This is a must dine in pizza restaurant while visiting Redding. Highly recommend and totally worth it! I will definitely return here again when I stay in Redding.

Arrived on a Wednesday evening at 6:30pm, with only 2 other small tables occupied. We were greeted by the chef upon entry, and promptly asked to place our orders at the counter, then seat ourselves. We ordered 3 pizzas for the 3 of us and all were devoured; Salsicca (not pictured since it came out first and I forgot a picture), Margherita and the Bianca. We also ordered 2 on tap IPAs and a bottled Coke. We enjoyed the pizzas, great dough with a wonderfully flame fired taste, but the toppings left something to be desired. The Bianca could use something fresh like some lemon slices and definitely more basil, as I got one leaf per slice. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean and we'd definitely return again if passing through Redding. As a pizza snob, it's not the best I've ever had, but definitely a tasty pizza and worth a try. Kudos to the chef who mentioned he started on an Ooni. Quite the progression! As we were finishing our meal around 7:15p, I overheard them turn a customer away, as they had sold out of dough. Come early if you don't want to risk it for the night.

I know that have a buffet, and that sounded like the way to go, cause for one thing you get the choice of several different pizzas and you don't have to wait to order and then have it cook, you just go right up to the buffet and load up and enjoy. It's good if you're a little short on time as well. When I'm working on location with my crew and we need lunch, buffets are the way to go so we don't spend 1 1/2 hrs for lunch. Inside is nice and neat, we're near the first ones to arrive just after 11 am. The buffet is $13.50 plus tax and includes a refillable drink. It runs till 2pm I think. The pizzas are hot and fresh, that why you go to buffets near opening! I love the crust here at Pizza Factory. Most all Pizza Factories are consistent no matter what town I go. Bring your appitite.

I enjoyed that their pizza sauce had a little bit of spice to it. Everything tasted great. We fed 6 adults and two kids, and still had 3/4 of a pizza plus some twists leftover. We visit regularly, and will be ordering from them next time we want pizza in this area!

We found out late the pizza was undercooked and called about the issue the next day. The clerk said he couldn't do anything and would let the manager know. I didn't get a call. Next day I called again, female clerk apologized and assured me the manager would call me back. No call back. It's Tuesday now and still no one has called us back. This is lesson learned. As long as the pizza is good you're fine, but if Pizza Guys makes a mistake you're royally screwed.

I recommend that NO ONE patronize this place because they will absolutely screw up the orders and over charge you as well as being TOTALLY RUDE OVER THE PHONE!! I gave one star because that is the lowest score it would let me score and I couldn't score it any lower. The woman owner was really rude as well and actually told me to stop talking when I tried to explain to her what the problem was with the pizza and the salad etc. They reluctantly refunded $5 for the lack of any dressing for the Ceasar salad but nothing for the GIANT SCREW UP on the pizza. I predict that this business won't BE in business for long. Hopefully not long at all so a righteous new owner can come in and provide a better business service because these guys don't have a clue about customer service or preparing food! Do NOT eat here or go here unless you like being treated really bad like the crap food they provide here. Never again!!
