Unfortunately, their post-install customer support and business ethics are nonexistent. I referred a friend who completed their installation months ago. I was explicitly promised a $500 referral bonus for this. After months of waiting, I tried following up multiple times privately to give them a chance to make it right, but I am now being completely ignored. It's a shame because I have several neighbors here in Fountain Valley who are currently shopping around for solar and battery storage. I was planning to refer them here, but I cannot recommend a company that fails to honor its own written agreements and ducks communication. Buyer beware: the installation team does good work, but do not trust a word management says about referral incentives or post-sale promises. Still waiting for my $500.

After explaining the installation process, as well as my new charger's features, Jessie went right to work. The whole install process did not take very long. Walter walked me through how the charger works (pretty simple) including the WiFi connection. After he finished Jessie made sure that the area was clean and that all installation debris was picked up. I am somewhat disappointed that my chosen installation location (inside the garage) could not be used. But Walter showed me how inside the garage would have been a very tight fit. So overall I am OK with the set-up. Next month the Photon Brothers will come to install the Tesla Powerwall to go with my solar panels. I expect that everything will go smoothly!

He carefully looks at all information available from the types of systems to the pros and cons of each and tailors them to the individual's requirements. The best part is he doesn't oversell you on things you don't need. In my case I wanted a system to eventually be ready for an electric car. Dean wisely advised not to buy the extra pieces now when they would be of no value to me, but ensured my system would be ready for upgrades when I was ready. Since our initial install we have upgraded our system on 3 occasions, each time carefully planned out to maximize the value of the equipment and to get the best bang for the buck. In short if I could give 10 stars I would. If you are interested in learning about solar give them a call. You won't be sorry.

An added bonus is that if my system ever needs service, Coastal Solar is my point of contact. I can't speak to the performance of the Powerwall yet because we're still waiting on the SCE inspection before it can be turned on. But I did want to give a shout-out to the installers Jorge, Alejandro, and Patrick. They were fantastic. They worked hard in the heat, were incredibly friendly, played with my dog, and when the installation was finished, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done and answer my questions. No worries, that's reasonable. Heck, it can be any day, just do what you promise. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing. Call Wednesday. Says I'm really busy, No apology until I call them out on what they promised. I didn't set the expectation, they did. I tell them, if we don't even have a contract and you're being like this, what am I to expect? Next day, I get a text about the room to be done, is it upstairs or downstairs, and the bathroom, is it being done? I'm totally confused, we never spoke about a bathroom and the room is upstairs. I get the quote finally. It's ~$30k more than another quote I got from a 5 star Yelp business. WTH. Looking deeper into the quote, it's talking about terracota tile and grout...we never spoke about that, we spoke what I already have downstairs, which is laminate. They even stated, that's a manufactured piece we can't get anymore but we can get something close to match. Don't always believe Yelp reviews, but I'd believe this one.

But when we needed to change out an old bathroom vanity for a new one, we knew we had to get serious about it. And if you hire a plumber to do the work, which DOES involve some plumbing, then it costs way more. I resigned myself to the search and literally just contacted the most popular handyman service in my town based on Yelp reviews. Guess what? thank goodness I did! 805's Handyman (NOT to be confused with "805 Handyman") responded right away--even though it was a Sunday and the World Cup games were on. I uploaded pics, sent in the details, got an estimate, and made an appointment. On the day of, a nice truck drove up with the logo painted proudly on the side (not a guy in a fancy sports car, like handyman #9). Two sturdy guys came in and got down to business right away--no fuss, all smiles, and dare I say it? Like they loved what they do. (Unlike handyman #7 who was a former engineer and complained the whole time, even refusing to do some tasks!) Long story shorter, the bathroom vanity switcheroo turned out to be bigger and messier project than expected. It ended up involving some retiling, grouting, electrical adjustments, alterations to trim, painting--and the plumbing bits and installation and removal. The workers were quiet, helpful, communicated the whole time and were just generally old-school excellent (unlike handyman #4, who was nice, but got everything crooked and a bit wonky, bless his heart). The 805's Handyman workers did ALL the plumbing/installing/electrical/tile work/painting--the whole shebang. And the end result is a sweet transformation for our upstairs bath (I also asked them to take care of a few more items on my to-do list, which they did quickly and again, with smiles). The whole thing was very gratifying. So much so, that the next time something in our house needs fixing, I will actually look forward to hiring 805's Handyman again. We're lucky to have them in the Ventura area and they are popular on Yelp for very good reasons.

He came with all his supplies and was prepared, he swapped out my old, ugly lighting fixtures and put in the new ones no issue. He was careful but prompt with getting this task complete. Very nice guy and someone you could trust and who did a honest thorough job. Aside from doing great work and being professional, the price point was also very reasonable compared to ten other quotes I got (yes, I do my research). They are affordable, professional and most importantly they did a great job. Even my neighbors watching from the outside were impressed and came over to take some business cards. Was in desperate need of a Panel Upgrade which was clearly suggested from Pat, due to the fact that it was out dated, not up to code, and most of all... in case i need the extra room for future appliances so that I don't overload any of my circuits. Not only did Pat give me an Extraordinary price, but I had been so busy myself that i was only available for Saturday and sure enough Pat, Bryan, and Justin showed up on time, prepared and ready to rock and roll. Sure enough with continuous hard labor and Prestigious work everything was falling together. I personally went with the flush mount because its more appealing to the eye than the wall mount but will be more bang for your buck. Other than that my panel was finished and wow was I astonished with the finished product, the new breakers really make a difference specially when there labeled correctly. Had a fantastic experience with this company. The owner was informative and very professional, i felt really comfortable right from the start. After purchasing my first home, i wanted to update some of the light fixtures. When the team started to install they noticed straight away that the previous owner had not installed with the proper wiring and boxes creating the possibility of fires and other harmful issues, After discovering this, they immediately conversed with me expressing their genuine concern for situation and with my permission starting checking all the additional lights in the house only to discover it was the same theme through out. They corrected the situation quickly and efficiently understanding i was on a tight budget and now i can sleep peacefully knowing my children and i are safe. But when we needed to change out an old bathroom vanity for a new one, we knew we had to get serious about it. And if you hire a plumber to do the work, which DOES involve some plumbing, then it costs way more. I resigned myself to the search and literally just contacted the most popular handyman service in my town based on Yelp reviews. Guess what? thank goodness I did! 805's Handyman (NOT to be confused with "805 Handyman") responded right away--even though it was a Sunday and the World Cup games were on. I uploaded pics, sent in the details, got an estimate, and made an appointment. On the day of, a nice truck drove up with the logo painted proudly on the side (not a guy in a fancy sports car, like handyman #9). Two sturdy guys came in and got down to business right away--no fuss, all smiles, and dare I say it? Like they loved what they do. (Unlike handyman #7 who was a former engineer and complained the whole time, even refusing to do some tasks!) Long story shorter, the bathroom vanity switcheroo turned out to be bigger and messier project than expected. It ended up involving some retiling, grouting, electrical adjustments, alterations to trim, painting--and the plumbing bits and installation and removal. The workers were quiet, helpful, communicated the whole time and were just generally old-school excellent (unlike handyman #4, who was nice, but got everything crooked and a bit wonky, bless his heart). The 805's Handyman workers did ALL the plumbing/installing/electrical/tile work/painting--the whole shebang. And the end result is a sweet transformation for our upstairs bath (I also asked them to take care of a few more items on my to-do list, which they did quickly and again, with smiles). The whole thing was very gratifying. So much so, that the next time something in our house needs fixing, I will actually look forward to hiring 805's Handyman again. We're lucky to have them in the Ventura area and they are popular on Yelp for very good reasons.

I communicated with them through yelp and then we took to contact by phone/text. They were super communicative and prompt on setting up a date for repairs. They worked around my schedule which was appreciated and followed through without issue. I had them work on an outdoor electrical/lighting fixtures and Patrick did it with ease. He came with all his supplies and was prepared, he swapped out my old, ugly lighting fixtures and put in the new ones no issue. He was careful but prompt with getting this task complete. Very nice guy and someone you could trust and who did a honest thorough job. Aside from doing great work and being professional, the price point was also very reasonable compared to ten other quotes I got (yes, I do my research). They are affordable, professional and most importantly they did a great job. Even my neighbors watching from the outside were impressed and came over to take some business cards. I know I'll be locking them in for some more appointments and repairs in the near future. Great work and happy to have a trustworthy handyman in the area.

When the technician arrived the following day, we were later told four hours of labor had been incurred -- largely for installing a simple battery-powered motion light, with several other agreed-upon tasks still incomplete. When I contacted the company to better understand the billing and job progress, I received explanations but no clear accountability. I asked to speak with ownership to resolve the matter professionally and was informed they would not be returning to complete the work. Additionally, the technician left the house unlocked, left lights on throughout the home, and did not leave the bathroom in clean condition. These details raised serious concerns for me about professionalism and respect while working inside a client's home. I documented the scope of work and what was (and wasn't) completed. Based on this experience, I would recommend others carefully evaluate their options before hiring.

The panel in my home was likely the original from the 1970's, which isn't rated or safe to handle today's EVs. Vince - the gentleman who provided the estimate - read my mind and also agreed that a panel upgrade would be the right way to do the job. Infinity Electric were the first and only company to recommend the electrical panel upgrade. The fact that they put safety and doing it right over trying to make a quick buck went a long way with me. This is gesture is what sealed the deal for me and confirmed that these guys are professionals. After we did the spot meter with SCE, Infinity Electric took care of all of the permitting with the city, scheduling, ordering materials, upgrading the panel, installing my EV charger in my garage and hauling away my old panel. The crew that did the install worked efficiently, cut no corners and were surprisingly tidy. Considering my panel is on the complete opposite side of the home, they were constantly going in and out of the attic crawl space to run the conduit and wiring. Construction is a messy business, but these guys made sure to leave my home exactly how they found it. All in all, my experience with Infinity Electric was phenomenal. I ordered a hand made one of a kind table which was shipped from Michigan to California via UPS. Despite the fact that the table was packaged as if it were glass, complete with a custom made wooden crate inside of the cardboard box, the table arrived nearly destroyed with one whole side and two legs completely torn off the rest of the desk. This stroke of bad luck changed immediately. Larry was prompt to reply to my online inquiry and showed up the same evening to fix the table. Larry fixed the table to like new condition. You cannot tell it was nearly destroyed unless you turn it upside down to notice a very slight imperfection. Best of all, Larry communicates with you. If he's running behind for any reason he's prompt to call or text. He is also punctual. And reliable. Communication, reliability, and punctuality are very important to me. Larry hits the mark on everything. Very friendly also, after some brief banter I found out he had fixed a door jamb that someone kicked in earlier in the day, and after he fixed my table he was going to replace an exterior drain pipe with tree roots inside of it.
