Restaurant was a diner/dive bar. It was busy and took a really long time for us to get our meal. Food was the best part, really liked the wings and fries. Bathroom was dirty. Service was ok.

We stopped in along our roadtrip and loved the seating near the view. They have a variety of items and service from Susan was great! It is a bit pricey for a pub but the chili was worth it!

As someone who is doing an all protein diet it's hard to find places so great at accommodating my needs as well as making it easy to get what I need at a reasonable price. This is the BABB burger which is usually all loaded up. A 1 lb bacon cheese burger. Out of this world served with fries usually. Right around $20 . Plenty to serve 2. They gave me 3 eggs instead of the bread, veggies, and fries for a hearty meal I can't say enough how great it was. Perfectly cooked and seasoned.the staff was friendly and helpful. This will be my go to.

The food here is surprisingly not all that greasy compared to most diners but still manages to have that soul food taste. The staff were very efficient despite a food mixup, but it was early morning so I think that can be forgiven. The vibe is both an uplifting cultural diner, and a slightly modern touch. All in all I highly recommend this place!

Food was ok, the O'Brien potatoes were super overcooked. The French toast was mediocre at best. The ham steak eggs and potatoes were good. The gravy on the biscuits was different but it was good. I really liked the biscuits though they had really good flavor. The service was ok but very slow to get us the check. We finally got tired of waiting and went to the front and stood there until they weren't busy and could take our money. The ambiance was as expected for a diner/bar type setting, but there were quite a few flies in the dining room. Would we go back based on this experience, no.

Big portions and quirky staff, it was a great diner breakfast. My eggs, toast, crispy bacon, and pancakes were all cooked great. My other loved the French toast. A friend enjoyed the baskets and gravy. Another friend was less impressed with the eggs Benedict. He thought the hollandaise tasted like a cheese sauce. Funny place... the waitress explained the corned beef hash was from a can and got insulted when asked if the gravey with the biscuits was made in house. The floors are very slippery (need to be deep cleaned?).

We stopped in after riding over in Tahtuya. Amazing service, atmosphere, and the cheeseburger was the best we have had in a long time.

Each time is a really crappy experience either due to inedible food, or workers not having a brain cell. Why would you dump a whole pint of salt into a plate of biscuits and gravy, refuse to fix it, and say that some are just saltier than others? A dime sized bite burned my tounge it was so salty. Not funny at all, if it was some sort of joke. Completely unacceptable. I'm low income, and had to "eat it". Freezing customers out by leaving the doors open in winter. People were having to wear hoodies. Rude servers that are so aloof and disrespectful. So many instances, and so many CHANCES!!! Oof. No more.

Charlie's offers many different forms of entertainment during ones visit. Pull tabs, darts, digital jukebox, beer pong, shuffleboard and a couple pool tables. During our visit, my wife and I played a few rounds of darts 501. If I recall correctly, each game was $0.75 (wife paid). While playing darts we slurped on a couple ice-cold Manny's for $5 each. We each took turns ($10 worth) choosing the next song to blast from the jukebox. We had an absolute blast. Our server was downright cool.
