I've been using Seven Hills Self Storage in Redding for half a year now and must say that the resident manager Kathy is the nicest person I ever met in my life. She is very service-oriented. I couldn't be happier with the place. Everything is clean and orderly and the Kathy is super courteous and goes out of her way to help out whenever possible. I moved in the middle of the month and she moved me in for $4.99 for that month and I paid for the next month and she gave me the following month free. She said they will run this special for this whole year. I would strongly suggest go to this place for just Kathy. I know that all self storages are same but here you get to deal with a special person and she will make your day just with her smile and the way she talks to you. read more

We highly recommend Seven Hills and are thankful we used their facility. Five years ago, we moved our belongings from multiple 10x20 units, at another facility, located across the street from Seven Hills, into a large 14x48 foot unit. It is located in a safe and quite part of Redding. Seven Hills storage units themselves are nice. The facility has an electronic gate with keypad coded access and video cameras. The management team is a married couple that is second to none, and they live on the premises, which is extra security. They keep it clean, they are friendly and keep accurate records and they can deal with any issues that may come up, usually on the phone. We had no major issues in five years, only smiles. My name is Tiffany and I had a storage unit at this business for a couple of years. I just want to say that I like the way that they are camera protected as well as having the security gate. The late hours were very helpful as well, as I work various shifts and I could get to my unit most always. Also, I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. There were a couple of times when I was having a tough time and they were willing to work with me on payments for my unit. I've been renting here for a long time and have had the best experience with them! They have a very friendly on-site manager and the security is outstanding!! The gate access is open 7 days a week (a real plus for me) and they are even open on Sundays! I just recently rented a second unit and got my second full month for free.
