Unprofessional, deceptive behavior, and zero communication--avoid this crew! Rating: 1/5 Stars I had an incredibly frustrating and bizarre experience with this company during a Costco delivery. They showed up two hours late with absolutely no heads-up or communication. When they finally arrived, my husband went outside to greet them. The movers asked if he had an old fridge to dispose of, and he said yes. He walked inside the house for just a moment to get things ready, and when he walked back out, the crew had backed out of our cul-de-sac and completely abandoned the job without saying a word. When my husband called their office to ask why they left, the representative literally hung up on him and refused to give any explanation. We later found out they lied to Costco and claimed they "felt unsafe" just to cover up the fact that they arbitrarily drove off. A completely unprofessional crew and dishonest management. Avoid them if you want your items actually delivered. read more

They did an astounding job with my move! All the men were absolutely so extra helpful with things, and I will never use another moving company because these guys really spoiled me. They worked late into the evening to finish, and I just can't put words to the amazing jib they did! read more

The move was flawless, which was amazing because it poured down rain the entire 3 hours. (Estimates were 1-1.5 inches of rain in those 3 hours.) The guys were drenched but didn't slow down or complain at all. My shoes were slipping on the wet tile but their shoes/boots had better traction so they were steady as they moved the heavy furniture. Nothing was broken, dented or scratched. Or ruined from the rain. I was happy that they used moving blankets instead of plastic wrap which would have ended up in the landfill. I appreciate their hard work & outstanding attitude. On a scale of 1-10 they are 100. read more

15 minutes ago Justin is the owner. His employees moved my things into storage last month on May 3, 2023. I called and spoke with Justin and he told me he would pay for the damages that were deducted from my deposit. I called him again a week later and told him the amount and sent him photos. He said the check is in the mail. I never received it. I called again 2 weeks ago and left a message with the receptionist and she said he'd call me back. 3 days went by, he never called. So again, I called and spoke with Justin, the owner, and one again.... THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL. Never came. Wrong address, nope. The receptionist AGAIN said she would give him a message. Sure, I'm sure he's going to call me right back (huge eye roll). I am guessing he just doesn't want to pay me for the damages even though he charged a fortune. He even charges you for the movers to fold the blankets they used. Move a little bit slower guys! When I called today the RECEPTIONIST REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE OFFICE MANAGERS NAME. I am posting his email stating they were charging too much money even though he charged a fortune. One of the guys were new and hardly did anything. I am also posting pictures of the damages. read more

In Sept 2023 I requested moving a few larger items that I wasn't able to move myself. The receptionist needed an itemized list, so I gave her a rundown of some of the larger things I needed moved: lapidary grinding wheels on a stand -very heavy, 1/2 of a sectional couch, 2 mattresses-full amd queen with Temperpedic frame/electrical, a 55" TV from my bedroom, a large dresser, and at the last moment I told her "I almost forgot and the reason I needed you- front loading washer and dryer and very large Samsung refridgerator. So, they didn't take the 1/2 sectional. I was given a window between 12-2pm. They arrived shortly after 2pm. We also ordered a dumptruck. I was given a discount from $2hundred something to $160. The driver would help me dump unwanted junk. I was told they couldn't just leave the dumpster there so i could dump my crap in an alotted time. The guy was there to help me dump the stuff. The dump was equivalent to 8 dump loads. I gave them a $376 deposit. The dumptruck guy got there nearly an hour late after the movers. I had him dump broken down cardboard boxes, and a coup of medium sized boxes with trash from garage. Also, some small lumber 2"x4"-not much and other small junk items id put at fence to take to dump. My son brought out a small chair with an ottoman. He said he didnt have enough room. I asked if it was broken down, could it be taken. Then i noticed he took all my large heavy duty boxes i got from uhaul that were along side the fence, whichbi told him only take the broken down flattened boxes. I had him take them from the truck and put them back. I didnt notice he took the TV boxes which id saved from my purchase of TVs. I needed to put my 65" livingroom tv in the larger box. I caught them taking my 55"tv to truck in no box only wrapped ina bag. I specifically showed them the tv kit i had for that tv. The left my jouse at 5:15pm and met my son at our storage unit. Now to get my Samsung Refidgerator out the front door, the doors need to be taken off and the front door of house was taken off. The movers also attempted to wheel the fridge out without removing the water line for ice machine. My son showed them wherenit was located. They took a plastic plating that covered the electrical and water lines. Later i found 3 screws on the counter and the plating in the corner. They forgot to put the protective plating back on. The fridge was now in storage. We also found the joint bushings outside of the storage unit. I also found screws and bushing to my Temperpedic bed on the floor in my room. Id asked that the fridge door face front of storage so i could put back in the clean drawers. It was not. Now i have to pull the fridge out myself. The movers alo use our flat pallet dolly to move the lapidary setup. That remained in storage in the back. We used all of our supplies i previously purchased from uhaul and amazon: plastic stretch wrap, packing tape and that was it. This was a stressful day and i had 5 people asking me questions from all directions. I also had a good size dent in the side of my washing machine. They never put the hoses in the washer and dryer or they would've noticed a load of clothes in the dryer. All in all, I was not given a full dumptruck for my junk. I could've done a dump run with my Subaru impreza for $30 All the boxes in their dump truck weren't broken down so they took up a lot of space and 1/2 the stuff was from another client. We had to use a saw to cut up the chair which was dangerous because of sparks and outside temperature of upper 90's. I called office on Tuesday. Explained what'd happened and she said she'd reimburse me for the TV box and drop it off during the week. I had to be out of their that day. She would talk to the manager about the other things. I wanted that dump truck back to haul my junk away and get what I paid for. She was very nice. Friday came and no box or phone call. Called office and same lady was rude and condescending. Saying they would no longer be doing dump runs because their truck was broken down. She said I told her I didn't was them to do anything about the other things I reported. I got defensive and my voice most likely went up an octave but i was NEVER yelling. I was irate as all hell. She said shed have a manager call me when he got in. Never her back. Today is Wednesday the following week. Called office. Same lady was pleasant until i questioned the bill and the charges out of my checking account for $564, $125 for dump truck and the $376 deposit. This time she claimed I never asked to move my fridge and washer/dryer. She also said the chair i put in caught their truck on fire. WTF ever. Their guy put it in the truck. We doused with water making sure nothing was smoldering, but it was their guy that tossed it in and we shouldnt have had to cut it up to begin. I feel this company was deceptive, didnt follow thru with our agreement and the boys werent trained enough to diassemble (says they didn't). Record your CALLS! read more
