This is the worst laundromat in Olympia! It's a huge rip off and the staff is incredibly rude! Their quarter machine is always out of quarters and the staff is very unhelpful when this situation occurs. The owner throws a huge fit when they are needed for a problem and it's always just a mess in there. Floors are dirty, machines are dirty, the workers are dirty, the way they run their business is dirty. There are a lot of great laundromats in Olympia who deserve your business and this is by far is not one of them! read more

I do my work clothes here on a weekly bases. I'm usually there just as they open the door in the mornings and that's been before there posted business hours. Only by about 15 to 30 mins or so. The place is clean and the morning crowed is limited to just a handful of people. The regulars that I have seen seem to be good people and the not so regulars are fun to watch. They are usually out of their element. That's where the attendants come in. They will usually answer any question and I've seen them help others with getting there clothes in and choosing the right machine for the job. The washers that I have used will lock for the wash that takes about 30 minutes or so. Just long enough to check the mail or pick up a coffee, although they have offered me coffee a few times. For the size of load that I wash it takes right at 30 minutes to dry. So I'm out of there in an hour usually costing me $2.75 for the wash and $1.25 for the dryer ( $0.25/6 mins). A typical load for me is four jeans four shirts and a few sweatshirts. The artwork that I have read other reviews talk about are all scenes of clothes washing and drying. Nothing to write home about but I do catch myself staring at them from time to time. read more

reasonable laundry facilities, attractive murals, and - the best part, of course - a ms. pacman machine, as well as two pinball machines that are three credits for a dollar. what a way to divest you of all of your quarters. read more

Friendly attendant, very helpful answering questions for me as it was my first time here. Relatively quiet. Radio was playing but not overly loud. Other customers were quiet and courteous. Lots of machines. All seemed to be working well and looked very clean. Good location. Not loads of parking but a few spots right in front. Overall I'll definitely be back. Much better than Southgate in Tumwater. read more

Our dryer reacently broke down so we came to this facility. My wife and I were quite impressed at the excellent customer service. The owners were polite and helpful to let us know load capacity on the mega machines and how it would save us money if we used those vs several smaller ones. They even pointed us out to a great place to eat while we waited for our load to finish. Two thumbs up! read more

I went in to Westside at 7:35 pm Sunday night with my laundry for the week.Sunday night is my only time I can do laundry for the week. I was told that I could only use the dryers because it was after 7:30 pm. I explained to the gentleman with the pony tail who worked there that I only needed to use the washers for 20 minutes and that I had a dryer at home. He said I could not use the laundry because he was about to mop the floors. When I asked when the place closed, he told me 9 pm. THis is absolutely bogus. I will never give another quarter to this laundrymat. read more

this was my 1st time doing lau dry at a laundromat. i did a tote full of laundry for $6.75 thats washed and dried. and it only took a total of 40 mins. the place was clean and the attendant on duty was friendly. way less expensive then i thought it would be. i will defiently come back again. read more

I'm new to the area and this is my 2nd laundromat. Super friendly and really helpful. I had a TON of laundry and the guy on staff gave me tips on which washers/dryers may be most cost efficient and how much they'd hold. And he had a great sense of humor, which at the end of a long day with a car load of laundry was really refreshing! read more

I'm a person of color (POC). I was Not greeted at the door. I came in with two loads of already washed laundry. I used two dryers at the cost of $1.50 (.25). I waited outside in my car until my laundry dried. I had my 5 year old daughter with me. My daughter needed to use the restroom. My daughter was recently diagnosed with a UTI. My daughter was denied access to the public restroom, for customer's only. The time was 8pm. I had to take my daughter some where else to use the restroom. The woman employee said she did not want to clean the restroom after my 5 year old went to the restroom. The employee said the owner gave her permission to close the restroom at 7:30pm. I did not get out of the laundromat until after 9pm. Very inconvenient. My poor daughter's health. I complained to the owner. The owner said they do this, because of the homeless people who mess-up their restroom. Do not look like a POC, homeless, or come with a full bladder after 7:30pm. read more

I WONT do my laundry anywhere else!! The people running the place is very helpful. The guy there last week was cleaning, he made sure the dryer vents was clean, he wiped down everything! I felt very welcome to do such a personal task in public. read more

Only place I enjoy doing laundry. The owners run a great business. The washers are affordable and top-of-the-line.

The machines are insanely expensive and they do NOT get your cloths clean. A 27 minute cycle is almost all spin. Parts of your cloths will come out bone dry having never even been wetted by the wash cycle. Cloths still look and smell dirty. Also some of the staff is too nosy. Mind your own business. I don't want some dude pawing through my laundry or grilling me on how many loads I have. read more

I'd like to say I was actually able to try out the place, but we weren't allowed in. We literally got there at 7:32p to make our way in to wash a duvet. (Flooded our laundry room last time I tried it at home, so decided to try out a larger capacity machine at the ol' Laundromat.) No go. The very rude gentleman met us at the door and said they close at 8 so the wash needed to be in at 7:30 at the latest. We put our items back in the car and my husband went back in to ask him if we could at least just wash the few items we had and take them home to dry. My husband came back out to the car and said the guy was one of the rudest he'd ever encountered. Needless to say we will not 'try again' even if there are other good reviews. Who in this day and age chases away a potential customer--a customer who would EASILY be in and out before the allotted closing time, no less? read more
