I have been using this storage unit for a year now, and I have to say I got a great deal on it. My…read moreunit was about 20-40$ cheaper/month on average here than any other unit of the same size in the surrounding Redding area, and I called around a bunch. I felt the area was pretty safe and I would recommend them to anyone needing some storage space.

Unprofessional, deceptive behavior, and zero communication--avoid this crew!…read moreRating: 1/5 Stars I had an incredibly frustrating and bizarre experience with this company during a Costco delivery. They showed up two hours late with absolutely no heads-up or communication. When they finally arrived, my husband went outside to greet them. The movers asked if he had an old fridge to dispose of, and he said yes. He walked inside the house for just a moment to get things ready, and when he walked back out, the crew had backed out of our cul-de-sac and completely abandoned the job without saying a word. When my husband called their office to ask why they left, the representative literally hung up on him and refused to give any explanation. We later found out they lied to Costco and claimed they "felt unsafe" just to cover up the fact that they arbitrarily drove off. A completely unprofessional crew and dishonest management. Avoid them if you want your items actually delivered.

I attempted to be a customer here about two weeks ago. Probably the worst services I experienced in…read morea long time. I called in to see if they had any units available. The lady on the phone tells me they have two, I'm like great can I reserve one, I will be there after work (few hrs from then). They said sure, took my name and quoted me the price. I get there after work and the lady at the front desk tells me, they actually didn't have any units available and it was a "clerical error" and she wished she could have called me back, but did not have my number. I'm like well... OK mistakes happen, can you call me when one comes available. The next morning, I received a call from the same lady saying "hey a unit will be available within the hour, someone is moving out." I'm like OK great I will be down this afternoon. About two hrs later I received another call saying the unit was ready but the front desk would be closing soon, leaving no time for me to actually get there. Funny thing, I was quite honestly awaiting a call saying the unit wasn't available and some excuse, but that came the next morning. A different woman called me, the next morning, to say the unit was not available and that it was a "clerical error" because the tenant had paid for the whole month and she had not moved out(wait what?). Than she offered to put me on the list should a unit comes available. Umm NO Thank you! It was very disappointing considering their high reviews. This could have been a clerical error or something else not uncommon to this area. Either way, it was very UNPROFESSIONAL. I couldn't trust my belongings with someone who couldn't keep track of their units. We surely took our business elsewhere.
