Decided to splurge and get the death by pizza. Ordered last time worth every penny ($40.14) 1 pizza. Not so much this time. Shrink nation definitely hit this one the flavor was great but it was basically a sausage pizza air brushed with the other toppings barely getting each toop on each slice. NOT impressed at all, especially at $30 for a large 4 topping pizza! Handtossed dough was like thin crust, very little sauce or toppings and not much flavor. I certainly won't be eating pizza from Westside again. Maybe I'll take a chance on their chicken wings or pasta. But this pizza was probably the worst I've ever had. Next time I'm craving pizza in Belfair I'll try Seabeck Pizza a half block away, or maybe Domino's carry out. A solid 90s style pizza restaurant. It reminds me a bit of Godfather's and Pizza Hut Pan pizza in terms of Style. We picked up the pizzas on our way to a campsite and the kids love it and everyone enjoyed it. I thought it was pretty good too (slightly above average for the style). read more

We love the food and the staff. Good loyalty program too. Never had any mix ups with our orders and it's always got and fresh when delivered. We mostly order online and pick up our do delivery. The online doesn't have light sauce options so if we call after placing the order to ask for light sauce they are great about it. Now I'm craving pizza. The Westside pizza is our favorite we get it without onion as extra cheese. Just amazing. We don't bother with any other pizza places. They are more money than the big chains but it's so worth it. I will always happily pay more for much better food. The chain pizza in Belfair is horrible and they obviously never cared about quality or customer service. We finally tried Westside after too many problems with the big chain pizza. Never went back. If I want cheaper pizza I make my own. Which still isn't as good as Westside pizza. read more

Solid spot for pizza in Belfair! The restaurant does get pretty busy during dinner time so would definitely place your order online or call in in advance. Based on our scheduled pickup time and when the pizza was actually ready - I would also give yourself some extra time for pick-up. The pizza itself was tasty. Was not overly greasy and the ingredients seemed fresh. My only wish was that there was a bit more ingredients on the pizza (example - ordered a pepperoni chicken pizza for my cousin and we had to actually search for the pepperoni to prove to him that there was some on his pizza). It's not as good as the Shelton Westside. Customer service leaves something to be desired.

The pizza sauce was a tiny bit spicy, the condiments were fairly well distributed, in that respect things were about as one would expect. When my order came up it was unceremoniously dropped at my table, no plates or flatware. Had to root around to find them. Customer service was nonexistent and it was as if we were an inconvenience to his day for us to be there. No one came in to the ample dining room the whole time we were there. We stopped in over memorial weekend while camping. We ordered 6 pizzas 3 personal and some salads. We also tried the cheese bread and breadsticks We waited a normal time 20+ min. Pizza is fantastic. This great pizza place has very tasty delivered cooked pizza. All of the pizzas we have ordered (3 per order at least monthly in 2023) have been great and have left us with enough for days and days. The salads are good too - but as expected the pizzas are the real attraction. I will say they are about 2x the price of take-n-bake however, but Westside will deliver ready-to-eat yum right to your door. read more

For some reason, I always thought there was a Seattle location, but I must have these guys confused with another chain. I saw them recently on a professional eaters YouTube channel. She praised the pizza for flavor and the healthy helping of toppings. I had the lunch special, it was two combo slices and a soda for $6. I can't stress enough what a deal this was, after a disappointing meal the day before, I considered this place a find. However, the pizza just wasn't good. I'll give them some slack, because the pizza by the slice model is tough to master. It's like a warm leftover instead of the fresh baked pie most receive. That said, the pizza had no flavor. I couldn't taste any meat and what I did taste left me with the impression that, "This must be what 7-11 pizza tastes like". I was beyond disappointed, this was this places opportunity to earn a customer, even if the crust was hot and crisp, again, the flavor was a fail. It didn't live up to the promise the YouTuber expressed, but in fairness, this was not the location she was at, I believe she was in California. To a certain degree, it's hard to argue with $6, at the same time, you should always put your best foot forward and maybe a personal size pizza with a drink for $8 or even $9 is a better deal for everyone. I was also turned off by one of the reviews. Sounds like the customer was unreasonable and rude, but the response from the owner lacked professionalism and it made it have for me to empathize. This is your business and your brand and regardless of what happened in your location, the way you responded to that customer sent a non verbal message that you have way too much aggression for your responsibility. I think if you sent a personal message inviting someone not to return or advising they are no longer welcome better resolves the matter, you get a direct result without looking incapable of being professional. Maybe you wanted to publicly thank or back your staff, but you could have done that by clearly stating in your review, they did everything by policy and the book and it appeared the only person not behaving was the customer. When you have a business, you are open to all feedback, bad as well as good reviews and when you push back like you did, it makes a certain population question the dining experience. read more

Westside Pizza Belfair is one of our favorite places to stop for an amazing pizza. The staff makes us feel welcome and is always friendly. The whole establishment is immaculately clean, including the bathrooms, and the taste and quality of pizzas we have tried so far keeps us coming back for more! Hello- I would like to bring to your attention our experience with our order 3/12/22 from the Belfair, WA Westside Pizza. We are currently visiting a friends home and we always love to try new local pizza places. We normally order from Seabeck Pizza but thought we would give Westside Pizza a try. We went online to check out the deals. There was a promotion for free cheese stix on your order if I join your email club. I received the email and nowhere did it say it had to be used in-store. We tried to order online but that in itself was a nightmare. So we called. The gentleman who took our order was very curt and unfriendly. We told him we tried to order online but it wasn't working. Instead of apologizing he said "We have new owners and we are trying to work that out." We gave him our order and let him know about the free cheese stix. He was appalled, he actually told us he needed to put us on hold to help another customer. When he finally came back he said he was unaware of that promotion but would honor it anyway. We thanked him and told him if it's to much trouble that it was okay. He said "Your pizza will arrive in awhile" (giving us no approximate time nor acknowledging what we had just said and then he ended the call. I'm not sure if the delivery person was whom we spoke with but he was just as unkind. He didn't say hello just asked me if he can see the email and proceeded to ask if he could hold my phone. He looked at the email and handed us our dinner and walked away without a word. I've never been treated so poorly. And sadly the food itself mirrored our experience. The pizza was cold and overall disappointing. They were clearly irritated and could care less about our order. Thank you for your time.
