    We were so excited to hear that Johnny and his wife were taking on this new adventure. We drive from Shasta Lake City to come get the best pizza and the best service. It is always worth the drive. We love the old school pizza shop vibe when we stay and hang out. If we order to go, the pizza is always ready when we walk in the door. Come check it out!

    Loved our cheese sticks & pizza (which I was so excited for I forgot to take a picture )! The manager Jessica was super great, and our food came out so fast! Westside will forever be my fave pizza in town

    This was excellent pizza. In town for the dog show, and ordered from there. They were prompt, and the pizza was just great.

    Last week I went through the drive thru and ordered with a coupon, and the ad said we could get…read moreeither five pieces of chicken with two sides and two biscuits or chicken tenders.  And that was the way they worded it.  They didn't say THREE chicken tenders; it read FIVE pieces of chicken OR CHICKEN TENDERS: no specification over the number of tenders was given. They gave us THREE chicken tenders; they were out of coleslaw, and the fries were lukewarm, at best.  I then asked for fresh fries, and she gave me back fries that were just as lukewarm as the previous bag.  The biscuits were cold and dry, no honey or butter was offered, and I was asked if I wanted sauce while ordering, told them yes, gave them my preference, and when I got home, there was no sauce AT ALL. I guess Leo Goetz was right!  No wonder George Carlin prayed to Joe Pesci! We paid something like fourteen dollars for a crappy meal.  And what was worse was that there was only one customer inside and one ahead of me in the drive thru.  It wasn't like they were getting slammed.  And this was dinnertime!  Unless they get new management in there, I am NOT going back. I should have gone to Jack in the Box instead!

I saw someone complain that the chicken wasn't already cooked when he arrived ... heck, I want my damn chicken hot right outta the fryer! I'll wait a little to get that! I 'm not big into the mead deal thing, I just want chicken. I go for the 8 piece box o chicken. I gotta say the chicken here at Popeye's is more expensive than if I just went to the supermarket and got the 8 piece fried chicken there, but what the hell, I'm here now and it is a different flavor. I just can't pick up a sixpak of beer here! OK, I go in and I see them dump a fresh batch of chicken outta the fryer, heck yeah. I order the box of 8 pieces. Pay and off I go! I get home and pop that box open and yummers, it winner winner chicken dinner!

    Dear Sonic Customer Relations Team,…read more I am submitting a formal complaint regarding repeated order errors, poor customer service, and the inability to obtain a refund for items that were not prepared correctly at the Anderson, California location. Order #10003691576009 was placed through the Sonic app for pickup at the Anderson, CA location. The order was missing a medium cheese tots item totaling $4.09 plus tax. Order #1000372031168 was also placed through the app at 1:33 p.m. and included a large cheese tots with onion, totaling $5.09 plus tax. This item was incorrectly prepared with chili, which poses a serious concern as my co-worker is allergic. I arrived approximately 10-15 minutes after placing the order, checked in through the app, and selected stall #2. I waited approximately 10 minutes with no response before going to the door for assistance. No one acknowledged me, so I returned to my vehicle. The food was finally brought out about two minutes later. Both orders were taken back to work, where the errors were discovered. Attempts to contact the Anderson location by phone were unsuccessful, as the phone rang repeatedly without being answered. When I contacted Sonic customer service for app orders, I was advised that the only options available were a food replacement or a $5 Sonic gift card. Due to ongoing issues with this location, we declined both options and requested refunds for the two incorrect items totaling $9.18 plus tax. I was informed that refunds could not be issued and that the complaint would be escalated. On 12/19/25, I received a call from the manager of the Anderson location in response to the escalation. She stated she could only offer the same options previously presented and was not authorized to issue a refund. She directed me back to customer service, stating they were the only ones who could process refunds. Customer service was contacted twice more. Both calls were disconnected, and no return calls were made. A chat through the Sonic website again resulted in being told the Anderson location had to process the refund. No other resolution was offered. To date, no refund has been issued. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. Within the past week, a co-worker ordered a Reese's Sonic Blast late at night and discovered the candy was only lightly sprinkled on top instead of mixed throughout. On another late-night visit, the same co-worker entered the drive-through, was told someone would assist her shortly, waited over two minutes without further response, and ultimately drove away. It is unacceptable that attempting to obtain a simple refund of $9.18 plus tax for incorrectly prepared items has required multiple calls, extensive wasted time, contradictory information, and ultimately no resolution. This is the only Sonic location in our area, and the ongoing service issues make it difficult to justify continued business. I am requesting a refund for the two incorrect items and a review of customer service and operational standards at the Anderson, CA location. I would appreciate written acknowledgment of this complaint and confirmation of how this matter will be resolved.
