I felt like the building must have just been built, everything looked so new! All of the driveways are sloped into the middle to prevent as much as they can from water getting in the unit which was a huge plus for me as well as a coded entry (Huge safety plus!) Also not to mention the owners were beyond friendly and they actually live on the premises so they can always keep an eye out of the units which again A++ for me! The lady on the phone tells me they have two, I'm like great can I reserve one, I will be there after work (few hrs from then). They said sure, took my name and quoted me the price. I get there after work and the lady at the front desk tells me, they actually didn't have any units available and it was a "clerical error" and she wished she could have called me back, but did not have my number. I'm like well... OK mistakes happen, can you call me when one comes available. The next morning, I received a call from the same lady saying "hey a unit will be available within the hour, someone is moving out." I'm like OK great I will be down this afternoon. About two hrs later I received another call saying the unit was ready but the front desk would be closing soon, leaving no time for me to actually get there. Funny thing, I was quite honestly awaiting a call saying the unit wasn't available and some excuse, but that came the next morning. A different woman called me, the next morning, to say the unit was not available and that it was a "clerical error" because the tenant had paid for the whole month and she had not moved out(wait what?). Than she offered to put me on the list should a unit comes available. Umm NO Thank you! It was very disappointing considering their high reviews. This could have been a clerical error or something else not uncommon to this area. Either way, it was very UNPROFESSIONAL. I couldn't trust my belongings with someone who couldn't keep track of their units. We surely took our business elsewhere.

I'm fairly sure he showed up to open it. The manager is almost never there during the hours posted. It's just a mess of a place. Don't store your stuff with them.

No gate open. Then he moved and we tried ours....1000 times. No Good. No Gate open! Tried the self serve computer. No good. Finally pushed the call manager button hoping to get SOMEONE alive on the call back phone........nope. The line goes directly into the office that is CLOSED after hours. What a poor way to service your customers. At least the last ditch effort of hitting that "call manager" button should wake some sorry sucker up some where in town and make him get his butt out of bed and down to open the gate himself.
