Jerry is SO caring and even comes by with water to make sure you are hydrated. Once, i suffered heat stroke there, shame on me for not properly caring for myself. Was told no need for 30-day notice, to just clean out the unit and remove the lock and leave the door open -- I also have this in print from the storage facility. I did this with plenty of time to spare before the charge date on each unit. I was not charged for two of the units for the month of May -- which tells me they knew I had moved out in an appropriate and timely manner. However, I was charged a fee of $27.50 with no phone call or explanation. Here we are in June, and the units has been empty for two weeks -- cleaned out and no lock -- door open AS INSTRUCTED. My account was charged the regular unit fee on -- not one -- BUT TWO units THAT HAVE BEEN EMPTY FOR TWO WEEKS AND CLEANED OUT AND LOCKS REMOVED AS INSTRUCTED. I have made two phone calls now. One yesterday and left a voice mail to please refund the $27.50 charge that was inappropriate as well as the $70 charge for the month of June. Today, there is a second unit charge for another $70 for a second unit. ANOTHER PHONE CALL AND MESSAGE.......LIVID!!!! ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY!!!!!!

The place is always clean and it took us about 20 trips in 3 months to move everything in so we were able to get a full idea of how the place runs. I was welcomed on the phone to stop by and he'd have one ready, in the size that I needed, to show and get an account set up. The on-sight manager, Doug I believe, was kind, and efficient, and really listened to my needs and made the entire process for me so easy. When I needed to empty my storage and close my account, he was again, kind and helpful and let me know what I needed to do in order to move out successfully. Never did I feel unsafe at this property and it was clean and on-sight manager was on top of his stuff. Thank you so much for being there and having everything ready when I arrived!! Needing to rent a unit for myself it was without question where my first place to check. Prices for the units are very reasonable but most of all SO clean!! I felt like the building must have just been built, everything looked so new! All of the driveways are sloped into the middle to prevent as much as they can from water getting in the unit which was a huge plus for me as well as a coded entry (Huge safety plus!) Also not to mention the owners were beyond friendly and they actually live on the premises so they can always keep an eye out of the units which again A++ for me! Safe, secure, clean and locally owned. Support local business and this is a family you should support!

They offer boat retrieval twice a year. Here we are 5 months later to pick up the boat for scheduled upgrades in Redding. Here's where it got really sketchy. After having Flightline pull it out of storage with their towing tractor without any problems we thanked them and hitched it up and left. About 5 hours later as we are driving the 630 miles home we get a call telling us we cannot bring it back suddenly ending the contract. It was no longer going to be allowed into the 50' storage that I had prepaid a year in advance. The storage designed for boats by lake Shasta. I am extremely disappointed in their weak excuses and do not recommend them to anyone. This is not how to operate a business. Why have 50' boat storage if it scares you to move a 32' boat. By the way the tug is rated to 15000 lbs. Our boat is 8000. lbs Now our boat is homeless with no other availability in the vacinity. Damn you Flightline!

I had rented one of the rv units (14x48x16ft) over 3 years ago and had a 2nd story built into it…read morethat was 14x20x8My it was full of my grandmothers antiques,, a jetski, brand new tools, my and my daughter's entire life.the unit was illegally taken by the storage facility and the facility supossedly bought my unit during a phony auction.. im not the only one that who's unit was auctioned that day. I  have iron clad evidence they did not follow ca self storage law with any of the 32 units they "auctioned" that day. My unit was over $80,000 in value. They did not send legal proper notice to me,changed the spelling of my name in the newspaper article so i could not find my unit even if i searched for it, did not file liens w dmv for either of the vehicles/marine items required by law to be registered and liens placed on them w dmv, and also emailed me a cut lock notice and advised I had 25 days to pay. This email was sent out more than 36 hrs AFTER they "auctioned" my unit. I have all the evidence and verifiable proof. The person. Handling the office and all dealing gs w my account for the last 4 months was Tucker Shultz. He somehow was also the one on facility video going into my unit before legally allowed by law, he changed the spelling of my name, he put my unit on an online only auction that doesn't even require the business to be legit to list an auction, oh thats right he and the facility bought my unit for 200 bucks and him and his girlfriend were selling all my things on marketplace. When I found out he lied and said he did not have a girlfriend, they weren't the ones selling my things, they blocked me and said it had all been donated to goodwill. Long story, they r going to b answering for this in court.
