, which she did not. If we knew there was a rodent problem we would have never rented a unit. She said well it's in the paperwork you signed and most storage places have these issues. Idk but I've rented units from 2 other places and never found mouse poop. I would not recommend this place at all. I am also paying for the month even thought we emptied it out, I would give zero stars but that's not an option.

Was told no need for 30-day notice, to just clean out the unit and remove the lock and leave the door open -- I also have this in print from the storage facility. I did this with plenty of time to spare before the charge date on each unit. I was not charged for two of the units for the month of May -- which tells me they knew I had moved out in an appropriate and timely manner. However, I was charged a fee of $27.50 with no phone call or explanation. Here we are in June, and the units has been empty for two weeks -- cleaned out and no lock -- door open AS INSTRUCTED. My account was charged the regular unit fee on -- not one -- BUT TWO units THAT HAVE BEEN EMPTY FOR TWO WEEKS AND CLEANED OUT AND LOCKS REMOVED AS INSTRUCTED. I have made two phone calls now. One yesterday and left a voice mail to please refund the $27.50 charge that was inappropriate as well as the $70 charge for the month of June. Today, there is a second unit charge for another $70 for a second unit. ANOTHER PHONE CALL AND MESSAGE.......LIVID!!!! ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY!!!!!!
