I have had many alterations for my jeans, my husband, and my children's jeans and it comes out perfect every time. I take the shoes I plan to wear, change, and they pin them, and it's perfect. I always explain how I like my jeans, and they are great. They've removed many stains (wine) flawlessly and they use high quality organic products which I like (being in Olympia and all). I've tried other cleaners in the area and this one is close to my work and I go to the west side location for close to my home. It's hard to find good help and people who know what they are doing.
