The pizza is so good! I enjoyed it a lot. the pricing is fine, 10$ is fine, the time I had to wait is not so fine, but understandable, and don't forget about the more boring atmosphere, not so good. When you see a customer come into your store and your stupid buzzer even lets you know someone came in, here in America you need to get someone to the counter to serve that customer. Another Anderscum business I will no longer patronize. 4:30 pm one customer looks like he's been waiting a while I can't get waited on. I look over the end counter in the back and 5 people yapping to each other. They turn and see me then look away. CRAPPY SERVICE guys if you understand what I am even saying. My auntie went in to order a pep stuff crust. They were out of that kind of cheese, that's OK. She then ordered a pep regular and they just handed her an old pizza she had asked for a fresh one. And the guy told her a fresh one is a dollar more. Where does that come from. Never again will we eat there. read more

We are never going to be going back to this specific location. My husband ran in to grab a pizza thinking we'd have a non complicated dinner. Well the employee ran my card, which is fine, however he neglected to return it. At forst my husband didn't think anything of it, but made sure to double check his pockets and wallet before leaving the parking lot. No card. So he goes back in and asks for the card. The incompetent worker asked what else he needed, still not returning the card. So my husband reiterated he wanted the card back. The employee looks at the card and says my name accusingly as if my husband had stolen it. Oh, but it was fine to run it in the first place? Not to mention that but the employee LEFT MY CARD ON THE COUNTER THE WHOLE TIME. Meaning that my card could have been grabbed by anyone during this timeframe, it was only a few minutes, but still a possibility. My husband called the manager as soon as he got home and was pretty much told it was his fault for "leaving the card". No, your employee should have returned it once the card reader was finished doing it's thing. This whole situation and how it has been (not actually) handled is ridiculous. I decided to put in a review because I saw so many negative ones and they're fairly old, too. I've never had any issues with this location whatsoever. I call ahead usually and it's always ready when I arrive and I've never had any rude encounters with the employees either. The food is hot and it's always consistent, too. I've stopped in on my way home without calling ahead, and the only time I had to really wait was when there was a line ahead of me, but once at the register to order a hot and ready, it was indeed ready. read more

The last 3 times I have went in and ordered the lunch combo they had told me that it was going to be a 15-20 minute wait for the pizza. Now the poster and commercial's say the lunch combo starts at 11am, so if the combo starts at 11 you would think that pizzas would be ready so close to the noon and lunch hour but they where not, today I went in at 1130am and they still did not have any ready and I would of had to wait 20 minutes for four slices of pizza, I told them never mind and I was not ever coming back for a lunch combo again because I am always waiting around. Another time I went in and ordered the cheesy crust with bread sticks, four people had went gotten the same thing and was in and out within minutes, the cashier asked me my name and said she doesn't see my order and I told her that was impossible since she was the one who took my order but she said she could not find the ticket. I showed her my ticket and when she went to go get my order there where none left and I had to wait another 20 minuets for my pizza, while I was waiting the cashier informed me that my ticket fell on the ground and she laughed. I told her this was not funny and that I should have not waited 40 minutes for a pizza. read more

This is the worst little ceasars I've ever been to. Horrible customer service. The cashier kept leaving to go chat with the guys in the back during every single transaction, leaving the customer to just stand there waiting for him to take their cash. I ordered through the app and scheduled my pickup for 5:45. Well at 4:30, I called and ask them to change it to be ready at 6:45. They said yes. I still received a notification from the app saying my pizza was ready at 5:45. I left to pick it up anyway since I didn't want it just sitting there. It took me about 20 minutes to get there and when I did, it took forever in line (for the reasons above) and when I got there, he looked for my order but said only 3 of my 4 pizzas were ready!!! And he didn't give me one of my cheesy breads!! And when I told him that doesn't make any sense because I received a notification that it was ready about 20 minutes ago, his reply?? "Well actually it was ready about 30 minutes ago." Yeah and?!?! That's even more reason that it should have all been ready!! And the only reason I didn't have to wait in line was because the nice customer behind me gave me one of his pizzas!! What a shit hole. I'm avoiding this little ceasars at all costs. read more

Came in tonight and employee and owner or possibly manager we're busy training! I was not greeted nor apologized to for being ignored for the first five minutes I was in the store! After employee finished making her own purchase I was then asked what I wanted. I ordered a cheese and pepperoni but was told it would be 8 minutes for the cheese!
