When I moved here in 2019 I didn't think much of Westside. Through the years I've retried and was actually impressed with the improvement up until the last two orders. Customer service is beyond amazing! To the gentleman taking my order last night over the phone, you are the real MVP. Online site has no pricing so I had to call. The person answering the phone was professional and patient (unfortunately I don't see too much of the these days) when food was delivered they forgot to bring the salad but it wasn't a big deal, I said they can decide if they want to drive through the snow to bring it or just credit my account. I have been calling Westside Pizza for years now, great service, good pizza (made to order too!). the wings are my wife's fave!

We order here all the time and continued to get the same unfortunate results. We order half jalapeños and they don't put them on, we order a soda they forget, we order ranch and they forget. You think we would learn our lesson but its the only local pizza joint that delivers. But today was the last straw not only was the pizza gonna take an hour and ten minutes which was fine but then it took an extra 45 minutes and when the got here late after me having to call then again they forgot our soda it very frustrating feeding kids being that late. It may not seem like a big deal but time after time this happens its more than just an accident and forgetfulness its poor management and with the good being so expensive you would think it would be a little better. read more

Ordered my boyfriend pizza from there tonight, as I live in Spokane and he is still home in Sumas asked the guy to write I love you on the box and I'd tip them a dollar more... not only did he write on one box he wrote on all of them! Pretty good pizza, I like that they have slices available during the day. Two slices and a can of soda for $4 is fair deal for a quick lunch. They usually have at least three varieties to choose from. Update - ordered some pizzas to take into work today. Didn't have any coupons, but the guy that answered the phone hooked me up with a good deal on 4 pizzas and included some extra toppings. Plus I ordered them for pick up at 1:15 and got there a few minutes early. The pizzas wee coming out of the oven as I walked in, I was pleased to know that they hadn't been sitting there for 10+ minutes. Good job! First of all- I am an extremely picky pizza eater. I absolutely despise pizza that isn't what I view as "complete." By complete I mean not only are the toppings and the appearance paid attention to, but the crust is given just as much consideration. At this joint, everything has undergone absolute and total thought before a single pizza ever came out of their ovens! They only use real California cheese. It's gooey. It's melty. It's goooooooood. The toppings choices are plenty and include your standard choices and a list of several premium toppings. Sauces are also a choice and vary from basic marinara to hot sauce and then some! Westside offers a lot of specialty pizzas as well. In addition to pizza, their menu also offers the standard appetizers, bread, salad, soda, and dessert choices. It's all pretty tasty if you ask me... I always get delivery. For some reason they always say 45 min to an hour, but I usually see Mr. Delivery Dude within 25-30 min. The delivery person is always cheery and talkative, and ensures that I have all I need and that my order is correct. (Mr. Delivery Dude- you're pretty hot, too!) My pizza had never arrived in any way other than fresh, hot, and perfect the way I like it... (Again, same goes for Mr. Delivery Dude!) Cost wise- yeah it's more expensive than your average pizza joint- but this place isn't average. Real ingredients mean reallllllllly good pizza! Disappointed at best. They first refuse to return any change so you need to have the exact amount due. Secondly, after conceding and breaking out a bank card (A way I do not like to use for a 16 dollar pizza) I'm then subjected to a pitch for a tip and I even conceded a small gratuity (And for what I don't know). But the problem now remains a day and a half later they still not have entered the charge and the preauthorization for the order is not cleared with the correct final charge. My husband and I love their food, and were ordering pretty regularly for our pizza nights... Until tonight. We received the worst customer service. When calling to check our order status, a kid named Jake answered, was incredibly rude, telling my husband our address isn't labeled anywhere and basically doesn't exist. Mind you, we have ordered from here before, and all of our mail and packages come to this address. Jake states the order should be arriving soon. The young woman delivery driver (who was very sweet and not rude) calls me to tell me she is lost, so I give her directions. Another 15 minutes go by, so at this point we are over it. My husband calls to cancel the order, a kid named Beth answers this time, my husband has a few choice words about Jake and tells her to cancel the order. She turns out to be 10 times more rude than Jake and says they will cancel the order. My husband is a sales manager, he understands people have bad days, and can have bad attitudes once in awhile. But it seemed this entire crew didn't care at all. Knowing how important reviews are to businesses we usually never write negative ones, but we felt inclined after being treated so great. read more

I love Westside. They have offers available on their app most of the time. Save up pizza bucks to get free breadsticks or pizzas. Their staff is always super friendly. If you carry out it's usually 15ish minutes until it's ready. Our order was incorrect one time (which isn't bad at all for how often we get pizza). They immediately made us a new pizza and were very apologetic about it. Delivery can take some time, but that's to be expexted... Especially in the county. Their toppings are great and their gourmet options are all so good. I love the crust and they cook the pizza just right. The employees were very busy tonight -I'll give them that - but as I waited and waited for my pizza, I saw NOBODY ever wash their hands, even though they were switching between cash register, making pizzas, pulling them out of the oven,wiping their hands on their pants and pushing their hair back in place. No handwashing, no gloves, no hair coverings except for ball caps. And I had to tell "Baby Girl", who finally gave me my pizza, that she had a bloody nose as both nostrils were visibly dripping blood down towards her upper lip! I have ordered pizza a couple of times for delivery. Last night was the last time I will do so. I have yet (in 4 deliveries) had a pizza show up warm, let alone hot and we are only 2 miles away. Toppings are decent. Sauce is ok. Crust SUCKS! The crust is greasy and is more like crappy bread then pizza crust. Seriously, I can get better out of the grocer freezer. Last time I ordered here, the topping just fell right off the crust into a mass of a mess. You can't order online. It's a change of pace but not a nice change of pace. Coming from a small town, I was expecting rudeness and all around bad customer service towards non-locals, as it is with any other businesses around here; however that was not the case with these guys. They're always so professional and accommodating, as a matter of fact we asked for a pizza that the Bellingham WestSide makes and the manager offered to make it for us.
